    Walked in for an afternoon pastry and stood at the counter for at least four minutes. No one ever greeted us and finally a young lady came over to the counter and started re-arranging the pastries. We thought for sure she was putting on gloves to wait on us, but she never bothered looking up at us let alone offer to take our order. We left disappointed, but the other recent 1 star reviews tell the story. This store needs better management or it will be shuttered like so many others.

    Now this is ridiculous!!! This is supposed to be a toasted frontera chicken sandwich, but where is the chicken?!!!! It’s not even enough meat for one piece of bread let alone a sandwich. I’m so disappointed, this location used to be awesome, but now their food is thrown together like a $1 meal. I can see why it looks like a “ghost town” in there. Boo!!!

    I tried Panera again after not eating at one for a few years. Soups are not that great. The whole menu is **** you'd be better off getting at a grocery store. Bagels are frozen tasting, flat, and sometimes even burnt. They don't even smear the cheese for you, you practically have to make it yourself. The people here ARE very nice. The Panera product is over priced garbage.

    Staff was very unprofessional. One lady was on the phone with a new love interest, she didn't try to hide the conversation and sat in the dining area. She then went back to work and discussed her phone call with her co-worker. Another young lady complained about why customers were coming in 32 minutes before closing time. Another lady offered a sandwich to the lady at the register, she took half the sandwich and proceeded to eat while she took our order.

    This is hands down the worst panera I've ever been to. I don't expect minimum wage restaurant workers to provide over-the-top service, but they actively ignore you, are often out of most foods, take forever to prepare meals, and stand around on their cell phones talking. I come to this shopping center often and I've watched the quality of this place go downhill over the last 4 years. With as obvious as it is that the staff doesn't want to be here, just close this branch.

    I tried to place a delivery order today as I'm without a car. I selected a breakfast item I wanted and saw I had a $5 off coupon that expires today. However, upon selecting the coupon it wouldn't let me place my order because my total after the coupon (but before all of the taxes and fees) was just under $10. I was super frustrated by that, but decided to just order some soup with it and reheat it for lunch later so I can meet the delivery minimum. Wouldn't let me order the soup because it wasnt 10:00am yet. So I sat here and waited until 10:00am and added the soup to my cart. Went to place my order and it then tells me my breakfast portion of my order is "out of stock". I begrudgingly chose a different item, only for that to come up as "out of stock" as well. What are the chances of that? I thought. So I proceeded to try adding every single breakfast item listed, and yep, sure enough, EVERY SINGLE ONE came up as out of stock despite the fact that breakfast is supposed to be available until 10:30am. Clearly they just listed everything as out of stock so people couldn't order breakfast thirty minutes prior to the end time. I'm so hangry at this is point and just wasted 30+ minutes of my time trying to place this order and can now no longer get a single thing. Do better Panera.

    Avoid this place if you value your time and money. Almost every time we come here (which isn’t that often as we try to avoid it) the service is abysmal. Always forgetting items on the order, giving us the wrong order or just plain forgetting to even make it at all (even though they send us the “it’s ready for pick up” message. It’s really too bad that Hyde Park doesn’t have even an average Panera Bread.

    I asked for a full salad and got a half. Then asked for chicken and lettuce only. I only got lettuce. Very disappointed in the service. Like come on that is just being lazy

    I placed a catering order to be picked up at this location. It was 30 minutes late and I learned it came from another location. To be fair the team at Hyde Park was very gracious. But, there was no communication from Panera that the order would be late or the option to pick up at the other location. I sent a note to customer service with no response. Not what I would expect from Panera. But, likely my last order.

    Service fine except that they didn't give me a pager or call out my name to get food. Ordered pick 2 and got a partially burnt grilled cheese and watered down "creamy" tomato soup with croutons thrown in it only to sog up before I could get to eating the soup.

    The boy taking me and my friends orders was nasty and he had an attitude with us the entire time and then after he took my friends order he decided to leave and yelled at his co workers and said “I have to take a call someone else go take care of their order” while there’s an entire line to the door and we waited there for about 6 minutes before someone came and actually took out order. Though the girl who did take our order was nice. Just absolutely ridiculous in my opinion he chose to work here so don’t be rude to us when we didn’t do anything.

    Ordered food to-go. black coffee didn't have a lid on it and i Didn't even order coffee, I ordered Hot tea. The oatmeal was plain and disgusting with none of the listed items that came with it. Two breakfast sandwiches were missing. Whoever works there in the morning on Wednesdays needs to be replaced or retrained. I will never go back or order from here again unless the management is willing to make this right.

    When I went they were out out of everything. Stood at the register for a good 5 minutes before the guy sitting down on his phone came to take our order. Poor service. Might as well shut it down.

    I've been inside this location a few times and it's always a massive wait. I've gotten it more with UberEATS and they're so slow that every time I order, I end up cycling through multiple drivers because they have to sit there and wait forever for my order. Also the last few times they've missed half my food. It's expensive to order delivery, and I'd expect all my food to be there!

    When it's slow, its team takes a long time to process your order. I waited on one item while three team members stood around and goofed off. There was one other customer waiting....so they were not overloaded w guests at the time.

    This is the worst location. Besides the food being over priced, the entire staff should be fired. They are rude, kurt, and slow. I was literally turned away, with no customers in the store! This time, I waited 10 minutes for a sandwich, at 2pm, with no other customers waiting. This location is an embarrassment to what Panera used to be. And frankly it’s pathetic. I will not be going back.

    Great customer service from Karen. She was so nice! Long wait, though, and they were out of a lot of ingredients (zero bagels, no strawberries/blueberries for poppyseed salad, no ciabatta bread)

    The service was just ok. The tea set up was bad the container that held the lemon tea was not covered. We had to ask which one was green tea, none of the tea was labeled. The set up for the menu was difficult, I had to go back and forth from the bakery menu and the sandwich menu. I will never go to this store again.

    This place used to be good. Now, you can't even get someone to acknowledge that you're here. Food quality has sunk, as well. I could not imagine, at this point, spending that much for mediocre food that you basically have to beg for. To answer the question, I spent nothing because I wasn't served at all. I've been here for this whole message (after getting impatient) and still, not one person has asked me anything. Not one word.

    I'm not one to complain but like what even is this... The lady working the register was so sweet as most of the staff usually are, but whoever was making food gave me 1/3 cup of soup, an unsliced bread bowl, and a scrap of bread as a baguette. Am I supposed to make the rest of it myself????
