Me and my son stayed here for the first time. Our stay was 4 nights. I must say I was thoroughly impressed with this place from start to finish. The rooms were clean and the bed was super comfy. The two pools were great to have and the location across the street from the beach was perfect. Breakfast everyday was a bonus, especially for the price. This is my 3rd trip and I paid the same price for way less and no breakfast . Totally recommend those looking for a relaxing stay in a quiet part of Ft Lauderdale.

This was a great place to stay! The room was very clean and comfortable. There was an air conditioner you could control and a huge TV with cable. The room was cleaned daily and we received fresh towels (including beach towels) every day. The hotel itself was small and quiet. There were beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, and beach toys that you could check out for free. The pools were clean and beautiful. The staff was really welcoming and attentive. On top of that, the location is amazing. It is within 5 minute walking distance of a juice bar, a bakery, and a coffee shop, as well as lots of restaurants. It was also a 10 minute walk to the Bonnet House Museum (highly recommend), as well as Hugh Taylor Birch State Park. It was steps from the beach as well! I would definitely stay here again!

Just enjoyed a week long stay at this fabulous hotel. The hospitality was great, the location was perfect, and the price was unbeatable. I am so glad that I found this place for my family’s vacation and will most certainly be returning next time we visit. Being able to rent (for free) beach chairs, towels, and umbrellas was a fantastic benefit. And this hotel’s location is perfect. I would highly recommend the Premiere Hotel to anyone (especially families) looking for a great and affordable place to stay in Ft Lauderdale

I'm staying here through Monday. So far, amazing. The gentlemen up front, bar area, and young guys running around are amazing. Very nice and friendly. Place has everything; perfect location, 2 pools, bar and grill, breakfast, complimentary chairs and towels for beach (even have sand toys and assortment of footballs, volleyball, etc.) Rooms are very clean, on site parking. Wonderful spot. I'll be returning on future trips to Lauderdale.

A fantastic hotel with great beach views and amazing staff. I checked in early in the morning and while the rooms were not available until later, Hector showed me around, offered me water and breakfast and got me off to a great start in Fort Lauderdale. The front office team checked on me and the housekeeping team were lovely. Highly recommend

So we changed to this hotel because our first choice had not so favorable recent reviews. I can say the reviews were on the money. It's a family owned no frills hotel. We had a suite with four beds 2 rooms 2 bathrooms, and kitchen. The rooms were exceptionally clean and we had room service every day. Front desk staff was great and always pleasant. Breakfast is included in your stay and it was good. We traveled with children so they enjoyed waffles and Nutella. This hotel is literally across the street from the beach. They provide beach chairs. Can walk to restaurants. Two small pools with lounge chairs and a grilling area plus vending machines. We would vist again..

I had stayed there this past weekend for a 5 day vacation and was pleasantly surprised at how wonderful this place is. We had come last year and stayed at an even smaller motel which was a good experience but we’re all not high maintenance and our expectations were exceeded by Premiere hotel! The staff was all so kind, the rooms were spacious. We had a kitchenette which was really nice. The ac worked pretty well, it was super clean and the grounds were well kept. Daily maid service, the location was phenomenal! 60 second walk from your door and you’re at the beach. There was free breakfast which was a great touch! Lastly, my boyfriend ended up proposing and working with the hotel and a flower shop. He said the hotel was so nice and they even set up the display in the pictures! 11/10, would highly recommend this place. We will be back!

This is a nice, clean, and centrally located hotel in Fort Lauderdale. The daily housekeeping was terrific, the breakfast (which is included in the price of the hotel) was extensive, and the pool was excellent. However, this is, by far, the loudest hotel I have stayed at in many, many years. You do hear every conversation in the courtyard from inside your rooms, because the walls are tissue paper thin. So, if you're a light sleeper, please bring earplugs, you will need them.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this lovely little gem. From the wide selection and care put into their complementary breakfast spread, the generosity and kindness received from all staff members, to the -so-clean-you-could-smell-it- rooms that are both fur-baby and family friendly with a functioning kitchenette to-boot, this place is certainly one-of-a-kind. In this day and age, a travel option as pleasant as The Premiere are far and between, so I just want to say THANK YOU SO MUCH to them and their staff, and I can’t wait to visit again soon.

