I can't explain what AP Training Center has done for my life. Because of numerous health and physical issues, I have very limited ability to train and exercise as I wish. With the full package that AP Training Center offers of EMS technology and conditioning training, I have been able to do physical activity again. I have been able to increase my strength and balance in the areas of my body were issues exist. Cedric delivers an unique quality of training and coaching. The attitude and care he has for every person that walks through the door, kids, adults, and parents alike, is apparent in the attitude of the clients and the atmosphere of the facility. Their coaching ability transcends through all the instruction they provide to kids and adults, especially in Judo. The level of Judo they teach is exceptional. You will not find anyone with the experience and quality of training technique that AP Training Center has. I highly recommend AP Training Center, whether you want to perfect the sport of Judo or be in the best physical shape possible for your wellness, you will not find a better place to achieve your goals.

AP is one of the top gyms in the country. Judo is taught in a way that most places cannot replicate. The EMS training is getting me more jacked than ever. Cedric and Jordan offer the best training around. Overall a high quality and well-run operation.

My son has attended AP Training for the last two years. In that time we have grown to consider everyone family. Sensei Cedric works hard not only to teach the children the fundamentals of Judo but also core values in life.... the AP Training Center truly embraces the mantra that it takes a village to raise a child. In addition to being a large part of my son’s development, the AP family has helped me as a disabled veteran. I actively participate in a conditioning program that they set up for veterans. I truly appreciate the time, effort and friendship offered by this organization. A truly professional and first rate organization.

AP Training is an elite training center for Judo, BJJ and EMS training as well as a wonderful place for children to start their journey into Judo. The Sensei gives every person individualized attention no matter what their skill level. He has many years of experience as an elite athlete and trainer so he understands how to motivate, teach and get the maximum results out of both children and adults. I have been training there for 2 years now and I'm very impressed with the staff's professionalism and care. I have spent a few years training grappling, every teacher brings their own energy and attitudes into his school, and I like what Cedric has done at AP. The dojo is neat in appearance, I get the feeling of training in a more traditional setting. I love wrestling rooms and slick mats but tatami is a cool experience. Cedric is also a very knowledgeable judoka, with a pretty legit history for anyone who was curious about that sort of thing. I enjoy his teaching methods and gentle humor, he will bring the best out of you cause he's genuinely interested in making you better. I'm glad I was introduced to this sport and the people at this dojo.

Great place for kids to learn beginner judo. Sense and his wife are very caring towards the kids and I love that they celebrate special events like the kids birthdays and holidays after class all the time. Our kids really enjoyed going to judo. Would only recommend giving the option to go one or two times per week for a lower cost to those that can’t make it 3 times a week.

My children go to Judo class with AP Training. Sensei Cedric, is kind, funny, patient, and genuinely cares for the children in his classes. The other Sensei’s who are always with the children Sensei Jeremy, and Sensei Samy are also wonderful with the children. Our kids love going to Ap Training so much my wife, and I decided to try out the adult fitness classes on Tuesdays, and Thursdays as well as the EMS suit training! I would give this company, and everyone involved 10 stars ⭐️ if I could! If you are looking for a fun safe environment for yourself, your family, or just your children this is the place for you!

Fantastic dojo- the sensei and students care about performing judo in a way that is safe and strong. There is a sizeable amount of opportunity to learn quickly, since classes are offered on most days of the week. This was my first time doing a martial art, and I feel that I have gained a firm grasp on the basics of judo during my time here. The instructor cares about doing things the right way, and will make sure that you are getting the most out of your experience.
