Eleonora and Roberto are so kind and have something very special in this luxury hair spa. It was the most beautiful and calming experience I have ever had at a hair salon. Eleonora's knowledge, teachings and experience on hair care, hair color, hair growth, the scalp, and even skin is unparalleled. I have been to some top tier hair salons and this experience was the absolute best I have ever had. I definitely recommend going. Even if you don't need cut or color, the hair spa services are incredible and they carry the best products as well, clean and sustainable. You must go here!

My wife and I had a wonderful experience at Eleonora Gentile Luxury Hair Spa today! It took relaxation to a new level. Products used were all natural, and made our faces and scalps feel amazing, and the treatment was as relaxing as a full body massage! We highly recommend for anyone looking to get a hair/scalp regenerative treatment, and don't miss out on the face treatment as well. We'll be back for sure on our next visit to Firenze!!

Absolutely wonderful!!! Can’t recommend Eleonora enough! Roberto and Eleonora could not have made me feel more relaxed and welcomed. I went in for a fairly drastic hair cut, which I was nervous about being in a different country on my honeymoon. It was without a doubt the best hair cut and hair treatment I have ever had. Her attention to detail, expertise and wonderful customer care are top notch and the products she used were incredible - wonderful fragrance and results! It was truly a pampering experience a my hair was and still is glowing since I left! Such a great haircut and treatment my husband ended up getting his hair done as well and I can definitely say neither of us have ever left a hair salon as happy as we both did at Eleonora’s!! We will be back!!

I recently visited this luxury hair salon in Firenze, and I loved every moment of it! From the exquisite decor and extra touches they offer like keeping the lights off when you come out to being the only person being serviced so you feel special, this place is a true gem! The salon's ambiance is incredibly elegant, and I particularly adored the luxurious seating and the relaxing hair spa experience. It's a perfect blend of style and comfort. The weighted pillow added an extra touch! Eleonora is a true artist, she transformed my hair beautifully, using top-quality products. My hair has never looked or felt better. Her co-owner and husband Roberto is also very kind and accomodating, I enjoyed our conversations. What makes this salon even more special is the exceptional customer service. The staff are friendly and attentive, ensuring that you feel pampered from start to finish. I too work in this Industry, so i certainly do have very high expectations as I treat my own clients very well, so it was so nice for me to have felt like this service was more than what I expected. I had the privilege to get my hair done at this beautiful salon for my wedding rehearsal dinner! I was able to book from home back in the states so easily and when I came to the salon I was greeted so kindly and warmly by Roberto!!! It was such a relaxing amazing experience and I was so happy with the end result. Eleonora was absolutely incredible and she did an extra special job of making me feel so relaxed and happy before my big day. What a lovely beautiful place to spend some relaxing time !!! I wish I had more time to experience the amenities they offer! Can’t wait to spend more time at my next visit !!! Highly recommend!!!

We were in Florence on a babymoon and walked by this beautiful salon. When I got back to the hotel, I messaged to see if I could get in before we headed back to the states, and Eleanora responded right away. They even moved something around to accommodate my schedule— superior customer service. I am SO glad I could get into the salon. The experience was so unique and relaxing, just really unlike anything else I had experienced. I’ve never had a hair service laying down, and the bed was so cool. If you have a chance to experience this amazing salon, don’t think twice! It was amazing.

I have been traveling for a few months and needed to get my hair colored. I had it done in Rome and it was a mess. Frizzy, dry, and the wrong color for me. I found Eleonora’s place through a google search and going there was the best decision. Eleonora and Roberto are the kindest most welcoming couple. Eleonora’s knowledge of hair and her professionalism are top notch. She colored my hair (to a color that’s better for me) and gave me the most nourishing hair treatment. My hair is healthy again. This salon / spa is a must for any woman wanting some luxurious pampering. When I walked out I felt like a million dollars. The hair color came out natural and fabulous, My hair feels silky smooth and healthy. The experience was deeply relaxing and enjoyable. Eleaonora and Roberto are very attentive and super friendly. I believe they may just be the best hair salon in the world.

