The
worst
service
I
have
ever
received.
I
tried
on
a
couple
pairs
of
shoes
upstairs,
decided
not
to
buy
them,
went
down
the
stairs,
sat
beside
my
girlfriend
for
15-20
seconds
and
then
was
kicked
out
of
the
store.
I
asked
a
women
if
she
was
the
manager,
she
confirmed
she
was.
I
told
her
about
the
unbelievable
treatment
I'd
received
and
then
I
saw
where
the
employee
learned
this
sort
of
behaviour.
The
ironic
bit
is
that
the
couches
we
were
sitting
on
had
phone
chargers
built
in
which
means
they
were
purposely
designed
for
customers
to
sit
for
more
than
the
less
than
60
seconds
it
takes
to
try
on
a
pair
of
shoes.
The
store
was
literally
empty.
5-6
staff
were
standing
around
in
a
circling
chatting
and
only
spoke
with
me
to
kick
us
out.
For
someone
that
owns
many
pairs
of
Geox,
it's
unfortunate
as
I
will
never
purchase
another
pair
again.
As
a
retailer
myself,
I
would
have
fired
this
employee
on
the
spot
if
I
ever
witnessed
this
sort
of
thing.
Amazing
how
basic
service
is
still
something
that
we
cannot
expect.
It's
also
shocking
that
in
Geox's
response,
they
try
to
refute
how
they
dropped
the
ball
rather
than
simply
apologising
and
recognising
that
they
can
do
better
in
the
future.
