Location is conveniently located near the airport and the hotel itself is large, roomy and clean. The room was spacious and clean as you would expect from a Hilton facility. Was a little disappointed in being a diamond member and staying in Hilton hotels each week, but there was no mention of this at check-in no convenient parking for Hilton diamond members no water offered. It’s the small things like that to keep diamond members coming back. I would stay at this facility again due to its convenience, but was a little disappointed in the typical service I get from Hilton locations. To top it off they also had computer issues which delayed in getting my key and they did not push through the digital key until well after me being in the room.

The hotel is convenient to BWI. They run a shuttle to the airport every half hour. You can park your and leave it at the hotel while you're away, but the pricing is more expensive than the airport parking garages, except for the hourly garage. The hotel could probably use and update to the rooms as furniture looked pretty used, but everything else was good. The hotel bar / restaurant is good for some food and a drink as well.

Rooms are nice, beds are comfortable, showers are strong and hot. Very comfortable, but would definitely appreciate a refrigerator in the room. That's the one thing that is missing if you're staying any length of time. One item I have to comment on is the parking. It's an open lot, but there are signs all over telling you to go online and pay. When I asked at the front desk, they offered a QR code to make it easier to go online and pay. All of that said, there's no real information about it unless you go online. Does someone just visiting the hotel for a drink need to pay? How would they know? What would happen if you didn't pay? According to several people I work with who stay there regularly, nothing happens. So, I guess the parking is kinda on the honor system. Just a bit strange that there's little information about the expectations. Anyway, staff were friendly and helpful, I got a good night's sleep, and this is somewhere you can lay your head without having to worry about much of anything.

They like to steal. My air conditioning wasn’t working and I didn’t even tell any staff yet. This lady came to my room claiming to be to fix it. She looked around the room and opened the air conditioning and left. Not even fixing it. I told the front desk and they said they don’t even have a woman employee that fixes air conditioning. So a random lady came into my room probably working with cleaning staff to steal from guests. Then I left 80$ shoes in my room and checked out for an hour I came back to get them and they said house keeping didn’t see anything… I know I brought them cause I was wearing them all week there. I went to the bar and tipped server in cash and I went back to my bank statements and saw a $10 tip applied. I’d never ever tip someone $10 and I know I gave him cash. These people are up to something. Don’t get me wrong it’s a nice hotel good food and all but you will probably get set up some way some how.

Enjoyed my stay! The Hilton Baltimore BWI Airport is a really nice hotel for the price. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Lots of amenities including a self-service laundry room, gym and an indoor pool that my boys thoroughly enjoyed. There is a restaurant on site, and the location of the hotel is in close proximity to other great restaurants and shops.

This is my first time doing this for the Honor Flights of Veteran's. I had no say in the choice of the places we visited or where we stayed. I was just more than thrilled to be able to go see the memorial places and statues, that have been built for us veteran's. The hotel is definitely off the beaten path. The entrance is of no difference to most of any of the 100`s of hotel's I have stayed in, throughout the years. The reception area or front desk, is not big. The help was good and pleasant, upon my arrival at noon. Apparently me and third floors are a thing. The room is nicely proportioned. The bathroom has nice big shower with glass doors, but yet once again, there is a problem. The toilet is placed just as you enter to the left, in that you will have to close the door to be able to use it. I understand that, but come on. So now the bed area, and the flat screen tv. Another big sized one, approximately 48 inches or more. I did scroll through the channels and saw a lot of available channels. Unfortunately it's been 4 days since I was there, so my memory is not good of what was in the room, but I do recall a fridge, but no microwave. Dang, I don't recall any coffeemaker. The heating cooling unit seemed to be a little loud. The room I was in, had no view outside. The shower was good with a decent amount of pressure. Continental breakfast is good with the usual stuff of scrambled eggs, sausage, french toast sticks, bacon, and the bread stuffs. Coffee, strong or decaffeinated, or just hot water, and OJ. So, all in all, I had a very memorable visit to Baltimore and Washington DC. Thanks to all the people that gave me, an honored Vietnam War veteran, the help I need in this time of memory's. God bless you.

My room was pretty decent. During my stay, I had to change my room to another room because my air wasn’t working correctly and the room had a smell. The young lady at concierge helped me with no issues. My new room was so much cooler and fresher. The overall location is pretty private, which was a plus for me.

