This Pita Pit location is the very best in all of Niagara Region. They bring in the freshest ingredients and have the friendliest staff. The owner Stephanie always makes sure to treat customers like gold and the two guys Seth and Jacob always go above and beyond when it comes to my order. I've been to Pita Pits all around Ontario and this one by far exceeds every expectation and they accommodate all of my requests all the time.

Hello there, So I went here for the first time today and was greeted by friendly staff into a clean and organized establishment. The food was delicious and a would highly recommend this location. The owner was very kind when explaining they had no more shawarmas, but decided to heed to advice and tried the souvlaki (top notch). Anyway, fantastic and once again thank you for your act of kindness today.

Pita pit in Fonthill is just alright. The pitas are kinda expensive for what you get. I ordered the large "Philly Cheese Steak pita." The beef is tasty and cooked perfectly. The peppers and onions are cooked perfectly. The right amount of cheese was melted on top of everything. Once everything was put in the pita, it was toasted and wrapped and put in the takeout container. Once I got home, I started eating the pita, and the whole thing started falling apart. I would have given 5 stars if it didn't all come apart. I'm definitely going back again for a quick lunch. The staff are really friendly and attentive. The restaurant is also very clean.

We have been participating in Pita Pit's School lunch program this year and it has been a great success with our students. Stephanie and her team provide lunch that is healthy, high quality, very reasonably priced and most importanly kid friendly! Lots of delicious pita options as well as Smothies. The food is fantastic and the service is even better! Our order is always delivered fresh and on time. Thank you Fonthill Pita Pit! We look forward to continuing our lunch program again next school year.

My wife and I went there to grab a bite to eat before going to do our groceries. We both got the gyros and they were very delicious. The food was fresh and made to our likings with a smile from their staff. We were greeted upon our entry and were treated with respect the entire visit. When we left they wished us well. The store was clean and organized, and we could definitely see the difference the NEW OWNERSHIP has made. We will be going there quite frequently as their fresh food is extremely delicious and very healthy and overall it's a very pleasant experience. 😃

This location has gotten a lot better with the new management. The food and quality have improved and the location seems to just be in much better shape. I will continue to support this location.

Have visited the Fonthill location multiple times and continue to go back for many reasons! The store is always so clean, the food is always so fresh and well put together and most importantly the staff are incredible! Every time I go in, I am welcomed immediately with a big smile by whoever is working. I decided to try this location tonight after doing groceries and I was greeted by Stephanie in the friendliest manner. The store was immaculately clean and the products were fresh , my wraps were huge and tasted amazing this is by far the BEST pita pit I've ever been to. She was even kind enough to give me some strawberries since there were none left at the grocery store for my daughter. If you wanted a healthy, fresh and tasty wrap you wont go wrong!!! Thank you again for the delicious food and extreme kindness.

Very friendly and clean! They have delicious gluten-free pitas… the owner made my pita and took care that it wasn’t contaminated. That have an allergen list you can look at too. You can also get Yogen Fruz for dessert!

Recently moved in down the street and decided to try out Pita Pit. Was beyond impressed with the friendliness of the staff and the care they took into creating my pita. I visited this location in the summer and was not impressed with the cleanliness or the service quality that you’d expect from Pita Pit. Heard there was an ownership change after seeing it across social media and decided to try it out again. I can definitely say the store is in much better hands! The store was immaculate and the new staff are so friendly! It was great to see a “hands on owner” helping her staff and greeting customers. Will definitely be back!

I went to Pita Pit Fonthill roughly 2 months ago for the first time and I have been back many times since. The employees and owner have the best customer service. Walking into the building you are greeted by the staff immediately, you enter a clean environment, and you walk away with delicious food. I have a gluten intolerance and they took every precaution necessary to make sure my food was not contaminated. They made me feel so welcome. I never do google reviews but I always have the best experience at this location and wanted to share how wonderful it is.
