Not gonna lie, this is probably the most underwhelming Eataly location I've ever visited. Eataly locations are usually grandiose with impeccable service, but this one felt like a little corner store in Disneyland.

If you’re a tourist and don’t want to get ripped off, DO NOT go to this place. I went there to get some groceries and grab a quick coffee. The barista served a cup of water for free to the local customer who ordered the same coffee as I did. However, when I asked the same, she told me to pay. As I asked why she didn’t ask the local to pay but asked me to pay, she started to speak Italian to the customer to tell/lie me that he paid for it, but the customer insisted to tell me something that he didn’t do. After him saying that the barista told me not to pay. This is an experience that no one should go through. If you’re a tourist, avoid this store at all cost to save your time and energy as it will more likely happen to you. It surely did ruin my perspective of Firenze. I’ll be fair to mention pros about this place: accessibility of this shop from the tourist areas.

Delicious pasta, very affordable too. The service was so friendly and accommodating as we arrived late and ate past 10pm which was their closing. Felt zero pressure to rush and they really made us feel welcome.

Pasta was great, tasted fresh and very light. Cooked al dente 10/10. The remaining dishes were pretty average and the food took a while to come out. Prices were also a little high for the amount of food we got. Overall a decent place if you don’t have any other options in the area. Definitely felt a but touristy.

Best pizza I’ve had in Italy so far! Quaint modern indoor space with a little old world charm sprinkled in. Very thankful it had AC as it has been brutal outside here in August- nice way to escape the heat, enjoy authentic Italian pizza and relax before walking in the inferno again!

The food was very delicious, one of the best pizzas I have ever eaten! The only dowside of our visit was the service. There were two waiters at the time, one of them just came to our table, put some items down and went on her way. Not even a hello or a welcome. The other waiter (who was at our table most of the time) had a very weird vibe and made us feel rushed and all in all wasn't very friendly. Maybe it's the common style in the area (although we didn't have the same experience anywhere else) or they were just having a bad day. However that did not take away from how good the food was, so we really enjoyed our meal!

We both had salads. I had the Greek salad. My son had the green salad with chicken. If you are not Italian, it's important to know that they Do Not do salad dressing. They will give you olive oil and aceto (balsamic) if you ask for it. The salad was very good but I did wish I could have had a nice Greek vinaigrette. Beyond that, perfetto! Great service! Always good food! We'll be back!!

Great selection of products. The café is the best with plant based cappuccino options. The restaurant is also very good and great staff all around. The pizza was a bit dry though.

It was the most delicious tiramisu, pizza and pasta we have ever tasted. The pasta is around 100grams and even though it seems little, it is not. If you are a eating person and if you are eating too much, it may not be enoguh to full you but you shouldn't miss it. And pizza was also really good with buffalo mozzarellas. We also tasted sparkling red wine and their cola, the red wine was really good. It was more delicious than a normal wine. But the cola was a usual cola. The staff working was super nice, this is an experience you shouldn't miss.

Really beautiful, clean, spacious and very well presented restaurant in the heart of the city. Very close to the Duomo. Attached to the restaurant is a shop selling the ingredients to their meals which all seem to be locally sourced. The food was delightful. We shared a pizza and the Trofie pasta alla pesto. Both were great but the pasta was so delicious we asked the waiter which exact ingredients were used and bought them all in the shop. Hopefully we can replicate this dish. Lorrenzo was our waiter. He was super friendly, polite, helpful and a credit to the restaurant. Thanks to Lorrenzo for making our experience even more lovely. We would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting florence. Authentic dishes, reasonably priced but very classy establishment. Well done Eataly. 👏 (Note.... there is outdoor seating but for the best experience we would recommend eating indoors. The indoor area is through the back of the shop)

Spent a week in Italy, and I know I run the risk of sounding like a tourist, but Eataly genuinely had the best Italian food of the whole trip. I love their New York store so was interested in trying out the location, and was blown away.

The restaurant is located in the middle of a tourist area. There is a large restaurant inside, which is air-conditioned and comfortable for us. The waiters are friendly. But the ravioli are very boring. I would not recommend that you have high expectations of the food.

Pizza and pasta were both very good according to my expectations. If you want a quick meal, try it. If you want a special experience, this is not the place.

At 11am the kitchen wasn't open for outside cafe dining so we just ate at a self service table inside. Arancini balls were good although they don't warm them up hot enough in my opinion. The focaccia was delicious and the illy cappuccino hit the spot.

Very nice store close to the Duomo. Friendly service, great Illy coffee at a good price. The store also has a great selection of delicious Italian cuisine and wines. Recommended.

An awesome spot to shop for a bunch of Italian products to take home. My husband also had a mortadella sandwich while I shopped. It was very good! For tourists, there is a bathroom if you go up the stairs and through the sliding doors.

Great food, quick service, nice staff, clean restrooms, Italian and American menu. Also, if you haven’t accepted Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, now is the time. Pray this prayer to be forgiven of your sin and to enter eternal life: “Dear Lord Jesus, I confess that I have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God. Please forgive me of my sins and come into my heart and be my Lord and Savior. Please also take control of my life and help me to take up my cross and follow You through the power of Your Holy Spirit. I give my life and all I am to You to shape and use as You see fit. Thank You Lord for answering my prayer. In Jesus’ precious and holy name I pray, Amen.”

Finally a place that doesn't charge crazy high prices for espresso/cappuccinos! They were delicious, excellent service and the breakfast crossaints were great! We enjoyed shopping here! Great wine selection as well

So excited to have lunch here after stumbling across it. Genuine go to store for top quality produce at readonable prices. Pizza was first class, carbonara pasta a bit salty. FRESH bread was offered… rare in our experience in Italy. Coffees were excellent. A great incidental experience.

Found this place off Rick Steve’s guide to Italy. If you are an American, you won’t be disappointed or be in fear since it’s so close to duomo. Food was ridiculously good. Service was prompt and you can come for a drink or for a whole dinner. I would get the seafood pasta dish for two people. It was amazing. Views from eating outside was great l.

Server was pleasant, english menu qr code and helpful staff. Highlights: tasty organic wine, great cheese on the special 1 day only pizza. The speck and onion on it were un-needed. Simpler is better. Carbonara wasn’t balanced, excessively salty even without the panchetta in the bite. Firm, al dente pasta. Spinach was simple but slightly underseasoned. Pretty decent overall. Pizza is a 4, carbonara was a 1, wine was 5.

Amazing food and special products like Italicus, different oils, vinegars, pasta, pestos, sweets etc! Nice ambiente in- and outside, fair prices. Service is very friendly. Tiramisu is good to share :-)

Rather expensive but very nice supermarket in Florence city center with specialties from Italy. The quality is really fantastic! The attached Bistro offers food, coffee, and drinks all day long. Service was friendly but unfortunately a bit slow.

So glad we stopped for lunch. Delicious meats and cheeses on the charcuterie board. Pizzas were excellent. We popped in the next day for takeaway sandwiches. I would go back in an instant.

Awful service at the outside area. We had a lot of luggage and although there were many empty tables the lady wouldn't let us sit at a bigger one but only a small one with 2 chairs. Then when we went inside to choose pizza slices and brought them out, she said we cannot do that as there is a service charge for sitting outside and we need to order from her. We are tourists and cannot know that, so no need to be that rude several times. Customer service at the lowest level.

AWESOME here!! Best pasta I have ever eaten! After I had a pasta, I asked if there's a chance to purchase a pasta. Server guy so kindly escorted me to get the pasta in middle of busy working. So impressive pasta and the service! We really enjoyed! This place is hole in the wall 🧱👍👍👍
