    I’ve known the manager here at the Edison Mall location even before when she was at the Miromar Outlets location and she is great! I love coming to Kay and all the other employees here are wonderful as well! They should be proud of having their manager on board and she should be well recognized!

    Worst experience ever, went in to buy a ring the 21st of January and was help by Claudia, was told by Claudia that they had a special deal coming up and since my ring needed to be shipped off to get the right ring size she didn’t charge me the 21st and was told by her that I would be charged when I went back in to get the ring and that she would call me as soon as it was ready to be picked up. Fast foward to the middle of February and never got a phone, went in to find out it has been there and that the deal was “over” and wanted to charge me full price and that there was nothing they could do for me and just offered me a very small discount which didn’t even make a difference. I have always been coming here to get all my jewelry needs but after this I will never shop here again. Worst experience for nothing Update: I just now got a phone call (03/09/19) to tell me it was ready even though I already told them I didn’t want it. Terrible overall experience

    The staff was helpful, friendly, and polite. I was looking for a pair of earrings. Nothing special, except for the certain type of earrings back closure. I ended up getting not one, but two pairs of earrings with a better earrings back closure than I was looking for. It was such a pleasure.

    On my 50th birthday, my husband suggested that I choose my gift myself, I am one of those buyers who will spend a long time walking, choosing, looking. The manager, Miss Fallon, helped me, the highest professionalism, no pressure, I chose a couple of jewelry that I liked, Fallon gave me the opportunity to try it on and see, if I said that this jewelry was a little expensive, I did not see any judgment. In this store, not only my husband but also the staff made me feel special. thank you.

    Went into get my wife's watch a battery replacement. I was initially told $10. After the battery was put in they told me it was $25 for a lifetime replacement. The watch is only worth 25 bucks. I guess I should of had them to take it back out. Not very happy. I was even going to buy a new wedding band for myself while I was in there.

    I needed my wedding ring resized and they offered me a payment plan and tried to charge over $450. I called a local store and for the exact same services was charged $74 and my ring looks amazing. I will never again give Kay jewelers my money and I will recommend shopping local to others.

    No Covid Safety, Budget Shaming, Bad service. Woman was completely unwilling to help me on the phone even though I stated I had Covid concerns, acted like doing any part of her job was over reaching. Absolutely refused to discuss budget and shamed me for wanting to, acting like she was too good for that. She ignored information I had already given her twice because she kept over talking me to tell me to buy more things instead of tending to my yellow-diamond I’d been sold online. Upset to say the least.

    Today I went to the mall to get pictures done for my daughter's first Christmas while I was their I figured I stop by and get my engagement ring cleaned and inspected (which is part of insurance on the ring) I was greeted by the women that actually sold us the ring. And I had my fiancee and my daughter where in the place as well just on the other side. Sonia I believe her name is (she sold us the ring about 2 years ago) she makes a comment about my weight because when we first got it I was a lot thinner. In the last 2 years things have changed I had just 3 and half months ago had a daughter so I haven't lost my baby weight not only did she make a comment towards my weight but also gestured being bigger with her hands. It's all on video if their camera work in the store. I felt completely humiliated.

    Very poor service to say the very least, if I could give zero stars I would!! The past few times that I went a different girl was kind and helpful in sending out my rings for a clean and also did an inspection on my rings as well. This was only after the original lady who had greeted me pushed me off to the girl after finding out I went in only for my yearly inspection. This time it was also the same indian lady who greeted me and after finding out I have come for an inspection/ cleaning once again pushed me off to another girl and then quickly came over to take my ring for what felt like a seconds worth of cleaning only and I did not see her do an inspection nor did she mention it, she was more concerned if I wanted to buy anything else and was so fast to want to sell me something instead of helping me for what I went in for. Please kay jewelers do better at who you hire for your store, even though you guys offer free cleaning some of us do pay extra for the insurance and expect to be treated as a human being rather then an object!!!

    They are thieves and never returned my earrings. I took them in for repair and they were supposed to call me within a week with an estimate. No call, no email. I am now missing a favorite pair of 14 karat gold hoop earrings.

    Didn’t catch the name of the lady who helped me out but she quickly helped me remove some links off a new watch, told some jokes and was really a pleasure to work with. Super sweet staff everytime I stop in.

    Staff is very friendly and professional but unfortunately the quality of their gold chains is NOT good at all, went to get one fixed got it back and it was broken somewhere else that was never broken before so the repair guy I assume accidentally broke it so they sent it back to him and I got it back today and they said it’s not fixable? I definitely don’t recommend their jewelry.

    I recently visited the Kay Jewelry Store in the Edison Mall and was immediately greeted by the saleswoman Virginia who gave me the best customer service that I've ever received from any other Retail Establishment. I will definitely be visiting the store again in the near future.

