I tried and i booked OKKO hotel for 2 nights in Grenoble and they cancelled as they were not full. After i booked the "grand hotel" in Grenoble - very inappropriate name and they did the same. So the Grand Hotel is non professional and i had a bad agent online (bad french speaking) which explain few days from my arrival that the hotel was closing because not enough customers. So i don't recommend that kind of greedy and service-less hotel as they are more interested by their business than their customers. So i learned the lesson : next vacations will be abroad as some hotels in France are unfair. I never get such problem elsewhere in Europe . Thanks grenoble for its welcome behavior for tourists!
