UPDATE: I have worked in places with a skip tablet, I know there is a history of all orders placed. Unless you have a special machine that deletes it within seconds of it being picked up then I don't believe what you are saying. Also DM you ? On what portal ? The food was freezing cold last night and it ended up being dog food. I don't want anything from you guys, but the costumer service I received while being on the phone last night was the reason I'm writing this review Trevor. Ordered burger King from skip, our order was picked up with and eta of 9 minutes....and dropped off almost 30 minutes later (when we live 7 min away from burger king) the whole order was freezing cold and basically unedible. Tried calling bk before the food arrived and they told me there was no record of the order, which was not true. And according to skip he had multiple orders to take along with ours, which I could understand if it mentioned that on skip but it didn't at all. Burger King wasn't helpful at all in this situation and skip is always hard to deal with.

Didn’t get any of my food right at all payed for drink and fries but never got them asked for them and never gave them to me

Worst General Manager I have ever seen , does not know how to talk with customers and Skip drivers. They always give orders late to skip drivers I always waited 10 minutes after their actual time written on app

Warm food but got the wrong burger and drink. Only ordered one meal, and you’d think that’d be easy enough to not mix two burgers and make the wrong drink. Check your food before you leave at this location people.

Hail to the king of fast-food. I don't want gimmicks, I want enough food to hate myself for like 10 bucks. Yes I want fries and a burger at 7am, the f#$kin king KNOWS this, and has decreed this wish granted. His meal deals are a constitutional right for all those in his domain.

It's a Burger King but one of the better ones you will find service is very and friendly, I believe it's because the owner is always in the restaurant super nice guy, not hard to see why he is so successful,

Husband just went through the drive through and neither of his items were correct. Didn’t open the bag until he got home. Super disappointing.

I'm continually impressed by this BK. The staff are top notch. Always friendly, accurate, and working hard. It's a huge difference compared to across the highway at that other burger joint. Every time I come here I feel like it's the '80s again. I don't know how to explain it but it's partially a feeling of being home and partially the service levels. The way the staff consistently TRY to be good at what they do, every time, has the feel of how everywhere was back in the day. The only two sort of downfalls are that it takes a little more time to get through the drive thru. I'm not entirely put off by that though. To me it says that they're cooking my burger fresh and not just serving up some nuke 'n puke speedy burger. The other downfall is the location. For some reason it seems easier/ quicker to go across the highway. I wish BK were on the East side and the other joint on the West. All in all, this BK never disappoints. Always a pleasure to visit. Plus, the burgers are huge! Could use more fries though.

My fiancé Rhonda Hawthorne and I have never been big advocates of fast food restaurants or should say she has not been and if do go or have, we are usually creatures of habits. We usually go to MacDonalds type thing for a treat or on the road. Funny enough my father in law ( Rhonda's father), my finances father has went on and on about Burger King for years, especially up in Fort St. John. He I living in Fort St John again but was in Duncan spending Christmas with us and he got us to go to Burger King ( Joe Archambeault ). We both must say we were amazed at the quality, taste and for sure will make it our go to. Our father said to us see I told you, he said Fort St John Burger King is even better and he said that Domoni ( his niece ) and Mr. Bolin are such hard workers and treat people so well. Going forward we will always make our treat going forward Burger King. The burgers were just amazing and the fries, will try more things as we go.

According one of the employees, this is home to the Vopper. So I got a Vopper with bacon. Went through the drive through. Good crew and decent food as expected from big franchise 👌

Yesterday I was having a really bad day but then I went to this burger king and the persons attitude changed that completely it turned into a great day! The people here have amazing service. Went back tonight and I got a really nice note with my dinner I never saw tell I got where I was going. By far the best service I have ever had from somewhere!

The word King sure doesn't hold much weight anymore. The burgers are probably the worst part of this whole experience. Honestly, Sofa King not surprised.

Half the staff spoke in a different language. Very disrespectful to the rest of the staff and patrons. Will NOT visit again! Food was Ho Hum...

This is the cleanest and most organized front I've seen an a fast food restaurant in a long time. The 3 staff I interacted with were nothing but friendly, nice, and helpful.

After being in a one sided conversation with another fast food chain about their service levels dropping, I chose to try this place. WHAT A DIFFERENCE! The service was top notch. Fast, friendly, accurate. I was impressed and have returned several times since. This place works too see you happy, quickly. Don't sit in the line across the road for mediocre service. Come over here and enjoy better coffee, better fries, bigger burgers, and great service.
