    While I understand working on a holiday is never enjoyable making it the customers problem is not acceptable. Associate yells at the top of her lungs our food is ready but fails to give us our sauces or drinks. Another associate was extremely polite and got us our drinks and even offered a drink carrier and apologized. The woman in the purple shirt with glasses then I can hear sitting at the back with my child constantly cussing and complaining the whole time. I feel as a customer I know more about their staffing issue as they close at 4pm today than I should have. As she tried to rush us out while we were still eating I finally said something. She then proceeded to scream at me and try to continue her rants. Thankfully someone else came to talk to me as the whole rest of the staff sent this crazy person outside. My husband got this all on video and we will be following up with corporate as well. Thank you for ruining our holiday and rare family time we got together after leaving the zoo because you were miserable. I won’t even comment on the trash on tables or how we had to go up 3 different times to get our items because this woman was more worried about getting back to her phone and complaining than doing her job. If she would have gotten fired for not coming in today, but remains employed here after her behavior it says more about the owners and management than her as it seems tolerated.

    This McDonald’s is a joke sometimes. They claim to be open 24 hours and the hours were apparently “confirmed” by the establishment 2 weeks ago. TWICE I have pulled up around 11pm, sat in line just to watch the people ahead of me order and when it’s my turn they’re closed. That’s fine if you close at 11, but indicate that online. Also If you have 15 cars waiting for 20 minutes and you know you’re closed just send an employee out to the parking lot to tell people or just turn the ordering machine off.

    I can’t blame this on McDonald’s because it’s obvious that it’s their staff. There’s no other word for the staff here outside of “trash”. I’m not even sure if the company realizes that they literally close the store early, and at random times. We always wondered if McDonald’s ever knew this, but we just go to the other ones instead of. You can literally show up there on a random weekend and it might be closed at 6 PM, but arrive on a Tuesday and it’s open past 11. The last time this happened, the employees were all hanging out next to each other in the parking lot. Don’t waste your time.

    Made my order incorrectly. Had to return there to get the food corrected. After waiting for an excessive amount of time in the drive thru for the second time, the manager refused to replace the now cold order. Made complaints to corporate and the store, and they refused to replace the order. Horrible store ran by horrible people. Take the extra few minutes and go somewhere else.

    Consistently inconsistent and disappointing. Google and the app say they’re open 24 hours for drive through, other sources say 4am, and their windows say 11pm. We ordered on the app a bit after 10 and were there before 11. We waited at the speaker but nobody answered. We drove up to the window: nobody. We drove to the next window and had an employee walk away from us just to pull up a bit further and see at least 3 employees standing inside ignoring us. We checked our apps to see our orders had been canceled well before any of the multiple “close” times they have listed. This isn’t the first time either.

    The place is ran smoothly and most the time they are fast but even when they aren’t the food is right 99/100 which is pretty good for fast food In my opinion. Good work guys!

    Rude associates. Ordered through the app and parked in a curbside spot. The associate put the food in my car and left without communicating. Then, when I realized my McFlurries were not present I went in the store to bring to their attention. I ordered 3 few different types and she just gave me 4 of the same type. Then I get home and my child's happy meal doesn't have milk. Very rude and poor service. The food itself was actually hot and fresh so I can't give 1 star because someone took their job seriously. I'm generally pretty understanding of fast food workers but the experience wasn't great.

    The girls behind the counter were shouting and cussing at the top of their lungs with a restaraunt full of kids. Upset that they had to work on 4th of july. They only gave me half of my food. And filled the fries half way. I had to go up to the counter 3 times. Even though, they are supposed to bring it to the table. That didn't bother me too much. But the entire time I was there, they were very vulgar because they had to work. Rude and disgusting. Absolutely unacceptable. Not to mention the floors and every table was gross. They should all be fired. As we were eating we were told they were closing. It was 330 in the afternoon. My wife then said something and the woman yelled at the top of her lungs at her. I cannot believe what I witnessed.

    They used to be really good! Always has been but they purposely do not move the line fast enough and there’s usually a long line that you can’t get out of when you’re sitting in it for your lunch break and it’s taking up too much time! Get it together

    Burger was pink inside! Picture doesn't show just how pink it really was! Never knew it was even possible to be served a half cooked burger from this place.

    Pretty good! Service was friendly though not fast, and the food (breakfast, which is mostly the same 3 things remixed) was reasonably good. Having a soda fountain for refills is a nice touch that I'm not used to seeing as much. Definitely a go-to if you want McDonald's in the downtown Royal Oak area

    The food was really good but the lobby is closed. That made it a problem for me and the crew in working with. But the employees did a really good job with what they were working with. My boss just casually walks to the window and asks to order without a vehicle. The employees took out order and had us waiting at the door before the next car made it to the window. I got my food in just a couple minutes and they brought it to the door. The situation was not great and it was a little challenging but that is why I say the employees did so well.

    I was in the drive through with about 6 other cars and nobody was answering the speaker. It was 10:52 pm and I called them and when they answered the phone they said they close at 11:00 pm ever night and then hung up. Completely pathetic customer service even for McDonald’s.
