The worst service I have ever received. I tried on a couple pairs of shoes upstairs, decided not to buy them, went down the stairs, sat beside my girlfriend for 15-20 seconds and then was kicked out of the store. I asked a women if she was the manager, she confirmed she was. I told her about the unbelievable treatment I'd received and then I saw where the employee learned this sort of behaviour. The ironic bit is that the couches we were sitting on had phone chargers built in which means they were purposely designed for customers to sit for more than the less than 60 seconds it takes to try on a pair of shoes. The store was literally empty. 5-6 staff were standing around in a circling chatting and only spoke with me to kick us out. For someone that owns many pairs of Geox, it's unfortunate as I will never purchase another pair again. As a retailer myself, I would have fired this employee on the spot if I ever witnessed this sort of thing. Amazing how basic service is still something that we cannot expect. It's also shocking that in Geox's response, they try to refute how they dropped the ball rather than simply apologising and recognising that they can do better in the future.

We were lied to by sales associate about a purse. She claimed it was made in Italy. We purchased. After some research, we learned it was not made in Italy. Store would not let us return for a refund, including the manager.

This shop was very friendly and the staff were extremely fast in finding the correct shoes and sizes. We even were offered a 10 percent discount as we bought 2 pairs of shoes. The young ladies serving us were very polite and helpful even advising us on good places to go to eat in the area. 5 stars☆☆☆☆☆ - such a great talent in a very busy shop full of tourists!! My husband and I are very surprised at some of the negative reviews regarding the staff and their service at this Geox store right in the centre of Firenze! We have been shopping here for many years and continue to be customers of this store, and from the beginning the staff have been and are very professional, attentive, informative, friendly and very present. Of course the shoes are excellent and we return frequently to buy them, and to enjoy the good ambiance here! We highly recommend shopping at this store when you are in Firenze.

I was shocked, I’m buying only Geox Shoe all over the world ( from Tokyo to New York, London, Paris and so on ) That was the first time that I received such service, it was definitely the worst service ever!

Some of the staff were not so friendly,we were going to buy 2 or 3 pair of shoes because of his behavior we didn’t buy, He was not so polite.

It was a great experience shopping at this branch of GEOX. I had specific designs/models already in mind that I wanted to purchase but were not available at this branch. I am grateful to Margarita as she proactively and willingly checked for the models and sizes I needed in other stores and since they weren't available in other stores, she checked availability in factory and had those ordered for me which I collected in 3 days. It was easy for her to say that the models I needed weren't available and I would not mind at all but the fact she made genuine efforts to get me what I needed not only makes her a person with a positive attitude and approach but also a valuable asset for GEOX. In a world where online shopping and fast fashion is so common , it was a delight to shop at Geox today - Elisa was the perfect ambassador for Geox - she knows the products well and makes considered recommendations. She is attentive and courteous and nothing is too much trouble for her. There are plenty of Geox stores around the world offering great products - but I recommend you visit this store and see Elisa !

Terrible service! They put my passport number wrong on the tax free form, when I call to ask for a correction, they hung up on me! This is a terrible store! Be warned!

Staff impolite and patronising rushing us to make a decision even though it was nowhere near the closure time. Better no help at all than to be mistreated, no thank you!
