Inside West Bend Shopping Mall, and right on the Trinity River, you'll find an excellent location for lunch or dinner. The views are great, (loved the bike riders passing by), and especially the miniature train across the River! If your lucky, a Great Blue Heron will glide past you along the water as you relax. Sit inside or out, it doesn't matter, as this place has a cool vibe to it. A quaint, but lively bar right as you walk in, high open ceilings with an industrial interior design...yeah, I could hang here awhile for sure. The outside seating area is just as cool, and they have their own bar too! The food choices are many, and all very healthy. You'll like the way you "hunt and gather" your selection and the approach is unique, but it works! We were happy with all our choices, and the service was outstanding! We'll be back here many times I'm sure! Check it out, you'll be glad ya did!

A great resturant right on the Trinity River. they have Yuengling beer, and even better, the strawberry smash if you want a cocktail. The vegan queso is actually really great considering, though I wish they had a classic TX dairy option. The hummus is good too, but the quality of their veggies are not quite what they used to be. Still a great option though. The quinoa veggie burger was great, a lot of fresh flavors and textures and I appreciate a veggie burger that doesn't try to act like meat. The brussel sprout side salad was delicious as well too. The rest of my party also loved their food, especially the honey mustard and ranch chicken sandwiches. The chicken stir fry was incredible! I'd definitely order that in the future. The cauliflower rice bowl was a miss as it just soaked up the sauce and got over powered. Overall, a great option with lots of local and healthy food options that don't sacrifice flavor.

We stayed at a hotel right next to this restaurant & it was open on Christmas Eve so we tried it out! The restaurant atmosphere, location, seating selection, indoor/outdoor, river view is AMAZING 10/10 but the food was pricey & lacking taste. Our bill was pretty expensive & we left feeling it was not worth the price at all. Nevertheless try this place out for yourselves, the view is worth it!

This place is trying to be wellness based and health conscious but falls a bit flat. I went with 3 other people and we were disappointed that everything is just ok. I appreciated the fact that everything is gluten free and they had vegan nacho cheese but when it came to execution, everything was missing a few flavor elements to be delicious. The nachos I got were loaded with pulled pork and mashed avocado (not flavourful enough to be guacamole) I wished there were more vegetable elements aside from chopped scallion and cilantro or interesting salsas on the side. Father-in-law didn’t like the dressing at all on his bunless burger side salad. Husband found the Kale Caesar salad to be very one note without enough going for it. Mother-in-law was disappointed by her Southwest bowl. That said, it’s a beautiful space. Although since the booths are not bolted to the floor can lead to awkward and uncomfortable seat spacing. The price to value ratio is pretty low.

My aunt cannot have gluten so she found this place because it came highly recommended on a GF Facebook group she is a part of. They do offer GF items but they also have “regular” options as well. The chili was good, it was spicy too! Loved it. Another tasty dish was the brussel sprouts - I couldn’t stop eating those!

This was our first time here and we will DEFINITELY be back!! The entire staff was friendly, worked really well together, treated guests respectfully, shared some big smiles and laughs, and was very very attentive. Our server was Alexis and she deserves 5 stars🤩. We started with the chips and queso (vegan and AMAZING) then ordered The Backyard Burger w/fries and the Chicken Fried Chicken w/ two over easy eggs, sweet potato hash, green salad, and mushroom gravy for our brunch. We are already excited for and planning our next trip. The flavors were incredible, they have vegetarian/vegan options, and a good variety of entrees, appetizers, and drinks.

My wife and I absolutely loved this place! We picked it after all the recommendations for people with food sensitivities and it did not disappoint. The menu advertises that "all items may be prepared gluten & dairy free", but most items don't even need it. The only item with gluten are the buns (they have gluten free buns if desired) and the only thing with dairy is the cheese. Even the salad dressing was nice and creamy without any dairy. We shared tuna tostadas, cauliflower mash, and plant-based gelato. She had a bunless burger with a wedge salad and I had a backyard burger. The food was beautiful and delicious, but the best part was my wife not feeling sick afterward. We will definitely be returning and probably drag a few other people with us.

Wow! A restaurant where everything on the menu can accommodate my dietary restrictions! I actually had trouble deciding because I always have limited choices when dinning out. The menu states all items can be made gluten and/or dairy free and the staff verified everything was safe. We had ahi tuna tostadas (so good), poké, drinks, and even vegan gelato. I will definitely return next time we’re in town.

The location was great, right on the Trinity River. They had nice fans outside to keep you cool and keep the flies away. The service was fabulous, very attentive and knowledgeable about the food. The prices were good and the food tasted great. I had the fried "rice" bowl. It has cauliflower rice, brussel sprouts, broccoli, carrots and an egg in top, in an Asian sauce. I would definitely order it again. They seem to have a lot of vegan options, if that's your thing, but they had plenty of meat options too. Overall a great experience!

Amazing place. The patio seating during the sunset is all about it. The service is fast and our server seira did above and beyond. They got us an extra plate of fresh fries. A must try. Add it to your list now, thank me later.

It started off OK....the place looks Really Cool. I Love the Outdoor seating, the atmosphere, the drinks were good. The service started off well and then it's like they pretty much forgot about us.... The food was good....I would try something else next time and I would Def suggest not paying your bill before you get your To Go Order . It was Totally Forgetten. I would understand if they were Crazy Busy. I have worked as a server... I know. It wasn't at All. Overall.... It was our afterwork traditional end the week with a new restaurant and drinks outing, The Drinks were Good... Food was just OK for Me and Service was OK until the end 😒. I would probably go again but just for drinks.

