😐 Not gonna lie, this is probably the most underwhelming Eataly location I've ever visited. Eataly locations are usually grandiose with impeccable service, but this one felt like a little corner store in Disneyland.

😐 The staff is very friendly and competent. However the famous bistecca alla Fiorentina left more to be desired. The meat was unnecessarily oily and quite raw. However, the desert somewhat redeemed the kitchen so 3 stars is a reasonable judgement, given the prices are not too high and not too low