    ANDREA at Kay Jewelers located inside Edison Mall is extremely rude and disrespectful. We went there to make a payment on something we had on layaway; naturally they were helping other customers so we sat in some chairs to wait. When Andrea walked by and stopped in front of us my fiance asked, "I'm sorry, am I in you guys way?" We were ready to move to a different chair because we thought the couple she had been assisting was looking at something we were sitting directly in front of. ANDREA responded "I'll be with you in a moment, they're ACTUALLY really getting married and I'm excited for these guys so give me a sec." Are you kidding me? First of all, we asked the couple if we were in their way, nothing more. Second of all, we're getting married as well, we're paying off rings. That response was completely unnecessary and snarky. To make things worse while my fiance was paying at the register she asked 3 times if he wanted to open a credit card. After the 3rd time he said "no thank you" she said ARE YOU SUUUURE? That's when I had to stand up and say in a stern voice, "Yes, we are just here to make a payment." Trust me, I never want to be "that" customer to get stern with customer service representatives, but after that comment about the other couple ACTUALLY reeeally getting married and her repeatedly pushing something we clearly do not want, I just wanted to get out of there. It was obviously inappropriate to try to make another sale at that moment as we were irritated. That was the first bad experience that I've had at Kay. I usually talk to Eric or Mariah and next time I'll make sure to only speak them.

    During a routine inspection a chipped diamond was discovered in my wedding set. The rings were sent out to be repaired and they look brand new, all of the diamonds are sparkling!

    Went to Kay Jewlers to have wedding rings cleaned. I handed both rings to lady behind the counter. She brought back my engagement ring. I just looked at her and she said was there another one? I said yes..the wedding band. She lost my band! After 45 minutes they found it. Obviously never got cleaned and no apologies. Worst customer service ever. Will never shop there again

    Amazing place to go as long as Marya and Sandra are there. I can’t start to explain how these two ladies where the highlight of my day as they made a situation that has been the most fustrating past 2 months with a ring repair made into a fun and loving experience as they helped with the true intention of making my wife and I happy and truly made us feel like family and while we were on the brink of not returning they have made my loyal 5 years continue by going to them. Thank you Mayra and Sandra for honestly being the best gift you could give me which is making my wife happy with a ring she loves.

    Sandra and her staff were just so kind and helpful, they understood what we were looking for and what she liked and wanted, she was very choosy, but they still understood and assisted us all the way even though we had returned 2 times before we decided and purchased it, overall, it was A wonderful experience that we had at Kay’s in Edison Mall in Ft.Myers, definitely if needing anything else, definitely will return

    On December 4th, I saw an item online and wanted to buy it, texted online with a Kimberly from Kaye Jewelers it was beautiful and she highly recommended the item. I bought it online, and On December 5th, I saw an email later in the day saying they did not have the item. I decided to go back online on December 6th, and ask about the item again to Kimberly, she obviously didn't remember me, but that wasn't a big deal she probably talks to a lot of people. I asked if they had it in stock, she said yes, I sent her a copy of my email and said, well this email says otherwise. She said she didn't understand, it shows they have it. I asked who I can talk to, to find out if this is something they actually have. She talked to her lead, and her lead said they had it. I said, ok, and proceeded to do everything again. Later the same day, I received another email saying they do not have it. I checked today December 7th, and the item is still shown online. The troubling part is not that they have their inventory in disarray, but the fact that I've been authorized on my credit card three times for an item I am not going to get. Granted I have plenty of credit on the card, but if you are someone who doesn't have a lot of credit on a card, I would highly suggest you not order anything from this company until they have their inventory under control. Kaye Jewelers have fine jewelry, but only buy in store, when you can have the product in your hand that day and know they have it in stock. I am very disappointed with this company, and I will most likely never do business with them again.

    Shopping at Kay’s Jewelers in the Edison Mall is by far one of the best experiences I have had at a Jewelry store... The Manager, Carlos Collazos is always looking to make you feel right at home and ensures that his staff also has that same goal in mind. They do not pressure you and only look to help you make the ‘best’ choice when it comes to your purchase... Truly one of the most friendly group of people I’ve ever met and one of the nicest retail Jewelry stores there is...

    worst service ive ever had. instead of trying to accommodate me for a shoddy finished-product with the same thing in a different color (which they do not carry) they basically just shrugged and had me return it. THEN they couldnt figure out how to return it.

    My fiancé and I went in to find wedding sets. As soon as we got there Sandra was very friendly and helpful. She never rushed us and found exactly what we were looking for. It’s so nice to see people like her in customer service. She is in the right profession. Will definitely go back.

    I have been a Kays customer for over 15 years. I have never found another jewelry store on par with Kays, though I have visited most of the jewelry stores in the area and along the way in my travels. Their service and craftsmanship is second to none. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and has the ability to listen to your needs and provide an amazing experience for their clients, Thanks to Carlos for his many years of top of the line customer service.

    I love this place. All staff is very nice and very helpful. Two different times, I bought a watch online and they were more than happy to help me remove links in the band to fit my wrist. My next watch purchase will definatly be from them.
