Then asks me if the water temperature is suitable, she makes the adjustments then a few minutes later suggests adding the jacuzzi. I accept, she turns the hot water back on while my foot was just under it. In pain I withdraw my foot and bump against the edge of the sink. She apologizes etc. Time passes and then comes the time for the pedicure. WITHOUT GLOVES, WITHOUT MASK and HAIR DOWN I specify. After passing the rasp, comes the sander with which she will hurt me before telling me “my darling will have to stop moving, look now you are bleeding”. Now she was holding my foot with the tips of her fingers probably because of her manicure... But I decide to take it upon myself because I'm here to have a good time... Until she turned on the hot water again to rinse dead skin and tell me “well this foot definitely likes hot water”. I don't find anything funny about being scalded, but let's move on. Cuticle cutting, SP varnish application, I'm on my guard but it seems to be going better. Until she decided to cut around my nails because “there are little pieces of skin sticking out, I hate that” she told me, no problem on my part imagining that she would do it delicately.. And here's an additional wound... She doesn't even offer to disinfect the wounds, she will simply give me some cream and remind me to moisturize my feet which are sensitive according to her. But at the same time I think the irritation in my feet was just a response to the lack of softness. I don't have hard feet... We could have taken the time to do things. At least if she had arrived on time perhaps... In short, I was disappointed with this service, I did not find the professionalism to which I thought I was entitled. Furthermore, despite all the undesirable events, I made no commercial gesture at the time of payment and I left limping. Knowing that images speak more than words, I wanted to share my wounds with you but the Google regulator recommended that I delete my multimedia content because there is blood in the photos.

The institute is magnificent, the decor is great! Sana and Mounia welcomed me. For the second time I have had my hair done by Mounia for tannin straightening and I am still satisfied with the result, I highly recommend this institute. You will not be disappointed. Mounia once again saved my hair.

Unfortunately my nails have never been in such poor health as after my visit here... Nails sanded down to raw, I have to wait for all my nails to fully grow back.
