    I paid $11 for this… enough said. I’ve been historically disappointed with Panera breads portions relative to price. Not sure why I came back after so long.

    We always love coming to this panera bread. Their drive thru is usually quick, and they have great food. I only give a 4 star because they don't have many gluten free options, and they are always insanely busy inside (no tables). But the busyness means they are popular here.

    Sad state here. Waited 10min for someone to come out from the back office talking with other people to take my order. Then I go to get seat and there are two tables that aren’t dirty in the dinning area. And the food looked terrible. Not worth the money, and a hard pass if your vegetarian.

    Our group stopped in to enjoy mid-afternoon pastries and drinks. We were very surprised at the length of time it took to be served and how many mistakes were made. The one food order contained a 2nd choice side of mac and cheese, which was undercooked, soupy and cold. The coffee/tea self-service area was dirty, and they were out of hot water, the main black tea bags and one of the sugars. The half 'n half carafe looked like it hadn't been cleaned for a long time. Considering that this was a downtime of day, one would think the staff would use this time to clean the floors, clean counters, patron tables and frequently-used self-serve areas. Maybe they are down in number of employees, but considering there were very few people coming in during this time of day, the staff should have been hustling to clean up.

    Haven’t been to Panera in years since the last time was so terrible. Decided to stop because there was no other coffee shops nearby. Ordered an iced coffee with cream and it LITERALLY tasted like cigarette water, and I don’t even think there was any coffee in it?? Like how??? I got a bagel WITH cream cheese and got a crusty bagel in a bag with no cream cheese. Wont EVER have Panera again. How hard is it to prepare two of the most basic items????? I should’ve stayed away.

    Store is so understaffed there’s a 30min wait every time you go in the location. Your poor staff is working themselves like dogs because you’re in ability to hire people or retain staff. I’ve seen multiple customers leave because of the wait times, including myself. Signed up for your sip club wasn’t even able to use it because it would be a 10 minute wait just to get a cup. I don’t know if this is a franchise location or corporately owned. But do better.

    I usually don't stray from my usual menu items, but I live their French Onion soup, and the breakfast sandwiches. Staff is not overly friendly, but I haven't had many errors in my orders.

    Terrible place to eat. Most menu items were unavailable, the soup was suspiciously similar to Progresso canned soup, the steak and cheese sandwich (all that was available but not on wheat bread) was tiny, and last but not least, there was no ice available in the lobby at the drink station. Awful and pricey, never going back.

    The drive thru was closed for some reason, whatever no big deal. Go inside and it’s absolutely filthy. They are out of everything and the employees were rude and goofing off the entire time. Will never go back.

    I visited this site recently. During this visit, i was met by a young man at the register who was engaging. Things crumbled after. I ordered a bagel toasted dark. My bagel was barely toasted. It seems petty, but I can't stand doughie bagels

    Order lunch from this location with other co-workers. When they got back to the office noticed soup was cold, sandwiches were half-sized and not full. Baguettes and bakery items were just thrown in the bag and not put in in type of container; icing was all over the utensils. When I called and explained the situation Jimmy, hung up on me and I to call back to get a refund. Horrible experience!

    First of all, I waited in the drive through for 10 minutes with no movement before getting to the speaker. Then, the attendant at the speaker made me repeat myself 3 or 4 times when trying to pick up an order. Haven’t tried the food yet, but hoping for the best. But the drive thru experience was infuriating.

    Ordered food from Uber eats, my French onion soup didn’t have cheese , it was like a bowl of onions I also received the bowl on the side no issue with that, Mac and cheese was good, I didn’t receive my papaya drink, or Madagascar drink so I can’t which is why the rating is also low, sandwich the meet was old had some type of old red stuff on it, and the green goddess salad was phenomenal just needed a tab bit more dressing

    I drove thru and picked up a bagel with cream cheese. It was sliced and toasted, tasted very good. Service was slower than normal, but they were busy, and the server was very pleasant and efficient.

    Although the pizza sub was a bit dry, I had a great time meeting one of your managers, Logan. He was outstanding in helping me understand the menu and the staff that prepared it really did a great job at making me feel welcomed!

    I went to this location on Friday, September 15th. I was sick and needed something on my stomach. It was 8 PM and I was the ONLY car in the drive thru. I placed my order and got the pick two. I ordered mac and cheese with a bowl of CHICKEN NOODLE SOUP. The girl taking my order I guess couldn't hear me so I made sure before I pulled away from the screen that I said, "MAC AND CHEESE WITH A BOWL OF CHICKEN NOODLE SOUP." I got to the window and paid and the girl said it would be just a min, that's fine. I was still the ONLY car in the drive thru. I waited 8 mins on my food. I watched through the window the whole time and the gal making my TWO items had a full out conversation with her coworker while my food was just sitting on the counter. After she was done with her conversation she then put the lid on my last item (while it was just sitting on the counter for 8 mins) and placed it in the bag and FINALLY walked to the window. I told her, "Thanks for having a whole conversation while my food just sat there. They weren't making any of orders. Just sweeping, cleaning and talking while I waited 8 mins, the ONLY car in the whole drive thru. When I got home, wrong soup, they gave me broccoli cheddar instead of chicken noodle. Like I said, I was sick, it was late, I wasn't going to drive back down there just to exchange soups. This location is TERRIBLE!!!

