I do not like going to walmart The entire place is now self serve No cashiers, half the products are not priced or no obvious labels on the racks so you have to find a pricing station or find out at the self checkout The self checkout interface is is poorly designed. If I am doing most of the work an employee would shouldn't it give me an employee discount?

Staff arw AMAZING however the store itself is just OK the one in welland is a billion times better they need a new merchandiser here BADLY , the selection in home goods is poor the clothing selection is the worse especially for woman's and youth clothing thy does the men's selection have to be so big and so over stocked as for the shoes it's like they only carry 10 pairs of a decent style and once theye out there out for good yet they have so much old stuff thats been sitting on self for well over a year I feel like they just get all old overstocks from the other stores, poor signage poor lighting I'd like to see our fort erie store get a nice face-lift or consider a bigger store,

What a nice store! Clean and neat throughout, right from the entrance, on. The staff at the customer service counter were fantastic! So pleasant. Smiling. Very helpful. Called ahead to request the Chinese Lunar New Year reusable bags and the gal that answered offered to hold all that they had left (all of 5), upon sharing the importance of these gems to my family. Had "small talk" chat with the 3 ladies. Felt "just like home", a sense of community = good feeling. Because of the lovely service experience I had, I decided to patronize this location and shopped some $130.+ later! All good. Keep up the good vibes all around, Fort Erie WalMart! Smaller than the Niagara Falls location...obviously..its a smaller town. Wasn't greeted but they had many items on sale which was good. Some aisles small while others were larger...really weird no consistency.

My go to when in Fort Erie, has a good supply of baby food and supplies. Prices are as good as can get right now I guess. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean store.

Staff were helpful and doing their best to restock shelves considering how busy it was with being the holiday weekend.

Out of date walmart definitely needs some upgrades

I never have to wait in line more than 2 mins if you have a bank card and pay ìnterac. People are always nice there and they got a couple handicapped young adults working there as greeters . Good hearted people

Not happy with with the huge line-ups. If I do a big grocery shop, cannot go to self check out, where can I put all of my items. Another gripe is not having any plastic bags which is fine for the environment but when they run out of bags to purchase that is another matter.

As usual, wally world sucked the life out of historic fort Erie. As it has done in every place they were installed. A blight on any landscape, they kill towns and then close after bleeding it dry.

Only had a problem here once. Very a nasty employee. The manager got to the bottom of the situation for me.

Wal-Mart is very nice. Smaller store than the regional stores but also a much more pleasant experience.

Best Walmart experience ever ( I know that’s odd to say) had the best interactions with the employees there and they helped me in finding everything I needed

I actually saw one of th!e women empliyees at the self checkout counter yelling at a couple that had to be in their late 80s', what a turn off Fort Erie Walmart

I do not like to use self checking. There are never enough open cashiers. I am so happy that the cashiers can help me bag my groceries again. I am a senior with a bad back so I appreciate all the help I can get.

What, no BBQ chicken? This site is missing things that are at other Walmart's.

Like it very much keep it smaller easier to job especially for seniors or someone with health issues

The running joke about this location is we refer to it as a "Walmart Express" Pricing is the same but the grocery inventory is very basic.
