So happy I came to this place! Serenella is very competent and knowledgeable. I had been having some problems with my hair&scalp because change of weather, water, etc.. she used the camera to show me my current scalp & hair condition and then gave me proper treatment for it. I came out feeling amazing with beautiful bouncy shiny hair and my scalp feels so clean and light.. she also taught me some tricks on how to style my hair at home. thank you again :))

Ask to add the cabin treatment to whatever service you are getting! A nice little way to treat yourself with a very relaxing scalp/face massage in a nice warm bed.

Serenella was absolutely amazing. I walked in, speaking no Italian, she saw my hair and knew exactly what needed doing and she gave me some options and prices. After consideration, I opted for a full head of highlights because there were different shades and bands of blond underneath my whoke head of hair when Serenella lifted my hair up. The end result was a very happy me! The colour was even all over my head. My friends and family all asked "Where did you get your hair done? It looks amazing!" In addition to walking away with an incredibly good head of highlights at a reasonable price, I also experienced aromatherapy oils and felt incredibly relaxed throughout my time with Serenella. I cannot recommend Serenella and this salon enough. I first visited the salon feeling really unhappy with my hair cut and colour. Serenella was so kind and really took time to understand my concerns and what I was looking for. After a thorough consultation she recommended a treatment along with the cut. After a lovely head massage and relaxing hair masque I felt so relaxed and calm. Serenella has a sort of intuitive connection with hair and I could not believe the difference when she was finished. My natural hair colour, which I previously thought was flat and boring, now looked soft and luminous under Serenella’s expert care without any need for hair colouring. I honestly left feeling like a new person and my hair felt healthier and happier for weeks after.
