Pretty decent hotel. Good quality of interior. Cozy. Breakfast is also ok (selection and quality) One minus is absence of hair dryer in the room (!!). This is the first hotel where I have experienced it - you have to ask extra at reception. Almost ruined my morning. Another minus is the lack of parking. Hotel has no dedicated parking in proximity. You’ll rely on public parking around the area…

Old dilapidated hotel. The interior looks great in the pictures and in reality it is a horror. The toilet is full of urine and is sticky and yellow very disgusting. The air conditioning does not work. In general, the building is in the 60s baustil. Not recommended for this price!

Great location - booked by Gulliver Travel for RWC lo Package so no choice. Room adequate but AC does not work (spoke to reception but got no follow up or feedback & AC continued not to work) also TV comes on eventually- sound but no picture. Bar in foyer not open during the day with staff (very nice staff) busy doing other chores & closes at 10.30pm so unable to get Nightcap when returning from dinner. Very disappointed.

Reasonably good location, not far from the centre of the city and in a quiet area. Clean, good size clean rooms. Friendly and professional staff, thank you! Good breakfast. Plenty of parking, including underground parking The entrance to the underground parking is difficult for big size car or with small clearance. The hotel is a bit worn, it needs some shining.

I booked this hotel because I recently had good experience staying at the sam brand hotel in Toulouse. However, this one was very far from that previous experience. I also wanted this hotel since they advertised they had private parking. When I arrived I was told there was a problem with the parking and I had to park in the street or at a nearby mall, for a fee. All the common areas of the hotel smelled of sewage but, luckily, the room didn't. Perhaps that was because the AC in the room didn't work...!? Called the reception and was told that there was nothing they could about the AC and I could try open the window... The hotel itself is located on a busy road, but there are a bunch of nice restaurants all around in the vicinity. All in all, this particular hotel was a gigantic disappointment. Lucky for me it was just an overnight!

The room is clean but the AIR CONDITIONER IS NOT WORKING!!! They can't even move us to another room. Luckily, we are only staying here overnight.

Nice hotel, Mercure standard, one of the best in the category, near to tram and bus stations .. recommended for short stay in Grenoble One piece of advice is to rethink the location of the safe not to be above the fridge.

Excellent hotel for its accommodations and staff value. Highly recommend over its other hotel down the street.

Outstanding hotel. Excellent value. My wife and I spent four wonderful nights here. You are located close to the old city with tons of things to do. The staff is thoughtful, caring and very helpful. Our room was super quiet and cleaned nicely every day. The bar has an understated elegance. We highly recommend.

Fairly basic and functional business traveller hotel close to city centre. The front desk is staffed by very nice bunch of people who try their best to be helpful. I didn't have breakfast or meals here, so no comments. The rooms, typical of hotels in France in thia range, was small, very simple but had a funky appearance. The bed though was very small for a queen sized double-bed. While it might not we an issue for a cozy couple, but my feet seemed to hang out in air, and I am just about 6ft. The room furnishings are spartan. There a few casual dining options around, but downtown is about 1.5kms walk away, and the Chavant team station (A line) is about 200meters away.

A bit out of date à renovation is needed. The only thing that I couldn't stand was the fact that the windows cannot be opened. Staff is very nice and helpful.
