This VRBO rental ap.is the best since visit south Florida from the 20 years .Luxury Scandinavian style new apartment. Market cost is 850000$ and 135$ per night is an gift.Only problem is near construction site.But this is nothing if you close the the door,no noise at all.Close to the beach and Las Olas . Valley parking is 25$ per night.Pool and gym on the spot. .

Swanky decor, pool is great and the game room was fun. Block or so walk from the beach, about a mile from the resturant/bar hub. $25 to park - must valet... took a couple of days to figure out transit without a car. Water taxi is close, theres also a trolley.

The lady who runs this property is stuck up and rude to say the least. Zero hospitality. On the other hand, Bill at the front desk is amazing and sweet.

Truly a great building.valet parking .Controlled elevator for security. Clean and fresh. Excellent neighbor hood . Two blocks to beach.

Stayed here on vacation. The staff are a credit to the company. The building is new and everywhere is spotless. Apartment spec is very good and the location is perfect for a beach holiday.

Valet service on point. Ambient music was extremely appropriate for a vacation/summer vibe. The apartment/residential complex was beautiful and the building is brand new.

Fantastic experience! Everything is so clean and perfect. Theater room, game room, and pool are all state of the art.

Tiffany House-this was a great find. Wonderful locations, one block from the beach, beautiful newly constructed, condominium. Found this place on Airbnb and I could not have been happier, two pools, spa sauna work out room. pool table in the clubhouse with a private Theatre. The room I stayed in was spacious up-to-date, spotless, very accommodating for two adults, and a kid beautiful balcony. Literally close to the best restaurants, coffee shops, etc. Great morning walks up to Las Olas Blvd. The pool on the roof top has the best and most gorgeous sunset and the bar is open from 11 to 7. Very secure valet parking. use the app to request your car. Great service. Christian and Ariana in the lobby were so kind and polite. Welcoming me every time I walked in and left the building. This is a great place to check out. You literally share the grounds with another hotel/resort.
