I
went
to
a
conventional
nail
salon
again
after
10
years
and
decided
to
choose
this
one
because
of
the
good
reviews.
Unfortunately,
I
realized
that
times
haven't
improved
and
customer
friendliness
is
still
reduced
to
the
minimum.
As
soon
as
I
entered
the
studio
I
received
an
annoyed
"Hello,
do
you
have
an
appointment?"
to
my
friendly
greeting.
I
then
quickly
said
what
I
would
like
and
was
very
careful
to
speak
in
a
friendly
manner.
Unfortunately,
I
only
received
a
mumbled,
incomprehensible
answer
without
anyone
looking
me
in
the
eye.
There
was
no
small
talk
during
the
manicure,
no
response
to
my
wishes,
and
in
the
end
I
was
neither
given
a
receipt
when
I
asked,
nor
was
I
given
an
answer
to
my
farewell,
let
alone
wished
me
a
nice
day.
I
also
wonder
how
these
studios
can
still
survive.
If
it
were
just
bad,
unfriendly
service,
then
that
would
still
be
bearable.
Unfortunately,
the
hygienic
conditions
are
also
miserable.
My
girlfriend
is
a
beautician
and
knows
that
hygiene
comes
first
in
this
work!
There
is
no
sign
of
this.
No
gloves,
no
disinfecting
of
hands,
dirty,
dusty
work
surfaces,
sticky,
dirty
lights.
Normally,
you
should
disinfect
your
hands
thoroughly
before
and
after
each
customer
and
also
keep
files
and
tools
clean.
That
wasn't
even
close
to
the
case!
It's
a
shame
and
really
questionable
that
something
like
this
is
even
allowed
in
Germany.
After
all,
it
is
a
service
for
which
I
pay
money
and
not
too
little.
In
any
case,
you
should
have
the
minimum
of
hygiene
and
customer
friendliness.
Next
time
I
will
definitely
go
to
a
private
person
who
is
polite
and
friendly,
who
listens
to
my
wishes
and
who
I
don't
have
to
talk
to
five
times
and
practically
beg
for
my
wish
as
a
customer
to
be
fulfilled.
I'd
be
happy
to
pay
more
money
for
that.
