I went through the drive-through and they asked me to park didn’t ask me if I wanted any jam or ketchup didn’t even put any in the bag. I declined politely and they were rude even after I told the lady I’m uncomfortable parking there, where they were pointing at. end to top it off they also burnt my food. I didn’t order a burger at five in the morning. I ordered breakfast at 10:30 so I don’t understand why I had to park for any reason especially when I said no thank you.

Worst A&W ive ever been to, nothing tastes normal. Burger buns are extremely dry, and the patties taste like cheap walmart patties. Asked for a plain momma burger with just cheese and ketchup, but apperently they miss out on the ketchup part. The lettuce on my mozza burger was rotten as well

My sister ordered a plain simple chicken blt sandwich without Sesame seed bun but the lady came forward sounding rude and mean about asking for one without Sesame seed bun because she is allergic to seeds, She have made it a big problem for no reason

Completely messed up my order the only thing they got right was the fries, tried calling to complain and their phones work as good as the ordering box... Not at all you can't hear a word they are saying

One star as theyve messed up my order more times than I can count. Usually small stuff like no dipping sauces that I paid for or completely cold curds in the poutine but today they gave me the wrong order and I called them and went to go get the right one hours later after throwing it out and they start telling me one of the burgers was correct. I dont eat meat and I saw meat in the burgers and no poutine which I ordered so just remake my order and give it to me dont argue with me when youve already wasted my time and left me hungry. Especially when you know me because Ive eaten there hundreds of times and never pulled anything shady before. I will not be returning to this A&W as I dont trust them to make my food anymore. I dont want my order anymore its fine bye.

My breakfast sandwich had moldy cheddar, they claimed there wasn't. I tried speaking quietly, discreetly, but ended having to speak loudly enough for all the restaurant to hear.

They made us order on foot in the drive thru. We were working away from home, and didn't have masks. Driving a semi, we could not drive thru. This place does not provide masks to customers. I will never be buying food from this place ever again. Also, Everytime you use the drive-thru, they ask you to pull ahead to the side. Even if there are zero people behind.

This chicken is a few 100 years old. The onion rings look like they went through a washer before being thrown in the packet. Noooo, terrible quality food.

Got an Bacon an egger this morning May 25th/22 bottom bun is covered in mold beware this place is trying to kill people!

Ordered a chicken buddy burger it was cold and for sure timed out. I also ordered a HOT APPLE TURNOVER ya definitely not hot and on the bag it came in 15:00 i ordered it at 18:16. This place is by far the worst place to eat in Fort Saint Johns BC.

Sadly seems to have gone downhill in the last year. Last couple of times i have gone the service seems completely indifferent to everyone, and the last two times i have gone the food has been literally cold and needing to be heated right from the window. Dont think i will be rushing back to this one any time soon.

The restaurant is fine, nothing special, nothing wrong. Service was typical. But we tried the new frozen root beet, which is nothing more than an overpriced slurpee, and not as good. Very disappointed.

All of my food was undercooked. Onion rings and mushroom burger. dont even waste your time coming here...

Very friendly staff and very fast service, food was also made fast, the bacon cheeseburger could have used more than 1 piece of bacon but otherwise delicious. Good job guys continue doing great work 👍

Terrible experience ordered three double buddy asked for extra cheese and got to double Monsaw cheese burgers

One of the few places still willing to cook a regular burger during breakfast hours on a weekend.

They made me park my car just to dring out expired fries . Horrible customer service. Wouldn't eat expired food even for free! And it was 4.40!

Don't have one of these at home, so was excited to try it. It was good... I really liked the fries w/ gravy and cheese curds.

Love the food always clean and fast there breakfast is the best always cooked perfect as well as nice and hot great job😊👍

Ordered some sweet potato fries from the drive thru and was told that I would have to wait 3 minutes. They were ready once I arrived at the window to pay and were handed to me. Unfortunately half of them were still raw. The girls seemed friendly enough but not impressed with the food quality.
