It’s a well located Beach Resort, just by the sea, close to bars and restaurants. I really enjoyed my staying here, I would definitely come back! Good service and friendly staff. I strongly recommend this place.

Rooms: outdated and super tight. Bed and linens were good but they definitely need to update and redo the bathroom asap. Breakfast: Great coffee and food variety. They do offer tapioca and any style eggs a la carte but the service is not very efficient. Outside seating area needs a little renovation. Amenities: Awesome pool area! The garden and flowers are stunning! Very well taken care. Service at the beach was great.

What can I say? It's nice but we were expecting more. Overall there isn't much to do here and it's kind of boring honestly. The costao do santinho resort is way better. I wouldn't come back here again.

Really bad smell of mold in the rooms. We asked to change room twice and still the smell was the same. We had to sleep with the balcony door open because of the smell and there were a lot of mosquitos. We ended up leaving two days early to another hotel. I don’t recommend staying here and this is definitely not a 5 star hotel.

Beautiful place with poor management. Half of the treadmills don’t work in the gym, terrible breakfast, absurd high extra charges for second person, put my parents in a room next to construction, the internet is impossible to connect to, the shower was dirty with calcium build up. I would not stay here again. And I would recommend other people do not stay here. It’s not worth the money.

IL Campanario Villaggio Resort offers impeccable service, with extremely attentive staff and comfortable rooms. The lodging experience was exceptional.

Fabulous location by the beach. Rooms are spacious but a bit old. Pool is inviting but service can be a lot better. For security purposes you get tagged which is a hassle, especially if you choose to remove the tags. The hotel does not have a spa but there is a spa service available which is not reliable as it was closed most of the time. The real benefit is the location by the beach. Had chosen a full board which was a mistake.

We all needed a bit of this peace, nice place, they only speak Portuguese.

Ok stay. Far away to be the 5 star hotel they rated themselves. Location is excellent! Mattress was ok! Not super comfy, but pillows and bedding were motel 6 grade or even homeless shelter. Literally disgusting! The whole property shows sign of wear. They need to work on renovations ASAP!

Overall this resort is excellent. Spending one week visiting Floripa to explore opportunities for a month-long holiday I chose Il Campanario based upon the quiet location on reviews of Jurere. Arriving early (1200) the apartment wasn't ready (expected) and was offered (without having to ask) to store luggage securely. This was a wonderful way to be greeted! After a nice lunch at one of the many nearby restaurants I returned to the hotel at 1400 to a ready room and was escorted professionally by Matheus. Although no-one spoke english all were very patient as I translated and struggled to respond in Portuguese. Everyone was kind! The apartment (Suite Boulevard) was spacious, well provisioned, clean and supplied with plenty of fresh towels. COntrary to other reviews, the furniture is nice and in good condition, as were the linens. I have zero complaints about the room. The pools and sunbathing areas are well maintained, fun, appropriately spaced and well-served by the poolboys. Marcio speaks english well and was extremely attentive and nice. Taking advantage of the included breakfast I was impressed by the quality and quantity of the food and the CoVID safety measures in place. I always felt that the resort has in place and maintained excellent safety measures.. We dined at the fine restaurant on several occasions. While the service is paced slowly, this was expected and is customary for a beautiful evening. On many nights there was live music - perfect! The food was prepared perfectly. The wine list is extensive - and since I was drinking alone they always brought the remainder wine to my room. Perfect. Highly recommend - I will return for another short stay.

Amazing hotel. Friendly staff and lots of options. This place is more of a resort as opposed to a standard hotel. Plus it’s only a few mins walk away from the beach which is a bigger bonus.

Our room was full of ants and the shower was horrendous it just didn't work! We had so many cold showers which brought my children down to tears. Pool was OK but soo much chlorine that our swimming clothes had to be put in the bin after our stay in there. The hotel and the surrounding areas highly overpriced for the standards. My husband doesn't speak Portuguese and was struggling to communicate with them.

Could be solved with carpet pads ] * manager didn't bother to call me back * impossible to sleep between 9 and 11 am when the cleaning crews start moving stuff all over making crazy noise. * security lock box does not work Honestly if you are reading this I recommend you to go to a smaller place and perhaps if you like this area use the surrounding Only difference here is that the pool and gym are nice . Just my opinion. As for the price we paid we expected at least a brain level on management to fix the most annoying thing that is the noise in the room and the mold smell. For any gringos readings this many places around here are safe . To me I don't think safety on this hotel is any + if you compare to any other place that I went
