Elevator was slow and eventually broken. Breakfast scrambled eggs were like eating runny oatmeal and hard boiled eggs were soft boiled (at best). Quality of internet access was poor (they actually blamed the rain for it one of the nights). Will return to the city, but not likely this hotel.

Great location, big parking lot, all you need in the room. Cosy and well equipped. Great breakfast! But! Enormous garden in front of the hotel without any single bank to sit on! Whyyy??

We paid for room by cash, but for the guarantee hotel blocks 230€ on my bank card. After 1 week my money still blocked. Now I have to call to bank and deal with it. Management of the hotel did not helped me to solve this issue. I can’t recommend your hotel, because you guys are wasting my time.

Hotel staff is very pleasant, professional and helpful. Location is ideal, close to local sites but just outside heavy traffic areas with onsite parking lot. Restaurant dining is really good and staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.

A nice quiet hotel nearby the city center, 20min drive. Boil your own eggs and have fridge with a bottle of water. Instant coffee and tea are present in your room. One of the few hotels were a rain shower is a rain shower😁but I think you run into trouble if you’re longer than 6”1. The breakfast is good but it would be nice if a the English is a bit improved. Nespresso and bean coffee are good.

Quiet rooms, great breakfast, good bang for buck. Only minus is location, slightly hard navigation if you come from the north.

Full COVID-19 measures in place. Very kind personnel and even if the restaurant is closed, the menu from a local catering was excellent, same for the breakfast.

Good location for innovallee, reception and bar staff are professional. Monalisa is most helpful being multi-lingual and provides solutions to problems. Thanks to all the reception team for their support.

I should be a 3.5. Business trips hotel, good position to reach the industrial area

The toilet in the room is digusting. Everywhere there are spots of fecal spray. In the lid, below the toilet, even on the wall.

I stayed here when my mom was admitted to the hospital nearby. My French is not great, and the hospital was unable to communicate with me in English. When I explained my situation to the front desk employee, she helped me to get the information I needed about my mother, and explained the situation to her colleague, so that he could continue to help after she left for the night. I don’t know what I would have done without their help. It is scary to have to take someone to the hospital, let alone in a place where you don’t fully speak the language. Thank you for your help and kindness!
