I wanted to buy my 14 year old daughter a couple necklaces and a some earrings for her birthday. I went into Marshall's next door first and they no longer have any jewelry at all. Ross had everything I needed and the customer service was pretty good. 4/5 stars because they are understaffed and I had to wait a long time after ringing the bell for service at the jewelry counter. No one ever came and I had to ask an associate to help me YET I got some adorable little trinkets and my daughter is going to love them!

One cashier. Looooong a$$ line that moves slower than you can imagine. WHY? Why did it take 15 mins for the cashier to call another employee up to the front to help? And why did it take her aaaaaages to get to the front of the store? So ridiculous and so annoying. I shopped there for an hour and a half, just to leave my stuff and walk out without paying. This store is turning into a Walmart. Everything about it is trashy.

If you've got any complaints about a Ross, you're the problem, Ross knows what it is, Ross knows the space it occupies better than any discount chain. Is it janky and disorganized? It's a Ross! Did the staff act more suspicious than helpful? yeah they did, it's a Ross! any allover print t shirts with nicktoons/skulls, to wear so you can be an eyewitness on the local news? It's a Ross, they got several to choose from! Some customer test spraying anything sprayable creating an aroma vapor that renders the air inside unbeatable? Wouldn't be a Ross without it! How about a pair of possibly fake Levi's 512's to replace the ones you lost out at the river after you had to run away from DOGMAN! Yes...yeah,absolutely! COMEONDOWN TO ROSS!

Found some great treasures at this location. 2 skirts, a blouse and a dress caught my eye and were necessary purchases.

Idk what Ross's sick policy is, but I was helped by a very sick employee yesterday. She was up front in the checkstands by herself with no help and was clearly not feeling well. Just in our 2 minute interaction she had to stop 4 times to cough. She also blew her nose and then proceeded to check out and touch all of my purchases without using hand sanitizer (there was none up at the check stands), or stopping to wash her hands. Not sure if she was forced to be there, or what. This is how sicknesses spread. I didn't say anything to her because it seemed like she was having such a hard time and I understand the struggle of not having paid sick leave. However, I would rather not have sick ppl checking out my items. Hoping that I didn't catch anything 😕

So this is my third time I've been in about a month because I've always loved this store they've always had so much to pick from but there wasn't much on the shelves and what they did have was way overpriced I wasn't happy because it doesn't look like anything is changed for them bear shelves very sad I hope they get it together

Stocked pretty good clean store surprisingly had alot of options usually some other locations are behind on stocking but who isnt when you have discounted great deals!!!

Don't bother... nothing here and even being 33weeks pregnant I can't use a bathroom! Whats the point of being open. Your customer service skills are trash. I ask about a bayhroom the lady looked at me said no and just walked away!

It is what it is. Not expecting this place to be amazing, but the men's section was more dismal than usual. Probably not going to find clothes that fit here if you're a tall and/or slim guy. I did find decent men's dress shoes at a great price. They seemed a bit under staffed, but the employees who helped me were nice enough.
