Where do I even begin... Let's start with the community. We've lived in these apartments off and on for many years. With the old manager, the people living there seemed decent enough, never had any problems. The people they're letting in now are a different story. We lived under a prostitute for over a year and a half. What we were subjected to listening to on a daily basis was insane. My husband spoke with the manager, but if she did anything it didn't show. Went up and talked to the woman ourselves but that didn't help. Our kid had to be woken up constantly listening to her and multiple partners going at it all the time. She would come outside in her lingerie that showed everything. With kids around. She'd leave her trash out and let it leak all over our porch with maggots. We complained, it never stopped. We had some low life steal our kids bike that we had hanging on our porch one night. Other folks I talked to had vehicles broken into as well as someone trying to break into a sliding door. Several of us kept bars on our doors. Then there are the apartments themselves. We had lived in the same apartment a decade prior to living in it again this last time. Same problems along with some new ones. Both the toilets upstairs would leak down onto ours randomly. Over a decade and no one could fix it. We finally told the maintenance man to just leave the hole cut in our ceiling and I left a bowl under it for the time we lived there. Everytime the neighbors used their dryer our apartment became humid and smelled like their laundry. Every day. They said it was because water pooled in the tubes underground. They sucked it out, but it didn't help. When it rained heavily our livingroom and master bedroom would have water come all in. We'd have to get bowls and scoop it up and pour it outside till someone came to vacuum it up. It happened so often I'm certain there is mold growing under the carpet and padding. Everytime it rains, people in our unit had to take off their shoes and wade through water over your ankles to get to your car. Onto the pool which is not cleaned well. It smells to high heaven of chlorine. Which means it's full of urine and other nasty stuff. We used to clean it ourselves before getting in until they took away the net. I got pink eye after swimming in it. Didn't use it anymore after that. A tenant also told me of finding a used condom in it. Lovely. There's also an old guy who walks around the place 24/7. I have no words to help you understand this guy. He chases people from the pool because he badgers you nonstop about Angel's, conspiracy theories, and the mating habits of his cats. We watched him looking in the windows of tenants once and then came over to tell us, (in front of our kid) about a couple having sex in their livingroom. I always kept my blinds partially closed because, no joke, this guy would come over to our glass door and look in holding his hands over his eyes to see better. There are other things but I think you get the picture. I would give this place negative stars if I could. It's a shame because they used to be decent. Those days are long gone.

I went to visit my parents that live there because my kids wanted to see their grandparents and swim with them and since I have three children only 2 got to swim because of the guest rule which I think is totally unfair to people with more than 2 kids and the manager is not very nice either so o guess my parents wont get the joy of having all their children in place this place sucks

Not a great place. Maintenance guys are super nice and respond promptly. Manager is a WITCH! Stay away from her as much as you can. They do not put a dime back into the complex - just enough to get by. My apartment stunk from stain cigarette smoke from day one and she wouldn’t do anything about it. It was filthy when I moved in and her reply was “ well, you didn’t have to rent it”! I even sent her pictures of how dirty it was. There was MOLD all over the dining room floor carpet & baseboards where AC unit leaked into dining room carpet. I had to clean it myself. And I had to pay a $100 non refundable cleaning fee! LOL There is huge deep cracks in the concrete right in front of my parking space and they won’t fix it. It is destroying my tires. The washing machine water lines are reversed so you get hot when you select cold. Ruined my delicate clothes. Rent has gone up 3 times - been here 1 1/2 years. The complex doesn’t get ANY repairs that are needed. The exterior needs to be painted desperately. They do just enough to get by. Whoever painted interior must have been 5 years old-used flat paint in kitchen and bathroom. Left paint splatters and paint on woodwork, floors and cabinets. So sad because it could be a cool place.

I have lived here for a little over a year and over all it’s great, I know the owner personally and when the apartment fire happened in February she placed us in a new apartment the next day. While the fire was happening I tried talking to the landlord/manager and she wouldn’t tell us anything. It was our freaking house with all our belongings in it and she couldn’t tell us squat. Nothing to put our kids at ease or anything. She is very rude, never follows the hours do business, and it’s hard to pay rent when she is never there. Our AC went out in the middle of summer and I had to call the manager about 20 times for her to listen and have someone come fix it, our old neighbor threw his leftover food on the roof over the cars so bugs were everywhere, she did nothing.

The main plumbing line backs up on a daily basis. Our apt was flooded the day we moved in. The office is not open durin...

🫤 Don't expect your deposit back, they will take it and still find ways to make you owe small sums and then send it to collections if you refuse to pay. I never had a problem until i moved out. They do bandaid fixes on most things so you'll have to call maintenence over and over for the same things, m...

😠 Rich Smith property management took my money and have been giving me the runaround for months. I was supposed to be able to move to an apartment in October. It's now December. The housing I applied for is income restricted with reduced rent prices. I cannot afford to just go somewhere else that cost...
