Wonderful walking trails and even some rock climbing if you're brave enough! Beautiful views. My favorite place to come for a nature walk.

Tremendous. Wide-open. Polite people who keep their dogs tethered. I took my family on a picnic to enjoy the weather and my new discounted super umbrella! Today was awesome. I would like to see more parking available and more trash receptacles.

This is a wonderful area. You can walk, run, and ride through the paths and trails. There is seating to take a break if needed and picnic tables. I only went to a small part of the park, but I didn't see any restrooms. I would say the park needs restrooms for the children.

I have been going to this park to walk and exercise for a few years now. The trails are nice concrete paths, although there are a few sections that are not maintained too well and after some hard rain could be pretty difficult to pass without getting a little muddy. Out and back, not a loop trail.

Many different paved and a few unpaved trails here and there. Many people cycle here. Good locale for walking and jogging. Scenery is beautiful. Nice playground and there's bbq spots too. Advice: download a park trail map.

A beautiful park with trees and along the Trinity river. It is good for an afternoon walking or biking with or without family members. πŸ˜„πŸ˜„

We found this place when we were tryinf to kill time waiting for my son at his tutoring sessions twice a week. My 7 year old still loves the playground despite it being a little small, and we love the trail. It does NOT go in a circle around the park, which we found out the hard way. Great little park :)

It was a lovely day to come for a hike seeing the signs of spring all around the trail with flowers blooming and wild honey bees out and feeding.. this is a flat concrete paved path from start to finish.

Always a pleasant walk with great tree coverage as you head towards downtown. And we like that the local hiking club decorates random trees for the Christmas holidays along the path.

My grandson and I were just riding around. I told him about this park I saw on Google but we weren't going to go there yet. Just happened to ride up on it. Beautiful scenery. I am having some mobility issues so we didn't walk far. But I saw the walking trail. Quiet and peaceful. Even my 13 yr old grandson said that this is a nice place to come and clear your head. I will be going back.

This is one of my favorite parks to walk and ride my bike at. The path is narrow in some places but the shade is great. I love that you can hop onto the Trinity River Trails from it. Always clean and safe. I've been coming to this park for years, and years to come. Check it out!

Beautiful natural Park. Great open area to play with kids and pets, long paved walkways for runners or cyclists. Good playground space with toys in good condition. But met just 1 Toilet at the parking lot and no picnic area, just benches. Anyway, my family had a nice morning immersed in the nature at the Oakmont Park.

Always a great visit! Super secluded, so try to have company when at the park, but the playground and park area are awesome and the location is beautiful. Lots of open space to run and you can hit the trail very easily!

Absolutely love this place. I’m a photographer, and have a lot of my photo shoots here. Very clean place and so much room! Constantly people walking their dogs, playing fetch in the giant field, people lying down reading books, and families having picnics in the field. Great trails for bikes too!

It has a beautiful walking trail. Anytime of the day is good to go. Even though there may be other people there, you really don’t bump into them or they are not bunch together. It’s very peaceful.

Fun little playground with climbing wall, swings, and some slides. Open field great for frisby or kite flying. Lots of trees for picnic coverage. Walking/running paths that lead several miles.

A very scenic park and generally quiet, with a little traffic of the occasional bicycle rider. There are a bunch of trails of the main path to enjoy. I usually get 10,000 steps in and the time flies by because it's so pretty and fun to visit. It's always well kept up, no trash litter and large open green lawns along the path always mowed.
