As a (anxiety) patient, I felt very comfortable and well looked after both throughout the practice and during the treatment. You can feel the good working atmosphere in every corner of the practice. I can recommend the entire team around Dr. Recommend Carstensen with a clear conscience.

I would prefer to give minus 5 stars, but one star is given because of the nice receptionists. Dentist has no understanding for anxious patients and shouts at them, which doesn't make the general situation any better. This behavior from the dentist is incompetent, disrespectful and unworthy of people. I can't judge whether the treatment is professional because the good Mr. Carstensen threw a tantrum before the treatment. Not recommendable!

So, I have been being treated by Mr. Carstensen for a good two years now. I feel very well looked after here. The treatments were always very professional and absolutely painless. The entire team is very competent and the atmosphere is extremely friendly. I'm already looking forward to my next appointment. A clear recommendation from me.

The entire practice team is super friendly, Mr. Carstensen is very careful, even with the syringe you don't even notice the prick. The dental assistants are very sensitive to anxious patients and have a calming effect. I can only recommend the practice, I am glad I chose this practice as a patient with anxiety. I was there with my girlfriend for a root canal treatment and filling, I asked from the beginning to pay fully and I was told it cost 425EUR. Even if it sounded expensive for me, I paid fully in advance and it was OK for them also. We had to go many times to have the job done and today was the last time. Surprisingly I was asked to pay 92EUR more for the filling even we agreed to pay fully at first visit. I do not recommend this place, not professional, I felt I was tricked and was all planned. How not to include the filling when the problem was a tooth cavity? It seems that the famous German quality and professional services level started to lower in time.
