We were invited to visit the resort and have an experience as part of the so-called "Vacation Club." We were told to arrive there early and advised that we would have a 30-60 min long presentation about the Vacation Club. We arrived there at 9:40 (me, my husband, and my one-year-old baby). There was a HUGE line and it took ONE hour and 10 minutes to check in and get inside the Resort. My baby was so upset and tired from waiting.. but okay. The place is beautiful and there are so many trees and nice green areas. The beach view is incredible and there is great, easy access. The indoor swimming pool was packed. We went inside and I had to go immediately to the changing station to get my baby fed and his diaper changed. We were told that at 13:30 we had the presentation. It was okay until the lady wouldn't stop talking. IT TOOK 2 HOURS AND 30 MINUTES, but again they said it would last 30-60 min. They wouldn't stop talking and I told the lady "is it over yet? My baby is crying and hungry. We need to get him fed" My baby was hungry, upset, and unsettled and we were very tired from the loud music and the whole small talk to create rapport or should I say to keep us busy from enjoying the Resort? So yes, in the end, we didn't sign for the Vacation Club. How come we would after all this trouble? We barely had time to enjoy the Resort and the Amenities because of the long time waiting at the reception and the presentation. You guys should pay attention to these details. Couples with babies or toddlers shouldn't keep waiting for that much to get inside of the resort and neither take that long to do the whole presentation! It was an okay experience, but I will give it a second thought before booking a room with you guys after the experience.

Great place, all the staff were perfect, either on organization or behavior wise. The room was clean and really comfortable. Food were great, they have a oyster production nearby so it came as fresh as it can be (at the end of October). There were all kind of foods (and drinks), Japanese, Italian, brazilian.. The only problem was the digital locker on my room which were not functioning properly, in the end I had to change rooms. I'd recommend this resort for everyone . 9/10

ATTENTION TO MOLD /Attention to Black mold Rooms not only in the VIP building but also in the villas, indoor pool areas, restaurant, and spa, in short, all indoor areas with a lot of mold/ black mold and mildew. Maintenance in general in the entire resort was very poor. My wife had several asthma attacks and suffered from respiratory distress during our entire stay. During our stay, the weather was not very good. It was cold, rainy, and cloudy so unfortunately, we stayed more indoors. The heated pools are always overpacked and with mildew sludge, and mold on the ceiling, walls, doors, and tiles. The spa was not usable for us due to its high level of black mold toxins. The musty sauna, bathrooms, ceiling, and water circuit were all taken over by mold. We attended the event "Churrasco do Telo" and the schedule and shows were excellent which saved the stay and helped to pass the time without using the pools and spa. The hotel canceled our last night before we arrived at the hotel, they didn't arrange another place or help us with finding accommodation. When I asked for directions on where to stay for the last night (which they canceled) I got no response. Two weeks have passed since my stay and no refund for the canceled night was received yet. Value @R$2500/night (@$500) for an oceanfront room with a whirlpool. The whirlpool could not be used because the pipe was taken by mold, and the drain was broken. The curtain that separates the bed and the sea view was broken, we had to call hotel maintenance to remove it and give us access to the view. I asked them to review the fee charged as I couldn't use what I paid for since the room without the whirlpool was a lot less, but I didn't get a response. The bathroom in the room has a lot of mold as well. There is a loud noise in the closed areas of the pools and indoor restaurants, it has a lot of echo which increases the noise even more. The outdoor area, and the view of the sea and the mountains are breathtaking, the nature part is stunning! The food was generally good, and some of the restaurants were excellent. But with so much mold everywhere that a good cleaning would help, it makes us wonder what the kitchen hygiene looks like...

The Hotel always will be one the best places on the Island of Santa Catarina, Brazil to rest, enjoy the nature, gastronomy, beach, events and meet friends, family or making business. I love when I have the opportunity stay there.

I am Brazilian and this was the very first time we went to an all inclusive resort in Brazil. Let's start with the great things: 1) Location: Amazing, very beautiful scenery, lots of nature and trails. We saw a lot of wildlife within the resort (owls, birds, etc) and they have their own mini farms which you can go in and interact with the animals. 2) Food: phenomenal, everything was great. They even do specials like southern Brazilian BBQ (beef ribs, lamb) and mini BBQ skewers. The specialty restaurants are okay, but nothing fantastic. Getting a reservation on those are very difficult to not say impossible. 3) Rooms: very nice, most of the villas have their own pools and covered parking (we were on Vila 14). We got a Vila that had a full kitchen and a balcony, which was nice, however the bedroom was a little odd and the A/C wouldn't cool that pretty well. 4) Entertainment: Very nice, really liked all the shows and pool side entertainment. On NYE day they had a nice carnaval show by the hotel pool and the entertainment at night was amazing, including the fireworks exclusively for the hotel. Now the bad things: 1) SECURITY: While we were at the resort, people got arrested for using fake wristbands. During the NYE party there were an alarming number of intoxicated people and they were bringing glass bottles and glassware to the pool area. I called security many times and they ignored that. Some adults were intoxicated and using foul language with their kids in front of our kids. Called security and nobody did anything. 2) Beach: Is rough, water is clean but it is rough. You can't really do a nice swim there. That's just the nature of that location, nothing the resort can do. 3) Drinks: You have to walk to the bar to order them. No poolside service. 4) Reservation system for restaurants: Terrible. Availability is extremely limited and you have to keep wasting your time going to the help center to find out if cancellations happened. 5) Maintenance: A/Cs don't work in the common areas. During NYE we were all sweating because the area we sat down had no working A/C. Rooms had some minor maintenance problems and we had to call several times to get someone to go look at it. 6) Check in: it is chaotic, took us over an hour to check-in. You do the web check in but none of the information gets saved. It is just a waste of time. 7) Transportation: The vans that take you around the resort have no A/C and at busy times you have to wait 15-20 minutes for some to show up. 8) SPA: I booked a treatment, which was very nice. However, they put the spa right next to the hotel pool. There was loud volume coming from outside so you could not really relax during the process as the loud music was inside the massage room. Very disappointing and disrespectful. We will definitely return here, but, hopefully the resort will take the feedback seriously. They asked for it many times, hopefully they will read it.

Terrible resort. Place is too big, no one speaks English. Avoid at all costs.

Great activities available for the families, kids club has great animators who involves the young guests with very nice activities. Stunning trails next to hotel, loved the eco park, good level of food, overall very nice experience

My family and I spent a great time there. The weather helped a lot. Clean rooms, competent staff, marvelous nature and beach. My only complain concerns the noise in restaurants; besides the usual chat of dozens of guests, there are also music and plates and silverware always tinkling.

Incredible, just incredible. If you have the chance, you must go all inclusive at new years. The fireworks are so close to the beach, the food is out of this world and every member of staff is your best friend and will go out of their way to accommodate you... The rooms are not 5 star in the villas but you will not be staying in them much.

Unbelievable, waiting in the hall around 1H I noticed uncountable roaches crawling the walls, after the fact I had to take off.

Beautiful settings, great pools and good restaurants, lots of families with kids in summer vacations. The rooms were adequate but small for such a big resort.

Our dinner at the Kaigan Japanese restaurant was really good. Highesr points to the 1) dessert: ginger sorbet , 2) the amazing service of Isadora, always there for us, fast but not rushing anything, active listening and very helpful. Thank you :) Hotel: Overall experience is good, lower than publicised but somewhere at the mid-high range, depending on your previous experiences in similar places. Food is really good. Service presented some inconsistencies across bars and restaurants but overall pretty solid and people very welcome. Great place for a trip for sure.
