Huge portions and yummy, authentic Colombian food. A must-go!

Even for a roadside place, mediocre food, slow and sloppy service. If you expect authentic and traditional food, go somewhere else. Food is mediocre and you can tell that the is not prepared with fresh ingredients. Not worthy.

Juancherito Restaurante is a good place on the road to stop on the way to Filandia, Solanto or Armenia. The last time we ate here my husband's lomo was very tender, my BBQ ribs were tasty and our friend's Plato de Pais was plentiful and good. I don't think you will go wrong stopping here for lunch 😉

Food is good but very unsanitary and run by dimwits. There is tons of cross contamination of meat and chicken on cutting boards as well as the grill and the staff has not been trained on food safety at all. Flys hover around the unchilled salad area. Not unuasal foor food service workers to know about proper hadeling in Colombia.
