I
have
no
complaints
about
the
trainers:
they
are
very
inspiring,
probably
because
of
this
you
visit,
which
cannot
be
said
about
the
boorish
attitude
of
the
administrators
and
the
entire
organizational
structure,
from
which
this
attitude
comes.
With
huge
competition
from
fitness
centers
and
studio
clubs
that
offer
an
annual
fee
of
23
thousand
on
an
all-inclusive
and
nothing-off
system,
it’s
not
worth
losing
a
client.
But
the
thing
is
this:
classes
are
constantly
canceled
due
to
illness
or
vacation,
or
holidays,
and
no
replacement
is
made.
To
the
question
“will
classes
be
postponed?
I
have
a
monthly
subscription.
Do
I
have
to
pay
for
why
classes
are
cancelled?”
They
answer:
“Why
is
this?
Do
you
have
to
go
to
other
classes?
Come
on
weekdays,
and
if
the
senior
administrator
allows
you,
then
fine.”
Why
should
I
give
up
everything
on
weekdays
and
go
look
for
some
administrator
to
find
the
truth
in
order
to
pay
for
air?!
And
what
other
classes
should
I
take
if
I
pay
for
what
I
want
to
take
and
it
gets
cancelled?!
Plus,
some
directions
for
the
subscriber
were
canceled,
but
the
price
remained
the
same.
As
a
result,
you
can
only
go
to
another
place
and
advise
others
against
it.
