Went in to get some help with packing up the bike for travel on a plane. The staff were incredibly helpful and kind. Explained precisely what they were doing, taught me how to reassemble the bike. They also packed it up and now it’s good to go. Very good people, very good service

We are lucky to have this store on Isle Jourdain. Very competent and very kind boss/manager. His advice is of great value. He's trying to find you the bike that fits you (and he's not trying to sell the most expensive bike. Well done!). Excellent choice of bikes. The services are also competitively priced. In short... I love it!

Great store, passionate staff. Very good technical advice, explanation, kindness and sense of service. I brought a bike for a puncture, despite the late schedule (curfew, etc.) and the few difficulties in repairing the puncture (Commencal rear wheel, etc.), my problem was handled quickly and efficiently! A big thank-you ! I know where my next bike will come from.

Nice but not at all serious! Bike removed for service...result in a chain fitted too short which damaged the derailleur. I returned to report the problem and the seller changed the chain without compensating me for the derailleur. Second result: A loose derailleur and a chain that breaks after 3km... There you go, there you go, I strongly advise against

Competent and helpful staff. Reasonable response times compared to other brands near Toulouse. I had several after-sales service problems on my bike, the people at the store were of great help even if the bike was not purchased from velostation 👍

I have not yet bought a bike in this store but I have always been very well received in the store or on the phone. I was always given time for information. Next bike purchase will be in Isle Jourdain! THANKS
