The receptionists, speaks not only french - big plus for the Hotel. they are very kind and the service provided by them is on the top level. The rooms are Good equipped, the bed is comfortable and large. what is missing: few more electrical sockets and the bad tube could be a little bit longer

Not great. They didn't mention the restaurant was closed and strangely hadn't put any toilet paper in the room. Lack of attention. It's fine to sleep in...

Typical business hotel. Had to settle here since most of the others was booked around here. Good for just sleep and get back to business. Wondering why even the rate cards in the rooms are not changed, it’s still showing the one for 2020!!! They have a free coffee/tea dispenser in reception. And also a water dispenser in each level. Useful amenities for sure. Other than that, as I said, it’s just for sleeping under a roof during your tight business schedules!!! Missed an update… the Air conditioner in the room was too noisy, seems the fan broke down. I did not take the pain to complain but just slept after switching it off in night. Hope they set it all right later.

My stay at this hotel yielded a rather mixed experience. To begin with the positives, the rooms and beds and Breakfast, while not outstanding, met the basic expectations, and the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. However, it's important to address the notable downsides. One of the most significant drawbacks was the atmosphere within the rooms. Initially, we were assigned a room that emitted a strong and unpleasant odor, likely a combination of dust, moisture, and mold. This pervasive scent made the room nearly uninhabitable. After requesting a room change, we were relocated to a different one that lacked the initial smell but still carried an unpleasant, urine-like odor. Even with the windows opened, this discomforting odor persisted. Adding to our discomfort, the towels provided were visibly aged and worn out, while the absence of a toilet brush was a noticeable oversight. Additionally, there were smaller inconveniences, such as the absence of a cloth in the bread basket, necessitating guests to handle the bread directly when slicing it. Considering these factors, I find it challenging to wholeheartedly recommend this hotel. It appears to be in need of a substantial renovation and improved maintenance. While expectations for an Ibis hotel are generally well-defined, this particular establishment fell short of delivering a satisfactory and comfortable experience, especially given its relatively high cost.

The Rooms were not small and the bad was ok. The breakfest was ok. The hotel staff was nice. The only problem was that the rooms atmosphere is not suitable for people living. We were given one room that was stinky from a mix of dust and/or some detergent it was simply un breathable. After a request we got a second room which was without the detergent smell but it was still stinky from dust or mold and some urine like stench. it was unpleasent to breath. Only opening the windows made the issue little better. In those conditions it was in my opinion not suitable for human being stay much more not worth the money they took for night.

Well connected given the TAG Tram (B Line) stop is just around the corner, and can take you into town centre in 20 mins. Last tram back from town centre just after midnight. Good basic hotel for the price. Very helpful staff.

Nice hotel one good thing about it. You can do some charity staying in this hotel by opting to donate to the poor by giving up some of the offered services that you have already paid for.

Very nice basic hotel with lovely staff, especially in the restaurant. Really, really good coffee machine in reception. 3 minute walk to the local tramline and very close to the university. Will stay again