This was a great experience considering I had a 24+ hour layover. The staff allowed me to keep my baggage behind reception after they extended my checkout to 1pm so that I could enjoy the area and ground floor restaurant while I waited. Everybody was very friendly and professional. My only feedback is that they need a fridge in the room, a bottle of water for each guest, and when I called for the airport shuttle for the description of the shuttle, the hotel should've followed up with, "are you in need of a shuttle?" Instead, I had to call back 20 minutes later and the hotel told me, "oh, you NEED to tell us you're waiting for the shuttle." However, when the shuttle picked us up, I learned that there is a Hilton Garden Inn BWI, and then Hilton BWI, and I was not on the latter even though the shuttles looked the same. However, the driver was gracious enough to drop me off at the correct hotel. So those are my two shuttle tips for those inbound to this great hotel. Also, remember, the meals are NOT included in the hotel stay, but a very competitive option.

Bare standard hotel experience. Clean rooms, amenities all meet bare minimum standard. Convenient for a one or two night stay, very close to the airport. BUT Not recommended for stays longer than a day or two! I was there for 9 nights (on a business trip) and every aspect left something to be desired. The little convenience store has very few actual travel necessities and is mostly stocked with flaming hot Doritos. Restaurant is expensive and low quality. Breakfast buffet is not worth it, powdered eggs, stale bagels, bad coffee. Washing machine left my clothes with a funny smell and the drier barely works (I had to send my laundry through 2 times). The drain in my bathroom sink was clearly clogged. Also the A/C in my room would only blow hot air into my room, it was 80 degrees F in my room when I walked in on multiple days. I thought I was getting a Hilton quality stay when I chose this hotel. I was disappointed and frustrated with my stay. I'll probably choose somewhere else next time. Hopefully the staff here can turn the place around.

Nice clean place. Only issue is the bathrooms are dimly lit. There are 2 small lights above the sink and I have a 20/20 vision. I had to use my cell phone to bright the room enough to make sure I didn’t hit my toes on the corners. That’s not a huge thing to some but STUB YOUR TOE AND YOU’LL UNDERSTAND.

Everything was perfect until I decided to take my special needs child to have breakfast today, after breakfast was done, I wiped the table and put away my plates and cups but the lady conducting breakfast told me to clean up and wipe the table and also clean the floor and all, my child at this point was already getting so agitated and I went ahead and told her that I wouldn’t mind making the place spotless clean but I have a special needs child who I have to take to my room to attend to. She said she is not going to clean any child’s mess special needs or not. Long story short, if you are a parent or better yet a special needs parent I would think twice before coming here, you will pay for their breakfast and then clean up thoroughly right after.

Lots of great things about this hotel. Very, very welcoming, professional, helpful staff, including shuttle drivers. Convenient location close to airport and places to eat. My sole, one and only complaint is that I had to make a cleaning request several times over the course of almost 3 days. I honestly would have had no problem doing it myself if they'd have let me borrow the cleaning supplies 😂. Even with this though, the staff was genuinely apologetic and did end up getting it taken care of. Being away from home for work can be draining. These folks did an overall fantastic job making it a pleasant experience. Google doesn't let you do 1/2 stars, but I'd give 4.5 stars if possible.

This is a large hotel with a restaurant, bar and pool. There are restaurants and bars within walking distance. We stayed for one night because we had to fly out early the next morning. The server and cook at breakfast were excellent! We told them we had to leave early and she got our order in quickly. it came out in a few minutes steaming hot; it was good!

I was greeted with a smile... the on site restaurant and bar with tvs was awesome! The pool that lead to a outdoor patio was memorable as we sat and gazed at the stars. The room has a microwave refrigerator.. clean.. smelled nice upon entry! I will definitely be back even just for a weekend stay-cation!

Very clean with comfortable bedding and excellent shower. I slept great. In room coffee is not good. Heat was not properly functioning.

The hotel was amazing. The majority of the staff were professional and very helpful. I did have a negative experience on the first night that I was there. The hotel rented out a party to a large amount of guest. Due to this, there was no parking. It took me over an hour to find a park until the night manager so graciously allowed me to park in front of the hotel. The next morning when I checked out, one staff in particular who was giving all of her positive energy to a large group of veterans was threatening to have my car towed if I didn’t move it. I explained to her that I was allowed to park there by the night manager. She wasn’t trying to hear me and instead kept telling me to hurry up and move. My car. This killed my vibe and my positive thoughts about my stay. This negative and condescending staff was so rude that she caused me to choose another hotel when I returned the next week on business. I pray this situation is resolved soon…..