At 22 years old I have only had 2 people cut my hair in my life. I have gone to the same lady in the US since I first started getting my haircut. On the single occasion I got a haircut from someone else in an emergency case it was so horrible I told myself I would never get my haircut by another person ever. Being in Florence for study abroad I just needed to get my haircut and after some research I found this place. Although they spoke some English there m was a bit of a language barrier and I was a little worried. Especially being a guy at what seemed like a woman’s spa. I could not of been happier with my choice in the end. The two employees were extremely kind and welcoming. The saloon is a beautiful, well put together place that really have a luxury experience. The haircut came out far beyond expectations and was the best cut I have gotten in my life. From the highest quality soap to the finest Japanese scissors haircut was a luxurious experience from start to finish. I can not recommend this place enough and I’m never one to write many reviews. If you’re in Florence this is the place to go for an outstanding haircut.

Wow wow wow!! What a special place with amazing staff, I could not have felt more at home. I was visiting Florence from the US For a friends wedding, and the bride recommended this place personally. I was nervous at first because I don’t speak much Italian, but even booking my appointment was seamless as I was able to message the staff directly via WhatsApp. Once I arrived, I was warmly greeted at the door by Eleonora and Roberto who were very welcoming and made me feel like royalty! Eleonora herself washed my hair and I swear I will never be the same. She described every product she was using, while making recommendations on hair/scalp care and kindly asking about myself and my trip. She massaged my scalp with expertise while the chair also massaged my back! It was simply splendid and I had no idea how luxurious the experience would be. Even Roberto asked if I liked the music and if I preferred something else to listen to – so sweet!! Afterward, Eleonora and Nataliya blow-dried my hair (simultaneously!) and Eleonora crafted an amazing updo style for my shoulder-length hair. She is truly talented while also attentive to her clients, ensuring I was liking the process as it went. More specifically, she would pause often and hold up a mirror for me to see how the backside of my hair was looking to make sure I was loving it. I was also offered an espresso and water during the experience. Overall, the experience was well worth the price and I wish I lived in Florence so I could come back to this fantastic spot. I highly, HIGHLY recommend this place for anybody looking for not only for amazing hair care and styling, but also a experience of true luxury and tranquility.

Ciao everyone! I must say this is the best hair salon I've ever been to. My sister and I are visiting Florence and we wanted to get a nice haircut while we are in the city. The service was beyond spectacular, they made sure that we were comfortable and even offered coffee! She is definitely a talented hairstylist and I love that she has a passion for it. We got a little photoshoot at the end which was cute since we felt like models for a while! Love this place!

I am from DC and was traveling in Europe. I was overdue for getting my hair done and decided to take a chance to get it colored and cut before a wedding. I am hesitant to try new places, especially with blonde coloring. But my hair was a mess - extremely dry and brassy from the sun. The outstanding reviews and the professionalism of Roberto put me at ease immediately that I was in very competent hands. However, the experience at the salon surpassed even these high expectations. I had the best experience I have ever had at a hair salon (the experience blew my routine luxury salons in DC and New York out of the water)! From booking to finish, Eleanora and Roberto were professional, kind, and exceeded all expectations to create a luxury experience. I left feeling so calm and relaxed in their attentive hands: Eleanora is a wealth of knowledge and I appreciated the time she took to carefully assess my hair, skin tone, and make a plan, while anticipating my every need. She also uses the finest tools and products. The chairs are designed for optimum comfort. The hair coloring product is natural (and smells amazing!) - and made me wonder why I accepted bleach in my US salon that burns my eyes and scalp for many years as normal. My hair looks fantastic and I will make trips to Firenze in the future to see Eleanora.

Amazing hair experience! Would flight out to Florence just to get my hair done by Eleonora. Pure delight, such precision and attention to details. My hair looks amazing, the color the texture. What an amazing experience! From the atmosphere to the owner to the stylist and the amenities this place is top notch. Roberto, the owner, was friendly and you could tell he took pride in his establishment. Eleonora, the stylist, has magical hands. The neck and head massage were relaxing and helped relieve travel stress. The massage bed where my hair was washed was an amazing experience. I’ve never had someone wash my hair while I was on a bed. I felt like a model when I left the salon.

I cannot recommend this hair salon enough. From beginning to end, it is very clear that every part of the experience has been meticulously thought out. The attention to detail is next to none.
