Dr Herald’s office is first class from start to finish. Everyone who works there seemed genuinely interested in my comfort and satisfaction. They were all kind and friendly. Dr Herald has excellent chair side manner, knows what he’s doing and does it well. He presented my case to me in a very understandable way and seemed to be looking out for my best interest. I highly recommend this office.

Herald Family Dentistry is amazing! The dentist and hygienist are so knowledgeable and keep you informed during appointments and take the time to explain further if needed. I had a great first experience at Dr. Herald's dentist office. The Office staff were so nice, hygenist was very thorough in explaining what she was doing as she cleaned my teeth. Dr. Herald was great at explaining additional work that I will need and answering all of my questions. Everyone was so welcoming, I appreciate the professionalism of the entire group.

I got an oral sleep apnea device through Herald Family Dentistry last September. The process was very easy. The staff was very helpful and addressed all my questions and concerns. I am very happy with the device. It is comfortable and non-invasive. Far better than the alternative of having to wear a mask every night. I sleep very soundly and have none of the sleep apnea symptoms that I previously experienced. I highly recommend the device.

Pain free cleaning and I have sensitivity issues. Good info and instructions on how to care for my teeth and gums. Genuine concern from hygienist and the doctor. Front desk staff very helpful and friendly both in office and over the phone.

I have been terrified of the dentist all my life. After 50 years this is the first dentist office where I feel comfortable and well taken care of. The staff is awesome.
