    Ordered a Raves double with only bacon jam xtra bacon jam and received a burger with a dry pile of something on it, now I get this burger a few times a week and had never seen it like this. I spoke with the manager and she just brushed me off like that was how it was suppose to be before the manager was at the window and before I could even speak on it since I was still at the window the original employee says can you come deal with this because she wasn’t trying to. I was never rude smart anything so it had already taken me back like dang I’m spending my money and I spend it everyday at restaurants and yet customers get made out to be wrong when sometimes it is actually the employees and managers half doing or not doing their job. My tropical berry lemonade was even wrong I asked about it she brushed it off took my cup back and poured tropical berry syrup so I asked her did you just pour the tropical berry syrup on top of another flavor she says no hands me the cup back I just shook my head and left because again that is something else I buy on a regular and know that the tropical berry lemonade is a very pink tint color not clear colored with a barely pink tint Becky he lemonade even has a yellow tint so I have no clue what was really in the cup. I’m posting a picture of the burger that was given to me and I’m also going to post one from another Wendy’s where it was made correctly and wonderful. As you can see the first photo had a very dry something on it and the 2nd had a liquid something which is the actual bacon jam

    You walk in its completely quiet. Floors are disgusting. nasty floor . Somebody is vaping in the back near the food Asked questions said what? No excuse me or anything professional Gettoness. This place is so disgusting and gross .

    Awful, the Wendy’s drive through is supposed to be open until midnight the app let me order so I assumed they would be open. Apparently the managers and employees think it’s ok to close 2 hours early and not update any information online. The only reason I went to this one and not the one near my house was I simply wanted an after work meal. But I guess that’s to hard to do

    Ordered inside...absolutely disgusting inside. Where are the food inspectors? No napkins, no cups for the ketchup, burger was nasty, fries cold and oily, table was sticky and the carpet was sticky where it has never been cleaned I guess. Stay away unless you like food poisoning...that should be on the menu!

    This is the best Wendy's I've been to in Indiana. Went there for lunch 2 days in a row and the food quality and service were so good. Wish all Wendy's can have the quality this one have.

    I ordered 2 combos and they forgot 1 of my sandwich then I call up there and didn't want to drive 20 minutes back up there they tell be just say mangers name and tell them what sandwich I needed and they would replace it next day I do just that and tried to jk tcharge me for it and I had ordered more food so I said never mind and cancel my order and left

    This is the worst Wendy’s in this area by far. I’ll go months at a time not ordering through door dash because every time they mess up my order. 3 months later I’ll give the another shot and like clockwork. It’s messed up. Not only is the order never correct. They never put napkins, utensils, or a straw in the bag. It won’t get better over time. Just go somewhere else.

    I pulled in DT to order a Single Hamburger with mayo, onion, ketchup and, Lettuce 2 double stacks only mayo, Lettuce and tomatoe. After 3 attempts to repeat the order he insisted on adding cheese to the single. I pulled to the window and the manager tells me to go away because of the way I treated him. He was just a kid she said. The DT taker tried to tell her it was his fault. But she didn't want to hear that. She said if I wanted to buy a Single with no cheese. I had to order a single whith cheese and ask to remove the CHEESE. WHAT!!!! needless to say. I will NEVER EVER GO TO WENDYS AGAIN!!!!

    I don't know why I do this to myself. Haven't been to this location in a year or so and thought things changed... NOPE!!! completely messed up my order and there was no one else there but me! How you mess up one order?! Never again at this location.

    They just received reward for being the fastest drive thru in there area. Food good, they need to fix some lighting it is burnt out but that is something I only notice being an electrician.
