Today's evaluation 12/2022: with the change in the administration of the bath and grooming, it has become much better, they are affectionate with our "children", excellent service, the groomer does beautiful hairstyles for the dogs and especially the friendly service. I had stopped taking ours, because of the antipathy of the previous bathing and grooming administration, now I'm back and I won't stop taking them anymore because our little ones are very well treated and looked after there. The petshop has everything we need, from toys to medicines, with always more affordable prices. Summary: it only got better with the new administration. Review from 3 years ago: It has everything we need for our four-legged children!! I highly recommend it. Veterinary clinic with qualified professionals.

I looked for a clinic to take my kitten and I had good recommendations from Drs Jéssica and Kátia. I was able to schedule an appointment quickly via WhatsApp, they even responded to me outside of the scheduled time (which is from 8 am for non-emergency appointments). Everyone was very friendly, the price was fair, the environment was comfortable. They have a separate waiting room for cats, which I thought was great, so my kitty (who is already quite scared at the vet) didn't need to be exposed to the dogs waiting for treatment. We were seen by Dr. Jéssica, who was very careful in her care, both with my kitten and with me, assessed him with patience and affection and explained everything that could be happening. At the end of the service, he gave me medication, which he advised on how I should offer it and asked me to send a message if my kitten didn't improve, telling me about possible future scenarios and what to expect. Fortunately, apparently my cat has nothing serious, but having patient care and care for the owners (who are not doctors and don't understand many details) and the animal makes all the difference. I felt very safe and I know that my kitten is in good hands. The girls at reception are also great, very friendly. I recommend!

Service with Dr. Katia was incredible. Attentive, careful and patient. I know my beloved kitten Jupiter is in good hands.

First of all, the note refers to bathing and grooming, the CLINIC is GREAT, certainly the best in the South of the Island!! However, they work as separate units, that is, bathing and grooming is as if it were an independent unit in the pet, and my note refers exclusively to BATHING. This was definitely the worst experience I've ever had. The reasons follow: 1. My dog ​​returned still damp and the perfume didn't even last 1 day; 2. I asked and reinforced that they should not cut any hair, as it is not a grooming breed. As a result, they sheared several parts without my authorization, certainly because they didn't know the breed; 3. My dog ​​developed an earache a week after bathing, with a fungal problem caused by humidity. 4. Total inexperience of whoever was responsible for the bath. 5. They asked to bring the bath forward to the morning, and to this day I don't know the reason, but they managed to deliver it only at the end of the day, so my dog ​​spent the day certainly trapped in a cage and desperate with thirst. Terrible!!!! I looked for several places in the south of the island, and because of the good reviews on Google I chose Zoo for the bath, but I regret it immensely, because until now I'm treating my dog ​​and hoping that the hair will grow back.
