Looking for something on the upper end for breakfast while you're on layover in the international terminal at Dallas-Fort Worth International airport? This is a great option! Not at all crowded. Barely anyone here but still great service and great food. Started out with the Sangria Mimosa at $12 each. Pretty good but no drink is worth $12. On to breakfast! Chicken & Churros, buttermilk marinated chicken breast, savory spicy churros, buffalo maple glaze, smoked onion ranch and dill pickle slices. Not bad! I knew it was going to be good when it was set in front of me and the spicy fumes from the chicken had my eyes watering before I ever took a bite!

Good burger place sitting across from D22. I got the Louie's Cheeseburger and fries and they were both good! Atmosphere was also very relaxing.

The best place to have a beer at D terminal. Do I need to say more? Service needs to be better.

Nice restaurant/bar next to gate A14. Definitely worth getting a meal and an IPA there if you have the time. I had a 3+ hour layover so I had enough time for a couple of local IPA's. I chose the Big Burger in Little China and was very pleased. I highly recommend the burger. BTW - The picture from Google Maps is of the Subway across the aisle I believe.

DFW is typically an airport I avoid, those who have been here understand. That being said this recent trip through I stopped at Bar Louie, and was greeted by excellent staff and had a great burger. I appreciate that they were open relatively early, when most other places were closed. If I have to come back through DFW in the future I will be stopping by this place again. Highly recommend the burger, mimosa, and captain and coke.

What else would a person do without a plane and crew? Drink! Lol. This bar was across my gate. The bloody mary looked better on their electronic ad. Not at all what was described on their menu. Candied bacon, olive stuffed with blue cheese, shrimp. Instead i got plain bacon, regular olive, celery. Disappointment.

Nice sports bar in Dallas. Located close to a number of hotels in one of which I was lodged. Good and friendly staff. Equally had an external seat-out for smoking customers and those that wanted a feel of nature. The most interesting thing is that the bar is open till early hours in the morning. Would surely visit again if I find myself in the vicinity again.

Fantastic meal at Bar Louie near date D22. I ordered their New Orleans pasta dish and it was absolutely perfect. Extremely well-prepared and very tasty. Spouse ordered their Citrus Salmon and it was wonderful. We were both very pleasantly surprised by how incredibly good this place was, far exceeding the mediocre online reviews. My thoughts are that this is probably the best place to dine in the entire DFW airport. I hate to blabber on and on about it, but the meal really was spectacular. HIGHLY recommended.

Food was decent. Service was pretty sad though: not enough staff. The waiter, Cameron, never checked in. He would hang out in the kitchen on his cell phone. When he did come out, he moved like a snail. I ordered a wine that never came. I gave up on that, but had to track someone down to pay. I was tempted to just walk out when I couldn’t get Cameron’s attention while I was standing at the register trying to give him my card to pay. I was right in front of his face and he acted like I was invisible. I think he was on his phone. The bartender, Tran, was paying attention and she rang me up. She was pulling 90% of the weight. Not only was she making drinks for a full bar, but she was waiting tables and taking payments while Cameron hid in the kitchen. My second star is for Tran. Cameron is useless.

Came tonight at around 6:45 pm and stood at the podium. Asian Woman working the bar tonight 01/09 walked by us and just looked at us. we stood there, as she went to the bar and got the bar customers another round of drinks. we’re still standing there, and a white-gentleman in business casual walks up. She instantly notices this man and tells him to take a seat any where. Another woman who was dressed in business casual as well walks up as well after us. The bar woman then proceeds to take the order from the man, then the woman, and finally to us last when we have been standing there first and she had yet to tell us that we can sit anywhere when she first acknowledged us. she also never came back to our table. Just to sum things up, we’re upset we were obviously profiled as we wore comfortable clothes and are younger adults. we’re on short time, so if you’re in a time crunch and are young, go to another bar 🤷‍♀️

I don't eat at many Bar Louie's but I feel fairly confident that this one might be the worst. Zero quality control coming out of this kitchen. Ordered the BLAT chop salad and picked out tons of wilted lettuce. Fries had old yellow parsley on top. They were out of wings and queso. I ordered pretzels and tried to sub spinach artichoke dip for queso (since they were out). Was told that I couldn't bc it was pre-portioned. Asked for a discount since they were out of queso and they came back and said they were also out of mustard and would just cancel the order. The waitress was nice and did her best. The manager should have come out and helped apologize for the terrible food situation instead of leaving her to go on an apology tour. Table next to me sent cold food back. My husband's club had yellow wilted arugula and a very mushy tomato. He also got several diet Cokes instead of regular. Pro: football game was on, close to our gate Con: everything else