Beautiful place, clean, always helpful. Very comfortable beds. We had king size room and was great. Only thing I wished they had used some of the dead space and made bathroom bigger and more lighting. Also a full length mirror would been nice when getting ready. The free breakfast is wonderful. Sometimes it would get a little noisy with kids running around bit that was ok with us. We loved easy access to the beach and that they provided us with beach chairs. Free parking is great too We will definitely stay again...

So, this was my second stay here. It is literally a perfect little hotel. The rooms, are spotless, when you walk in, it just smells clean and fresh. The staff are extremely nice and accommodating. it's 10 steps from the beach and has a little kitchen with absolutely everything you would need. I went with my kids and it saved me money to be able to grocery shop for all everything we needed for the week. You can cook a full meal in your room. I have stayed at the W, and still prefer it here because it's so clean and quiet. I will not stay anywhere else again!

This was my 3rd stay. Hotel is excellent, rooms are spotless, super clean! Staff go out of their way to accommodate their guests. Steve was friendly, courteous, polite and made sure to remind me about the complimentary breakfast....which was very good. Oh, the view from my room was exceptional, just beautiful with extremely comfortable beds! I'll be back again next year! Such a great value!! Thanks for a wonderful stay! My only suggestion...install hand held showers.

Remember to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙᴏʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking a room. This website will compare hundreds of hotel sites and typically will have rooms much cheaper compared to others! You're welcome :)! This resort is one of the best in this area. I have been staying here for years. If you choose this place you for sure won't be let down. Wishing I was still there. The hotel lives up to the beautiful pictures. Location is great. Staff is friendly and helpful. My room was cleaned daily and came with a mini fridge, toaster, coffee maker (w/coffee packs, sugar, creamer packets) along with 2 full table place settings. There’s a market around the corner which made for easy simple groceries for our stay. Most important my bed was very comfortable. I’m totally staying here the next time I visit

This place is definitely a hidden gem right on the beach! The staff was so amazing and friendly. We arrived at 8 am right off of a cruise, and they were so accommodating even though check-in wasn't until 3 pm they held our luggage and gave us towels for the beach and pools. Amazing staff!! Everything you need is in walking distance. You are right on the main strip on Fort Lauderdale Beach

I have been staying here for years. And year after year, it has been the same generous friendly people that always greet me with smiles. The rooms are always clean and well taken care of. I definitely recommend the Hotel to anyone. The beach is just across A1A. One hundred feet away. They will also help you any of your needs.

I stayed at the Premiere Hotel from November 3-7 and had a very nice time. The staff at the reception were very friendly and helped me with everything I needed. The room (a simple single room) was clean, the bed was comfortable and had everything I needed and more. There was a TV, fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and a table with dishes, among other things. The idea of leaving Kleenex on the bedside table is really thoughtful. There was free bottled water at the front desk 24 hours a day and chairs for the beach which was right across the street. Parking was very easy in the free parking lots. Since the hotel is a bit smaller, it felt more personalized. The free breakfast had everything you need for a good start. I have seen many hotels but this one really stands out with its overall package. A little tip: there is a restaurant around the corner called Wine Garden with a highly recommended happy hour.

Awesome little hotel. So glad we chose to stay here. When we checked in the front desk staff was super welcoming, got us checked in quick and then had another staff member escort us to our room since the layout is unique. Hotel room was exceptionally clean and spacious. Had an entire kitchen too, with fridge, oven, utensils, plates, pots/pans… everything. Literally could have lived in this room. The complimentary breakfast is great. Waffles, cereal, croissants, toast, eggs, sausage, bacon, fruit, oatmeal, orange juice, coffee, milk… anything you want and served for a couple hours so for any late risers you are good! They provided 2 beach towels per person that you can trade in for clean ones whenever, and you can also check out beach chairs and umbrellas to use for the entire trip. You just have to return them before you leave. They clean the rooms daily and get them smelling fresh again. The pools are nice, but not a lot of seating… but the beach is a 30 second walk away, so who wants to be at the pool? Haha. Honestly, VERY impressed with this hotel and would recommend it to anyone looking for a great (but cheap) option in Fort Lauderdale. 10/10

Total lack of human kind. My 2 year old needed to use the restroom and I asked them for it and they shamelessly denied it. I’m at another hotel (5 stars) and I just saw them giving access to a restroom to a homeless person. It made me think of how ruthlessness this place was to my child. Kindness is pretty much needed everywhere these days but if you work in this industry please make sure you have it.