HG supply is great. If you have never been it is tucked in at the back of the shopping center. It provides great views of Trinity River, and direct access to Trinity Trails. I love those bowls. I had pork and rice and it was amazing. Great drinks and the service is in point. Seems to be a well oiled machine. Great happy hour and patio as well. Patio does not open until the evening, during be the week.

The food was absolutely delicious. Our waiter, Summer, was the best. She was very knowledgeable about the menu. She had good suggestions. The bowl I got was healthy, fresh, flavorful and filling. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a good, healthy meal. The berry desert was delightful. My husband loved the apple desert. Will return for sure!❤️

The nachos were so good. Great chips, lots of toppings and great flavor. Our drinks were also very good. If it’s nice out you can take a nice walk down the Trinity.

This restaurant was a good choice and we had a great time there. I love the view to The Trinity Park while we can enjoy the atmosphere and delicious food. Great menu, prices and sizes of food. The staff are nice and it’s nice to share with your family or friends.

My recent visit to HG SPLY CO was nothing short of delightful. My coworkers and I have recently enjoyed going here for happy hour. The wait staff are extremely nice and parking is pretty easy. The Guava Margarita is one of the best margaritas I’ve had in a while! This margarita, with its harmonious blend of pineapple, Lunazul tequila, Cointreau, guava, and lime, is a tropical symphony in a glass. The sweet notes of guava and pineapple provide an amazing contrast with the sharpness of a squeeze of lime and the depth of tequila. It's a drink that is refreshing after a week full of hard work. For those seeking plant-based delights, the HG Chips and Queso is a must-try. The spicy vegan cashew queso is rich and creamy, with just the right amount of kick. Paired with the buttery texture of avocado and the sharp bite of green onions, it's a dish that packs a flavor explosion. Each bite is a reminder that flavor and sustainability can, and often do, go hand in hand. The Cochinita Pibil Tacos were also amazing. The Mexican pulled pork, tender and flavorful, is elevated by the smoky sweetness of the BBQ sauce. The smoked corn slaw adds a layer of crunch and freshness, while the dill pickles provide a tangy contrast. HG SPLY CO is more than just a restaurant; it's a place where every dish is crafted with care and passion. I highly recommend checking it out if ever you’re in Fort Worth!

My children were over the moon with the fact that they were able to order a gluten free + breaded chicken sandwich that they rated a 10/10. It was so good that we brought the entire staff of our clinic from Aledo to eat here for a birthday celebration.

Loved the nachos but my Redfin tacos were just ok. My kids had the build your own bowls and liked them very much. Would come back again because the atmosphere is great and being by the water is nice.

Good food in a nice setting. Mixed drink prices are kind of high, although beer prices are competitive. Happy hour menu is more reasonable but they should consider starting it an hour earlier than 3pm, at least on Fridays. Food is tasty and high quality with plenty of gluten free options. Staff is friendly and helpful.

The food was very good and the portions were generous. I felt full just after finishing the appetizer. The waiters inside and outside are great, they are patient and friendly. But the person at the front desk was not so friendly. By the way, their seats are very small. Even if you have 5 people, they will seat you in a four-person seat and give you another chair. Everyone feels very crowded

Once again,it's date night for me and my wife. Another random, but excellent pick. Our server was very friendly. The only reason that I did not give a five for service is that I feel as though he could have been a little more attentive. We would have liked to order our dinner right after our appetizers were served. We were just about finished before he returned to take our food order, otherwise the service was excellent. The food was delicious. We highly recommend this restaurant. You will not be disappointed.

Great lunch spot with the fam! A little something for everyone and a super enjoyable vibe! Definitely will come back for the honey mustard crispy chicken 👏 perfect spot for fresh air and delicious eats!

The food here is amazing! As lovely as the photo is that I posted it's not wine...it's JP Chenet Brut Rose. Why is it in carafe? Why didn't I ask for a champagne flute? How did I let this happen!?! My mind was so confused and frozen that I didn't say a word. Next time... I'll stop the waiter and ask for a proper glass for a Brut Rose. 🤷‍♀️

Had a good experience here. The waitress was very kind a helpful. The food was subpar, I ordered a honey-mustard chicken sandwich and it barely had any of the sauce on it, only a hint of it. The fries were a tad bit over cooked, as well as my chicken. The drinks were really good and prepared exceptionally. All of this for a premium price.

The pork tacos are out of this world. Whoever came up with this dish is a special chef. The flavor combo from the BBQ to the coleslaw is such a great combination. One of my favorite dishes.

We actually came to this area to the Thai restaurant next door but it was so small and HG looked really nice with views and not even knowing anything of it we went for it. Wow is just how I felt after trying the stake. Not to mention the vegetables they almost taste as good as the stake it self. I have never been to a restaurant where the vegetables are that great. My wife loved it, my kids enjoyed the burger’s. Do recommend.

Favorite Brunch spot in Fort Worth. A MUST HAVE! Relaxing atmosphere with large amount of patio seating offered as well as inside seating. Wait staff is trained extremely well and are some of the most friendly and classy I've found in the area...especially for brunch! Managers are fantastic and make sure the whole experience at HG is one to be desired. Food is to die for. You can't go wrong with any dish. They have a variety to please any palate (even the picky eaters and kids). Highly suggest the Mimosas. My favorite brunch item is the Steak and Eggs...they cook perfectly to order 🥰 Try this gem! You won't regret it
