Sad experience, traveling for work and stop for some food. Coworker finds a chunk of (McDonald's) straw wrapper in the burger he was eating. As a curiosity, i attempt to call and notify them some food may have contaminants. The lady must've looked at the out of town area code because she just laughed and said it was impossible then hung up... I understand the odd area code so I'll give them that. But health & safety was clearly neglected here..

First time I was here this week. Love the location. Lots of parking spots available including para parking . New and very organized store. Store size is not big but good for the community. There are sink in eating area for adult and kids too. Very neat and clean including washroom. Foods are fresh and delicious. Price is reasonable. Very good customer service. Staffs are very friendly and knowledgeable. Automatic door opener. Highly recommend others to try this store.

Always enjoy coming here. This is a very modern A&W restaurant. It is very bright and clean. There is ample parking and easy access for all. The frosty mugs for the root beer keep us coming back for more. The burgers are great and probably the best fast food burger. This particular location is in the heart of the newly developed Eagle Ridge development close to Landmark cinemas.

Yesterday I ordered a breakfast at this A & W branch and unfortunately neither my credit nor my debit card worked as my wallet was stolen on Saturday and I had to cancel all my bank cards. The amazing server at the counter, Mittalben, paid for my meal out of her own meal plan. You are an amazing person and really made my day. Thank you so much! I hope they make you the employee of the year as you really deserve it. Thank you for the great experience!

I am rating the staff that works today. Aug 25 4:30pm. I ordered in their app and waited for 20 minutes for three buddy burger. It's took so long but I appreciate the staff hard work. It was a busy afternoon and they're under staffed. The owner needs to hire more people.

There is a rude Asian lady at the drive thru on Sundays around 10 pm. She treats people as if though their forcing her even though it's her job. Worst drive thru ever.