We live in Fort Lauderdale and had to vacate our apartment for 8 days when they removed asbestos from the hall ceiling on our floor. We decided to stay at the Premier hotel which is 1 mile south of our residence. The room was immaculately clean and maintained that way by the cleaning staff every day. If we needed anything we got it within 10 minutes of calling the front desk. The staff at the front desk are intelligent and sociable. They made us feel at home every day of our stay. The pool arears are inviting, with plenty of chairs and trees to provide cover from the sun. The free buffet breakfast had just about everything you would want and the food and drink was always replenished as soon as it needed a refill. We were impressed by the staff and facilities at the Premier. It surpassed our expectations. If we ever have to vacate our apartment and stay at the beach for a few days our first choice would be the Premier.

I can not say enough good things about this hotel but I am going to try! Staff was super helpful and nice (EVERYONE) the room was perfect, clean and all the amenities you need (fridge, microwave, coffee maker, dishes and silverware for two) they provided beach towels. Chairs and umbrellas for the beach! The beach is right across the street! Easy access to shopping restaurants etc down the main strip but also check out The Market which is a black behind this hotel. For the price this hotel is a hidden gem! We will be staying here for all future visits to Fort Lauderdale!

I was very impressed by this hotel. From the minute we got in everyone was so welcoming and making sure we have everything we needed. They have Everything from beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, and a grilling area to cook when your want. Two very nice seating areas, one being next to their pool area with umbrellas. At night you'll see strip lights hanging to light the whole area up at night. They have not only one pool but two. Our room was cleaned every morning with all new bedding, and towels, and the floor washed. They even have a breakfast that's on them every morning in the back hotel area. our hotel room was fully stocked with a kitchen area, fridge, stove, toaster, coffee pot, with coffee, sugar, and creamer... everyday!! We had the nicest beach front view from our room. This hotel did not disappoint!!

We had a corner window with an oceanview. Our room was clean with comfortable beds and adequate pillows. The bathroom is small with a nice shower but not much counter space. The kitchenette had a small cook top, a coffee brewer, a microwave, a one tub sink, and a medium-sized refrigerator. There was a small table with four chairs, and a nice TV on top of a wardrobe dresser. If we left the temperature controlled air conditioner running through the night, then it covered up any noise from the somewhat busy street and from doors closing loudly or people talking loudly as they walked by our room. The front desk attendants and housekeeping were all very friendly and helpful. They have chairs and umbrellas that can be used at the beautiful beach, which is a very short walk across the street. A variety of breakfast items were included in our room cost, which was self-serve and could be enjoyed in a beautiful outdoor area. The only challenge at breakfast was that the layout of the food and drink areas did not flow very well, so it was a bit chaotic. There is very limited parking on site with an underground parking garage that is difficult to maneuver in and out of because the entrance and exit are so narrow. Thankfully, most of the time, we were able to park in front of the hotel. We were very pleased overall with our experience and would stay here again.

This place is fine. Nothing remarkable about the place but no burning complaints either. I got a single room for 4 nights in the 2nd building. Clean enough, bed was comfy, shower a tad small for me, and not too noisy outside where I was. If you need to be by the beach, I suppose this is a decent option if you don't need much in a place Good: Great front desk staff that was available, seemingly, 24/7. The breakfast was good, not your bland continental items you see elsewhere. Right by the beach! Not so good: Onsite parking was consistently unavailable, and would strongly discourage below average drivers to avoid the underground space - the area is very very tight. The "retro" rooms aren't for everyone - my fiance is picky/germophobe and wouldn't have her stay here

  • 4/5 Cristina F. 1 year ago on Google
Nice. It's an older hotel but clean, comfortable beds, quiet and directly across from the beach. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Their breakfast was a challenge because it was such a small area for the number of guests trying to eat. I would stay here again though.

We spent three days at this hotel before starting a cruise. It's very clean, comfortable and well maintained, located close to a great beach in a beautiful part of Fort Lauderdale. The staff are very friendly and eager to please. It's also very reasonably priced. We really enjoyed the hotel and will stay there again the next time we visit Fort Lauderdale.

