What can I say, it's Cicis pizza. A little pricey for the quality. 4 of us ate for 53. Definitely not worth the 9.99. Staff friendly. It is one of the more cleaner Cicis I've been too. It's a 3 star because the food isn't worth the price. The salad bar only had 12 ranch dressing bottles, 1 creamy italian and 1 zesty dressing. Seriously 12 ranch was set out....We are in a tourist area so that could be why. Staff was nice. If you have some really hungry kids, then yes this is a place to consider.

You can not go wrong with this place!! Cicis always has a pretty good salad bar which is always my favorite! This place actually had beets and pineapple?!?! The restaurant and restrooms were pretty clean. We had asked for lots of personal pizzas which they were very accommodating because we are vegetarian. The Flatbread pizza is a must try!! Less toppings you add the better it taste because it's not so soggy!

Although the food was fresh I was disappointed when I saw on of the workers come up to the line grab a cinnamon roll and start eating it! She never washer hand and then proceeded to prep pizza! And when front cashier was addressed she was scratching her arm and playing on her phone! Need to hire elderly folks to work as they have a degree of responsibility.

The food was good however they did not have pizza out in a variety in a timely manner and the tables needed cleaning by the time we got there. The rest rooms were not quite the cleanest and I just wish It was cleaner overall. The customer service however was great! All the staff did their best to help us out.

Very clean establishment, very kid friendly environment and the pizza is delicious. I love coming here. Always an enjoyable experience, very friendly staff.

It's been years since I have eaten at a Cici's pizza. It was always good pizza, never great pizza, and this was on par with what I remembered from years past. It's definitely a quantity over quality type of place. The price was reasonable for these days.

Great Pizza Buffet. Everything was hot and fresh, primarily due to how busy it was. The place was packed, and it was hard to find a place to eat. My only complaint and mainly why I subtracted a star is the cost. One Adult Buffet and one medium drink cost $13.64 after-tax, which can quickly eat up a hundred-dollar bill if you are a large family. Overall good experience, but like everything else, the price is getting a little uncomfortable. Heck, it costs that ordering a combo meal at any fast food restaurant anymore.

Currently sitting here, literally nothing on the buffet. Absolutely terrible! Been here MANY times at this location and never seen it like this! Only good thing was the sweet girl at the register trying her best to keep up.

My wife and I went during our vacation. The workers are great and great food. The staff also asked if we'd like anything specific put out. They had the food out in no time. We haven't been to Cicis since before COVID started because our local one closed down🙄 It was amazing!

We are here on vacation and we used to have two in our city in Kentucky but has been closed for years. When I seen this location while here we had to stop. I have to say this is the cleanest and friendliest restaurant we have visited since here. We have ate at some pricey ones here and have been rude and not very clean. Great job to your staff. This location is fabulous.

I remember good old days when you can enjoy pizza for $4.99. As for today it's still affordable. If you have kids it's super nice place because they have very good size arcade. Salad bar and soup always included in the buffet, if there's anything you want they will fix pizza right the way . Good selection of toppings and fantastic dessert pizza. Downside unfortunately they put much less ingredients, it's mostly dough and cheese. BBQ pizza and macaroni and cheese pizza are among all the favorites by our family

The salad bar was great! The dining room is dirty, ceiling tiles have mold and black stuff coming out of vents, floors, tables and windows were gross. Service was not bad, but ok.

We have been to Cicis pizza a couple of times, it has been clean,affordable and tasty.For all the choices in pizza and saladbar its great.Yes the cost per person has gone up but so has everything else.Still cheaper then a lot of other places.We enjoy every visit.Great job!!!

Went in after we got done trick or treating. Food was hot & tasted good. Had 6 children and my husband with me. Staff was friendly, respectful and it was clean.

We eat here alot, Usually because we can bring Grand Babies, and every thing runs Smoothly, I would like to say we we extremely pleased with their Salad bar tonight, It actually had cheese without having to ask for it ( Surly we are not the only ones ) .So We decided to ask about it, Apparently they were out of some things so they were needing the cheese and ham to take the place of.. So management if you are reading this... Please find away to keep Cheese on your salad bar.. With doing this, you are actually going to get some of the more expensive restaurants around business, We adults enjoy a good Salad bar and let the kiddos have the pizza..We always enjoy, I would like to comment on the employee, I believe her name is Haliey, always a pleasure, She Always Checks on us, Let's us know she is available if we should need anything. Just has A pleasant Personality, That kind of employee can make or break a company, And she definitely makes our dinner more enjoyable...

Awesome food and service. We had went to mellow mushroom first. They seated us there and never returned for order. After seeing people who came in being served…we left. When we got to Cici’s….. the lady took our order. Soon we had our pizza and salads. They were the best we have eaten in a very long time. Excellent servers and price comparison to other place was we received three pizzas for the price of one at Mellow Mushroom.

Walked in right before the lunch rush. There were a few tables occupied when we arrived. The salad bar had one lettuce/green option, and way too many pickled items as opposed to fresh. Pizza was ok. Nothing spectacular, nothing wrong. The pizza was replenished often. The drink station was absolutely horrible. No space to move, too many things crammed in one area creating a back up. Perhaps consider a second station? My first time here, and was my last. It's a cool place to take the kids for quick inexpensive pizza, however, there's an inexpensive chain that I think is far better....

Brandi needs more than just a raise. Brandi makes me love to come to work everyday. I have only been here for a month and 17 days(but whose counting) and she has made me so happy here. Her and Goran have made me feel so happy to be here and they were so happy and welcoming when I got here.😘😘Everyone at Cicis is so fun and happy. I love being a part of the Cicis family, and hope to be here for a very long time❤️❤️❤️❤️

It's CiCis, so you pretty much know what you're getting when you step in. I was impressed how clean this location was at the time of our visit. And despite it being an odd, not too busy time everything was fresh and the staff kept cranking out new items and fresh, hot pizza. Definitely a place to make the kiddos happy (and the kid inside all of us adults who sometimes just want to stuff ourselves with pizza).

Ordered a 2go at 645pm. Ready when I arrived for pick up. Veggies on the 1pizza,were fresh.plenty of cheese. Would like more red pizza,sauce. Could hardly find it on my pizza. All in all very good. Good family place to have dinner.