Probably the worst service I've ever had Asian bartender, was rude I asked for a draft it was warm told her and she just walked away... food was got on the outside cold AF in the middle, asked to change the channel to ESPN she said let me ask my manager 30 min later her and her manager were out front talking about his food poisoning and his extensive diarrhea... so I asked him if she had even asked 🤔 she did not.. stay away from here. Atmosphere sucks big time

Great place for a quick bite and a short layover. The American American with the knot on his head was extremely competent, knew how to mix a drink, got our complicated orders correct the first time and had a ton of amazing facts to give us about Dallas that we'll use on our next trip! Menu wasn't as expansive as normal, but it's COVID-19, but perhaps don't show things on the electronic ad boards that you don't have?

What a great place to eat BBQ! Quick and nice especially if one is at the airport for awhile! 5/5 even better than a Ramsey restaurant I've been

Thursday, Dec. 21st at 6pm I went into the bar Louie in terminal D with my partner, to have the worst experience and biggest waste of time. When we walk in, the server greeted us with a kind, “you can sit anywhere.” A hello would’ve been nice too?? We proceeded to sit, and no one came to help for 15 minutes. The restaurant was completely empty, I went to the bar to ask if I have to order through the bar. The server said she’d be with us shortly. After a longer while of waiting, an older Caucasian couple comes in to the restaurant, the server immediately went to help them. At this point I decided to walk out and I’m only giving one star because negative stars is not an option.

Went here yesterday with my husband before catching our flight, Brianna was our server and let me just say, I will not be returning to this joint. Firstly, make sure your employees are hygienic especially during a pandemic. She smelt horrid, which made my husband and I not even want to eat our food once it arrived. Her attitude was absolutely terrible and the girl seemed like she had no clue what to do, to top things off our drinks were disgusting. Get better workers and maybe you’ll get more service. I travel for work and this was by far the worst experience I’ve EVER had. Didn’t want to be rude and didn’t hVe the time to complain considering we almost missed our flight due to this horrible experience.

03/13/22 Just shows they will hire any warm body to pretend they almost can provide customer service. Just awful, don't recommend. A bar tender named Kaylin or kaitln at the DFW airport needs to be fired. She was rude and disrespectful. She gives this place a black eye.

Absolutely horrible experience. A shame for the Bar Louie brand. Trashy, dirty, cold food and closes at 7pm. What airport are you in? Flight till late in the evening. Just close it down as a location.

I ordered a mojito, it came looking very sad, with two wilted leafs of mint which had black spots on it! I told the server and she said that we’re out of mint. I also ordered Caesar salad with grilled chicken, that looked and tasted okay, ( for an airport food) which is why the overall rating is three stars. The place was not busy but still took a while to get the food, longer you’d expect for a salad.

OMG! Are you kidding me. The burger is so GREAT! I usually don’t eat bums but even their bums are so tasty.

The service was great, my margaritas were on point, tater tots were tasty and the electrical outlet was right at my table. What more could you ask for?

Lunch was great! I had a candied Jelapino chicken sandwich on a Brioche bun - fantastic! Had tots instead of fries, & they were hot & crispy. Loved the entire lunch. Service was professional & fast

Best airport food I have ever had. Pulled pork sandwich, herbed potato salad, and a beer. Attentive service. I will probably go back if I have a flight scheduled for that terminal.

I wanted to eat dinner before my connection flight. My two friends got their meal but I didn't. When they told me they forgot to cook my dish, I was already late for my flight. I'm starving during my flight now, thanks.

My favorite place to get a drink at the airport. Cocktails are excellent and are far cheaper than you might think from the ingredients and presentation.

I didn't get a chance to eat anything as I visited due to a delayed flight. Bartenders were very nice and friendly. I would return in the near future.

Just went here for the drinks and ended up getting food as well. The Buffalo wings were cold but the drinks made up for it. The all nighter burger was very good. I recommend that for everyone.

Had my flight canceled 4 times the day before and had horrible experience with American Airlines. But the food and service was on point! I am a chef in the industry and for you guys to be the one of the only places that were still open the server was great. I'm from KansasCity, Missouri and we have a Bar Louie here and I don't recommend it to anyone. But yours i would definitely 👍 recommend if your hungry in the airport.