Attended a fashion show event there. The facility was nice. The restrooms were nice, but should have been monitored for cleanliness. There were quite a bit of gnats/fruit flies for an indoor space. I was told that the event was catered by the hotel. The food was not good at all. Ended up getting food from the restaurant that was pretty good. Plenty of free parking and close to the airport and highway.

Flew into BWI for work and the hotel was booked for me. Shuttle was a little confusing not knowing if you should just wait or if you have to call (you should call), I wish they did the online GPS link so you could tell when the driver was near. The check in at the hotel was very friendly and efficient. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

My stay here was marvelous. Customer service when we got in were very nice gave me the full run down on my benefits as a member. Excellent service!!! The room was at a very comfortable temp since it was hot and humid outside 70 degrees was just right in the room to help cool down. The shower was a little slippery but manageable. The bed was heavenly, I say because I laid down for a moment to rest, I woke up 3 hours later with an empty hungry stomach. Thank goodness the restaurant downstairs was open till 11pm. I would not recommend the waffle sweet potatoe fries maybe if they were wedges but not as waffles, the chicken tender well you can't go wrong with them. absolutely loved that my rest was as if I was asleep in my own home. I highly recommend this location.

Melvin, our shuttle driver, was 10/10 phenomenal!! What an amazing person who exceed standards. He let us know the shuttle will take you to any restaurant in a 3mile radius and provided us a list of suggestions. I wish I remembered the gentleman’s name that checked us in, possibly Craig, and the bartender. Both were working Wednesday, October 18 around 4pm. They were both exceptional!! All of these gentlemen made our stay at this Hilton our best experience ever. When traveling through BWI we will be staying with y’all again.

We used Hilton BWI for our hotel block and worked with Lisa Bills. Lisa is very attentive and answered all of my questions throughout the hotel block booking process. She alleviated any stress that came with the hotel block booking process. The hotel and its amenities were exactly what I was looking for when our wedding guests checked in for the weekend. Guests were well taken care of. The hotel is elegant and perfect for wedding hotel blocks. Guests were given complimentary cooked breakfast from the buffet each morning of their stay, which was an awesome amenity. I wanted wedding guests to have a great hotel experience and Hilton BWI was the perfect vendor to book through. Thank you again Hilton staff for such a great hotel block booking and guest experience!

Travelling with family. We enjoyed a nice dinner at the restaurant and appreciated taking a bottle of wine up to our room to relax. Our waitress and bartender were both great! The airport shuttle was nice and very convenient. The room was very clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend if you need a place to stay near BWI.

Got caught up in the NE flight cancelations last week and rebooked through BWI from Newark to get out a few days earlier then what was given. I cant say enough about how friendly and professional the staff were here. After a couple stressful days it was nice to be able to try and unwind a little before getting to fly home (albeit 3 days after expected). The hotel was clean, staff was great, and location next to the airport an extra benefit.

Cozy updated rooms. Close to the airport. Extreme friendly and accommodating staff. Great snack, beer and wine options. The coffee machine in the snack shop is an excellent choice. Comfortable bed, quiet rooms and walk in shower.

Our stay was wonderful! The staff was very friendly and made check in/out absolutely seamless. They gave us complimentary waters for being Hilton Honors members which was great after a long day of travel. The rooms were very modern and chic! It was the perfect cozy spot for us to stay overnight before catching another flight in the AM. We used the shuttle service to and from the airport and it was outstanding! The driver was very friendly and punctual! Could not recommend this location more!

Staff were polite and accommodating, but they have a weird policy around parking and my room had issues. To park (even just for one night) they want you to download an app I'd never heard of and enter a lot of info including a credit card number. When I politely declined, they were happy to let me pay directly at the desk, which I appreciated, but it was a weird thing to be asked to do in the first place. Once I got to the room, the AC was producing a loud whistling noise which I was eventually able to stop by opening the door to the filter box. Could probably have asked for another room but I was tired and didn't want to chance any more unpleasant surprises. There's another Hilton less than a mile away that's cheaper and has reasonable parking policies and rooms that don't sound like a plane is taking off all night. Next time I fly out of BWI I'll go there instead.

