I had a really nice stay here in July. St. Petersburg can be hot in the summer and most hotels don't have air conditioning (AC). This hotel had AC and so the room was very comfortable. The rooms are large, big windows, comfortable bed, very clean. There's art work hanging on the walls -- this is painted by one of the employees of the hotel. Staff was very nice and accommodating and even let us stay in the common area to work after our check-out time. Honestly, I would stay here every time I go to Peter. The best hotel!

The hotel staff are friendly and really try to be as helpful as possible. You don't need to be super fit but I would suggest a light case for the first climb up the stairs. There 80 to the first floor and main reception but they are well lit and well maintained. The rooms are basic but clean and free wifi is always a worthwhile thing. The breakfast are a mix of local and the usual.

We are 4 family members lived in grifon Apartment , nice apartment,beautiful room clean and spacious, Location is good keep in mind area is like soo many pubs , disco, so be prepare for drunk people on weekends . At 4th floor but have lift in apartment area only not in hotel. But the main problem is prices are High and do not have water filter for this price they should provide it , did not provide tooth pastes and brushes ,shampoo ect.

Location is GOLDEN. Great attentive staff clean newly remodeled, reasonably good breakfast .. the only negative is absence of elevator .. but price vs. location is unbeatable..

Great location, big rooms in the city. Be fit for the stairs though.

Ideally located when visiting the city. Very helpful in visa application.
