Bar Il Granduca

My wife wanted a croissant and we had just grabbed a hot chocolate next door at Venchis, so I ran in here and grabbed her one. It was probably the worst croissant we had ever tried. Don't go here, the employee wasn't great and the food was even worse.

The gelato selection looked good and the sorbets we chose were quite nice, but the service was poor. The guy behind the counter really couldn't give a damn whether we bought anything or not. He grunted short replies and looked like he’d rather be anywhere else than serving me. Wouldn’t recommend it. I’m sure there are nicer places to get an ice cream.

DISGUSTING BAD BAD BAD The cup of water has price! Unbelievable!!!!!!!! After 2 ice creams I was asked to pay for a glass of tap water. No good place.

Gelato was good, they pile it up high so it's fun to look at all of the flavors. I wouldn't say it was much better than any other gelato we had, buy gelato is always delicious. Be careful about whipped cream (agg panna) though, they charge 50 extra euro cents for each cup and it doesn't really add to the flavor. The staff also didn't specify what the extra charge was when they asked if we wanted it.

Not sure why the bad reviews? We (family) had a pleasant lunch here.

I felt staff was very rude and asked me to leave immediately after finishing coffee. Definitely a place to avoid !

Fine for a quick coffee / gelato.

Un furto!!!! Un cono gelato piccolo 4€. Il gelato era anche buono, ma il costo è esagerato per un semplice cono da 1 pallina da mangiare camminando.

Trappola per turisti, 4 euro per un cono piccolo! Ovviamente nessun prezzo esposto. Da stare alla larga

A Firenze la gelateria Granduca è il fiore all occhiello.

Magari per la Red Bull non solo quella normale vendessero anche quella rossa ai frutti rossi e agrumi e la Simply Cola che costano all'una €4.

Product can only be described as passable at best. Staff are very rude and will openly talk about you when they think you can't understand them. Avoid.