Good accommodations but some of our rooms were not ready when we arrived (we had a group traveling together), even though we arrived well after the designated arrival time. The rooms were clean. The hotel breakfast for us was good and filling.

Had a very late night check in, and the staff was great! The room was very comfortable and quiet, you'd never know you were 5 mins from the airport! Shuttle staff was fantastic and dropped me at the airport quickly in the morning. Highly recommend if you need a great spot close to BWI airport. Food and Bar on site looked very nice, didn't have time to enjoy, but hope to on my way back through.

Convenient due to the location. Lobby smelled of heavy smoke (may have been the large crowd, didn't see anyone actually smoking but the smell was heavy. Lobby was clean and large. Front desk has a good variety if snacks, and there is a restaurant/lounge located directly in the front. Gym was OK. Room was OK. I selected a hotel near the airport intentionally. It was at surface clean, however there was mold in the bathroom grout and my new socks were dirty on the bottoms, carpet could use a good shampoo and the bathroom grout needs to be stripped or deep cleaned. Everything else was fine.

The staff was very helpful in all our requests and questions. The airport shuttle driver was very helpful in ensuring we arrived at the correct departure area. The rooms were very clean and a good size.

Great rooms, clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent. No complaints, clean and quiet. We went I to DC and the drive was a little long, but the room was well worth it.

Such a great Business trip. It was made better by the amazing staff, from the first call for the shuttle at the airport to check out. I was super impressed with the lounge, restaurant staff and the over all experience. You can feel at home here. I found it was nice to sit in the lounge and work rather then in the room. It gave me time to interact with staff and really enjoy a quick business trip. The Hotel was clean, the rooms were in great shape, water was hot and had good pressure, nice pool and gym. Key staff that made my trip extra special. Sam, Tina, Paul, and Jane. You will have a great time. Especially if you get the night when the Honor Flight crew is here. It was fun to see members of the greatest generation enjoy their evening. Next trip definitely staying here!!

Checked in and the process was smooth and easy. The front desk clerk was pleasant and efficient. The room was spacious, clean, bed comfortable, and bathroom had plenty of toiletries. TV selection was great with multiple HBO channels. The AC system, for whatever reason, seemed like it had to run all the time to maintain room temperature. Parking was plentiful at no additional charge. Very close to the airport.

We had an unplanned stop while travelling and booked on Hilton Honors website, which was fast and easy. Within about 5 minutes we had our room and confirmation details, and check-in was quick and smooth. The front desk representative was courteous and very good, knowledgeable that had patience for my questions and needs. Breakfast was a good spread, above the normal hotel lineup experienced at others and was delicious on top of it. We'll end up staying again on our way back through.

We had a large event there (400 people). Rooms were great. The staff out performed themselves during our event. Very pleased that evening. However, the next morning the breakfast buffet was less than spectacular. Large crowd and all tables didn't have chairs. No one cleaned the tables once somebody left. Sausage very cold. Tater tots were like stones. Only one self serving Waffle maker for such a large crowd. French toast pan didn't get refilled. So if you came at 7am it must have been a nice buffet. We came at 9am and it was horrible, for charging $27 for two and the food was a minus 10. Big contrast from the night before sad to say.

I usually don't leave bad reviews unless it was really bad and sadly that was the case for this place. It was my first time at this Hilton and definitely my last. The people at the desk were not helpful in explaining anything regarding the hotel. They pointed wherever for the elevator. I had to locate it myself. There was no one by the entrance to assist us in getting our luggage. We had to do it ourselves. The woman at the desk gave me the wrong information for breakfast hours. I was told breakfast ended at 11am when it actually ended at 10am. I even showed up the following morning at 10am and requested another breakfast pass because they gave me an uneven amount for me and the person I was staying with and they still didn't tell me the breakfast hour had passed. Additionally, there was a stain on my bed sheets when I first came in, strand of hair left in the towels, and the inside of the showers were dirty. They were able to change my bed sheets, but we had to request them twice to clean the showers and they never did. I'm also convinced the vents in our room did not work well in spite of us raising the temperature, it was mostly cold or off. I definitely came back sick from staying at that place. NEVER AGAIN! There's plenty of other hotels around to stay at.
