This Russian fast-food place completely blew our expectations through the roof - it looks just a random fast-food place, but the food is amazing. Traditional Russian cuisine, super duper cheap - and very VERY tasty!! We of course couldn't help ourselves and ordered almost everything on the menu - it's the perfect place to try Russian traditional dishes at great prices - and very high quality. Even kind service! Highly recommended.

Perfect place to try excellent Russian food at great prices, made freshly in front of your eyes. Many types of tasty blini on offer (savoury and sweet), pelmeni, Russian-style salads, borsch, etc, etc. The Sbiten honey tea was great, but couldn't beat the rich hot chocolate featuring a panda bear :-) We went twice on this visit, and will likely go again.

The fastest service ever, though it was crowded. It's better to reserve a table in advance as this place located in the city centre and it can get really crowded. I came her in the holidays so I was smart enough to book in advance. The food is warm and fresh. Plus, it's so juicy and yummy.

Very cheap place to eat quickly. The food is fine. I stop there when travelling in Russia. The soup and the crepes are ok. The chocolate cake is awesome. Average food. Very kind people.

The famous Russian fast food chain that you can find everywhere. We had the famous bellini stuffed with fillings. They are so good. The fillings are extremely loaded at very cheap price. The quality of the food is average to top when compared to any other fast food chain I had elsewhere. A should try place once you are in Russia. NOTE: Bellini is their known pancake which is more like a crepe and therefore, fillings and toppings can be added along.

Stopped here for a snack on our tour. I ordered a latte, which was amazing. It was perfectly tempered, ready to drink (no cooling), and served in a milk shake glass. I also ordered the ham, egg, & cheese pancakes and strawberry pancakes. They call them pancakes, but they are what I call crapes. My favorite part was, when ordering water, was asked “gas or no gas” for sparkling or regular.

I'd give them 5 star, but instead of cheese only inside, got salami as well, and it was a bit disappointing.

Huge lines. Very inconvenient system of ordering food. Long waiting time. But tastes really good, 3 starts only for the taste, otherwise it would’ve been 2.

Prices are similar to lunch prices of nearby restaurants, no alcohol, very-very small portion (I took syrniki-cottage cheese pancakes, they were 30 grams max each!). No wi-fi. I think Russian tourists go here based on historical thinking it’s cheap which is not the case anymore. 120 rub just for cup of black tea!
