Simona is friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and direct. She helped me to buy the watch which most suited my needs and style. I wear my Montecristo watch every day and have received many compliments. I will definitely return there for my next watch!

After many years of enjoying my Locman watch, it was time for a band replacement. Using the Locman website, I was able to make enquiries about the bands available and cost and delivery options. I found Simona to be so attentive and prompt with providing answers to my questions. We quickly settled on the pieces I wanted, settled the payment details along with express delivery. It was so easy and I am now proudly wearing my Locman Montecristo again. Amazingly, dealing with Simona who is in Florence Italy, while I am located in Australia was no issue. She was kind enough to communicate in perfect English, which I greatly appreciated. A wonderful 5 star experience.

Beautiful small boutique shop for LOCMAN watches in Florence. I already knew the quality and reputation of this company as I have a couple of their Quartz stealth watches and was excited to see the store. I glanced at a couple of watches in the store and then asked to see their automatic watches. Our salesman was very knowledgeable and helped me pick out the latest Montecristo Automatic Chronograph with a self-winding mechanical movement developed by the S.I.O. (Italian School of Watchmaking). The black leather wrist band gives it a luxurious appearance. He also worked with me on the cost of the watch when I hesitated. I feel I got a great deal on a beautiful looking handmade functional watch. Extremely happy and recommend this store to anyone visiting Italy who wants to bring home a well made Italian watch

Very helpful and polite lady, tries to help in every way, good mannered and very cheerful. I have visited the shop several times buying a very nice watch with her advise and every time I wear it I get a lot of compliments. The shop is mazing. A masterpiece of architecture and interior.

We visited beautiful Firenze at the end of September and whilst there my wife wanted to take the opportunity to see if her gorgeous rose gold Locman watch could be repaired having smashed the glass face. We hadn’t been able to find anyone in the Uk, so this was a golden chance. As well as baiting the gorgeous Locman boutique and seeing the latest range we were delighted to be welcomed by Simona, who explained that the watch could be repaired and have the aging strap replaced. She was incredibly helpful and we left the watch with her to get a quote on the repair as we were moving on to Lucca and then home. She got us the quote within three days, the price was very good and she sent us pictures of the repaired watch which now looks like new and is having it shipped back to us now that I’ve confirmed payment details.