Perfect family friendly hotel! Front desk staff and cleaning crew were friendly and efficient. The kids absolutely loved the heated pool and the complimentary breakfast each morning was awesome! This hotel is right across from the beach and there are lots of little food spots within walking distance. The hotel provides sitting beach chairs which is a big plus because the vendors on the beach charge $20 per lounge chair. There isn’t much shade on the beach so we bought an umbrella from a nearby beach shop for $30. Totally worth it. We had a blast and can’t wait to come back!

The pictures posted live up to the views and expectations. We are loving our experience staying here. The staff is very kind and helpful. I would hope we can make a trip back and would likely not look around for another option. It does not have all the bells and whistles as some of the other hotels but everything we have enjoyed has been great. Highly recommend!!

Amazing hotel to stay for your Fort Lauderdale trip if you’re looking for something comfortable and modest, instead of party-central. We stayed for a week and couldn’t have been happier with our choice. It was clean and modern with convenient parking, and not so big that entry and exit is an inconvenient, time-consuming maze like the huge hotels. Location was close enough to the action to walk to, but far enough to be quiet at night. Lots of nice bistros nearby. The Premiere offered great amenities, two pools, a bar, and even beach towels and chairs to use during your stay. The beds and pillows were very comfortable (which is something I am sensitive to). Staff were friendly and helpful. I really can’t think of anything negative to say about The Premiere Hotel. We loved it, and plan to return.

We stayed here twice in 2021 and the hotel was absolutely perfect! My kids absolutely loved the pools! And the restaurant (which is only open in the evening I believe starting at 6 ) is PHENOMENAL! The staff is so friendly. Having an oceanfront hotel with beach chairs and umbrellas provided is a huge plus. Would definitely recommend this hotel hands down!

Very experienced & pleasant staff, extremely clean!!! Wonderful location. Provided with beach towels & beach chairs daily. Two pools, 1 heated 1 not heated. Close location to everything. Loved this place & would highly recommend it to anyone. Just got home on Tuesday and so sad to leave. Thank you for the most beautiful and relaxing vacation. Jane.

What can I say? Best hotel in Fort Lauderdale. Best affordable hotel in Fort Lauderdale. Best clean and amazing customer service in Fort Lauderdale…. The ownership runs this place like a home is ran! I felt right at home and simply blessed to find this place. I will return to this hotel time and time again.

Location, location, location! This is *THE* place for an affordable, clean, and friendly-staff getaway, literally across the street from the beach! Traveling solo, I felt safe at this hotel and with the help of the friendly staff, I was able to find the perfect bakery around the corner for morning coffee. There's a nice shaded patio area next to a heated pool (with a regular pool close by) so I was able to do some reading while taking breaks in and out of the sun. Beach towels and chairs are provided for free, and the staff was nice enough to allow me to drop off my luggage hours before my scheduled check-in time. The single room is more than enough for me, sufficient storage, mini-fridge, coffee machine, microwave, plates and cutlery were also provided (and much appreciated!). With another upcoming trip in a few weeks, I tried to make another reservation at this gem, however, they're booked, so I am reluctantly going elsewhere, but guarantee to be back. Thank you again to the great staff who went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed.

My stay at this hotel was great! Customer service and hospitality on point. Anything I asked about I got great information and help. Some people complain about yellow water in toilets. That is a common thing in Florida, especially in Fort Lauderdale, no matter how many times you flush lol! The view from my room was amazing, the room was clean and tidy. They provide you with chairs and towels for the beach(free of charge)that’s just across the street! I would definitely recommend this place.

We have been visiting Ft. Lauderdale for the past several years and have stayed at the Premier Hotel. This hotel is extremely well managed and clean. The owners and workers are some of the nicest people we have met. They are very personable and accommodating. We travel with our small dog and could not be more satisfied that we found this place. There is a very good complementary breakfast and the restaurant is open for dinner also. It is a good place for a nice, quiet dinner. You cannot beat the Premier for the price. If you are looking for resort amenities this is not for you, but if you are looking for a unique, friendly, clean hotel don’t hesitate to stay here. Wish we were there now and cannot wait to return!