    Chicken and rice soup was really good with a side of bread! However, ordered half of a chicken salad sandwich and it actually had very little chicken. Tasted good, but was definitely skimpy. Probably wouldn't order that sandwich again.

    Like many others it seems, I don’t know why I keep coming back to this location. Every time I do, something is not right. One time they barely filled my salad container 1/4 of the way. Today, none of my sides were in my bag and the coffee creamer was so so sour. This is the last straw.

    The worst restaurant around. Not even the worst panera. I’m not kidding this when I say they have never once gotten my order correct. This is the 6th time in a row they have forgotten either my soup, my sandwich, or something else that I’ve ordered. And then they tell me that I have to drive all the way back there to get a refund because it is a violation of my “privacy” to give me a refund over the phone…what?! That doesn’t even make sense. So just drive 15 min back there, let my food get cold, drive 15 min back to my house just to get money back for something they didn’t give me…AGAIN! Trust me when I say this- do not go here. Don’t even get delivery from here, you will get 50% of your order and they will keep 100% of your money.

    The most inconsistent restaurant ever. Chicken is cold 7 of 10 times, portions are inconsistent and always very small. And they hire dummys to remain politically correct. I come here only because the ingredients are more healthy than other places. But the staff definitely needs better training.

    Every time we come here (I don’t know why we keep coming back) we have a terrible experience. The floor and tables are never clean and the food quality is awful. Our food sat up on the counter and got cold and I had to ask if our order was ready since our name was never called. The ticket wasn’t printed out so it seems that none of the employees knew it was our order either. We definitely won’t be back to this Panera location.

    Panera always has great food and friendly employees, but this location and the one in Cold Spring have gone downhill since the pandemic. The places are downright dirty. There is always food/trash on the floor under the tables. The table was wiped down today, but the back of the booth seat was disgusting. And the soda machines are really sketchy. They are sticky and dirty on the outside so I assume the insides are less to be desired too.

    Visited the Newport Pavilion location today, was grossed out by the cold beverage area. The cold beverage area has dried stuff on the counter, drink dispensers looked dirty and the condiment area underneath looked dirty too. The women’s restroom needs a major cleaning. Staff was nice and food ok but I don’t think I’ll go back.

    Went here for lunch because I had a gift card. That was a mistake. Front cashier woman (in sunglasses and hat) was incredibly rude, acted extremely inconvenienced at me ordering food. Talked in curt monotone like I was actively boring her. I told her I had a gift card and she just stared at me until saying 'swipe it' like I was the biggest idiot in the world for not knowing they don't manually type in gift cards. Food quality was sad but that's nothing new. Fiance got food poisoning from the salad, he said the lettuce looked suspicious but figured it was most likely okay. $36 for 2 you pick two and food poisoning.

    Lady at the front cashier spot was very unwelcoming. I understand not wanting to work, especially in the food industry, but they were very rude to my boyfriend and I when we were ordering. I have talked to multiple friends of mine in the Newport area, and they had the exact same experiences with this person.

    Stopped in to get a drink while shopping in the area. To my dismay, there was what had to have been days and days worth of black mold build-up crusted all around the nozzles of the tea and juice dispensers. This prevented me from getting the drink I came for since A) it's disgusting, and B) I'm allergic to mold. So, I informed the manager and all she said was 'Yeah, we need to clean that.' in a completely uninterested, unapologetic way. No attempt to right the problem or anything. Meanwhile, there were at least 4 employees that I could see, plus her, that were standing around doing nothing because there were no other customers. The dining room also looked dirty. This is my local Panera and I had been thinking of buying their new Beverage Club membership. But that's out. Guess I should've got the hint last time I was here a couple months ago. That time, the girl at the drive thru window refused to give me extra pepper for my soup. Like, what? Just lazy. I get you probably don't get paid that great, but have some sort of pride in your work and self.

    I was very disappointed after spending over $8 for breakfast sandwich and coffee. The bacon, egg & cheese sandwich did not have cheese, little egg and 1 -1/2 pieces of slimy partly cooked bacon. The coffee was too hot to drink. After waiting about 30 minutes, the cup capsized and coffee went everywhere.

    Came to get dinner. My mom orders a pick 2, half grilled cheese and a tomato soup. The cashier tells us you can't get those two together on pick 2. Even though on the app and on the menu above her head it clearly shows you can. So then we ask for pick 2 Ceasars salad and a tomato soup and a whole grilled cheese. You cashier then put down pick 2 grilled cheese and salad. No soup. And to top it off, she has her hand in her mouth the entire time and then grabs the bagels with said hand..... disgusting. I get yall struggling to hire folks but at least hire someone competent enough to know your menu and be able to put orders in correctly. Do yourself a favor and find another Panera or go somewhere else.

    Waited 10 minutes to have my order taken even though there was only one person ahead of me because the cashier was the same person putting together several large orders. Like 6 people in the back, including the manager, see how long the line is getting but no one comes up to help. Finally get to order only for her to tell me that they are out of bagels (at 9:30am?!). Ok.. so I order the chipotle chicken egg and avocado wrap. Food is done, get to the 3rd bite and the chicken is still cold. Gross. Only one tiny piece of avocado in the entire wrap. This location definitely needs to improve.
