This hotel is in excellent location for tourist in this city. Night life and culture are close to this hotel. Staff is very friendly and everything was going on very smoothly without any hassle. There is a good breakfast and a nice bar on top floor. Go and see the view from there, e.g. the sunrise. Rooms are clean and large enough, with all necessities and more.

I have stayed here at least 6 times in the last 14 months. My last stay was absolutely horrible. The "breakfast" buffet was inedible, cold and wait staff was simply rude. Customer service was the worst I have experienced -- when I tried to adjust my reservation due to a flight being canceled I was told to do it myself online, but the room type I reserved wasn't available for two rooms. I give it 2 stars as I know they are better than this stay, but I would seriously have to reconsider my options before coming back- and that is from someone very use to international accommodations. The saddest thing is the location is perfect for getting around St. Petersburg, especially for the cost.

Very nice hotel just in the centre of the city. Clean rooms, bathroom with warm flour. Safe is available in the room. Good breakfast. Direct entry to the Vladimirsky Passage supermarket. Sound isolation is not perfect.

Nice rooms, shower is working, there is also a fan and on the lower floors there is a shopping mall, so all you need in life is really near you. Also on the top floor of the hotel there is a cafe restaruant with a view of the chapel on the opposite side of the street. I recommend it.

Comfortable and clean rooms. Service decent and most employees speak sufficient English. Water from the shower in our room was cold and it could only supply hot water at an extremely low pressure. Delaying our check-out time was pretty expensive. Despite these flaws I can recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel is fairly decent with lots of restaurants around. However, the location and room qaulity being the exception, everything else is highly dissappointing. The staff is not very friendly even though they know fluent English, they just don't seem to care about the guest's comfort. The WiFi is downright garbage and they seem to ration it to guests with just one device code per guest which also disconnects perpetually. The air conditioning in the 2 rooms my family had booked did not work and the staff informed us that the system was down for the whole floor and they could only offer me to change the room to a different floor the next day, and that too on specific 1 hour interval which meant I would have to cancel my travel and excursion plans in order to change the room. The staff was very incorporating in this scenario as well . Furthermore the breakfast at the hotel is very limited in variety and does not offer any chicken or vegetarian options. Your only hope is to eat red meat and fruits . This hotel is not recommended for seasoned travellers who need to use the wifi or expect to have reasonable facilities at Thier disposal during their stay.

Has all the essentials and a good location. But a bit outdated and average welcome. I was happy to see the eco-friendly towel service (you chose wether you want it replaced or not) but sad to see this was ignored and the towels were changed everyday anyway... Worth noting there are no vegan options at breakfast.

Relatively modern rooms within easy walking distance of most tourist locations. The free breakfast, featuring authentic Russian cuisine, is served on the upper level of the hotel near the pool. The staff is very friendly and helpful (my Russian doesn't extend much further than ordering coffee, and their English was about at the same level, but we made do pretty easily).

Good quality hotel, very close to most visited places, metro station round the corner. Nice breakfast. One minus - you can hear everything from the corridor in your room. Metro token not included 😉
