    I had an appointment with Lavinia today and I am really pleased with my eyebrows! She really understood the shape I needed and now they look perfect even without any product on them. This is the first time in years in Florence that my eyebrows have been exactly as I want them, so I fixed a follow-up appointment on the spot. The brow bar is nice too because it is on a platform above the shop and therefore private.

    I'm travelling in Italy for the week, and I wanted to checkout the international Sephora. I stopped into the one here at the train station, where I was greeted by Cristina. She spoke Italian, English, and Spanish, which was delightful since I got to practice my Italian, she shared with my Spanish-speaking boyfriend, and she communicated the services in English. She showed me around the store since I asked about Italian native brands, and then offered to do my brows. I got a brow tint for the first time. She was friendly, clean, and quick, and it's amazing to have color in my brows for the first time. I won't stay in Italy for long, but if you get the urge to visit Sephora or the Benefit brow bar, definitely come and definitely ask for Cristina!
