Equilíbrio Pleno was the first Pilates Studio I discovered. From the beginning I was very well received and I was very well guided!! Competent and committed professionals. I discovered the studio by searching for physiotherapy on Google. I met Dr. Jardel and was his patient for 10 months in Osteopathy. Now I do pilates and functional and I love it. The space is spacious, everything is brand new, I feel at home. I recommend them, they are great professionals!

Pleasant atmosphere, great professionals, perfect place to combine business with pleasure, that is, exercise for body and mind. I love my pilates classes, after a tiring day at work, pilates is the best thing to do, I leave feeling refreshed, the name says it all, "Full Balance".

Excellent place, with a great structure, very pleasant atmosphere and a beautiful view of the city! All classes are accompanied by a very qualified and attentive physiotherapist! I've been going to this place for a few years now and I'm very satisfied!! On top of that, I made a lot of friends! It's good for the body and the soul! I highly recommend it!
