To-go coffees in three different sizes. Friendly service.

Not the most pleasant experience but might just have been unlucky. We sat and sat and sat catching waiters eye but eventually had to go inside to be told no sandwiches, it was only 14:00. None would be made as too late. Very abrupt and unhelpful. Told could have coffee or alcohol. Decided to go elsewhere.

Very nice little café' in town. I bought a pork sandwich that had pretty good, soft bread and lots of pork.

Loved this place. The cornetto and coffee were one of the best I've had in Florence. The only disappointment I suffered was that I didn't find this place earlier.

So it was a free coffee day at John Borno caffe and they gave us free iced latte for a smart trip Europe campaign. Really loved their hospitality and warm welcome. Gonna try their other flavours.

I was wondering why my colleagues are not coming to this bar since it’s so closed to our office. Now I understand. For the bad service and also for the bad cocktail they made. It’s really bad the cocktails they are too lazy even stirring. When it’s raining they don’t open the umbrella outside and the store beside is opening it. They say because of the wind. Yes the wind only comes to this bar. What a good excuse!

Great spot in the heart this beautiful city Florence. Best thing is seats outside so you can enjoy your food, drink watching people and other moving things at the crossing roads. Visited there twice and sat there for hours enjoying good food, good coffee good weather all at the same time. Me personally love sitting outside so really enjoyed it there. Staff were nice, kind, fast. Was good to have a such a great spot in the center as we walked a lot visiting Florence. It was a delightful break that day so I visited there again. Highly recommend it. Thanks guys!

Delighted to find John Borno had vegan croissant options and alternative milks for coffee. Really delicious and Matteo was super friendly.

There are a lot of bad ‘caffes’ in Florence, this is the worst especially for tourists. They rush your order making your coffee have some ‘pulp’ in it. They don’t close the lid properly on your to go cup, making you spill your coffee and burn you. They make you feel that they want you out of your store as soon as you come in. Tourists Better to stay away in this coffee shop.

Sandwiches are great, good priced coffee and you really have to try the Nutella pastry. Also the staff speaks English and are very friendly! Would visit again if I had time
