This hotel was terrible. Our first room was covered in ants. We promptly showed the staff pictures and they gave us a new room. The new room looked like it was under construction. The television didn't work in both rooms and it was either so hot without the AC or freezing with it. Both bathrooms didn't function correctly as well. The cleaning staff delightful as well as the kitchen staff. The breakfast was substandard. The front desk staff was terrible at attending to guests.

Very nice looking road or rua from the hotel. You can also see the bridge and during the night the sight it is nice but the hotel it's quite basic and not very comfortable inside, also looks old. However, has a good breakfast and one of the staff members speaks English for those who cannot speak or understand Portuguese

Great place with very lind reception staff and seriously one the most exquisite breakfasts I had a pleasure to enjoy in hotel of this category. Great service for a great price and it is 5 minutes walk to bus terminal.

I had a good stay in this property. Front desk agents Alexandria, Priscilla and Juan all spoke English and guide me where to go around town. I thank God they helped since I don't speak Portuguese and not too many people in Brazil speak English or they are shy to speak English. If you are from English speaking country you will like this hotel. Room was basic and nice. Full Breakfast was included everyday and it was delicious. I enjoyed my stay. Lot of nice restaurant in area. I highly recommend falah coffee and store restaurant and seu ze choperia restaurant and employees speak English. Uber is inexpensive but I walked to the restaurant which is about 10 to 15 minutes away. Wifi was excellent.

The rooms are nice, good for people who are not looking for too much confortable. They are the perfect choice for not-so-expensive rooms

Ok place. Very good location, friendly staff. The room itself is a bit tacky, but also cheaper than most surrounding alternatives.

I loved this hotel in centro. It has a nice location I walked everywhere from the hotel. The rooms were nice, not super fancy, but very adequate with everything needed. The free breakfast was great every morning. The receptionists are extremely nice and helpful, they will help you with anything that you need. I loved all of the people at this hotel and I would happily return again. I hope to return. Thank you all.
