I came for a haircut to the top master Svetlana, when I sat down in the chair, she said that there was an additional 20% on the price for the length of the hair. I liked the way she cut the ends, but I think this is incompetent and an indicator of some kind of “greed” or something. After all, they don’t give a 20% discount when cutting short hair, the price for services is the same! Moreover, for long hair, as a rule, a “end correction” haircut is used, and even if it is a more complex haircut. There is only one price! And if there are additional extra charges, this is announced on the website, in the price list, and even over the phone when making an appointment, otherwise, when they confront the fact already in the chair, it looks unethical, unprofessional, I would say dishonest. And one more thing, in the price list the price is 1700, but it turned out that the top master has 2700, +20%!!! This is not indicated anywhere and in fact it was possible not to pay. All this seemed like some kind of whim of Master Svetlana, and in my opinion does not correspond to the status of the Person. That’s why I’ll come to this salon more, I don’t like this approach.
