Nice and clean. BUT! I joined mainly for their 30 Minute Express Workout. The staff does not enforce the rules for that workout. They let anyone use those machines, which is fine as long as I’m able to do my 1 set. There are machines out in the weight machine area they can use. I’ve had a few encounters with gym goers who won’t get off machines. Gone to staff members to talk to the individual. The staff member said, “ sorry, nothing I can do”. If it happens one more time, I quit.

A gym's a gym. Nothing too special about the place. Attendants are nice... as they should be. Facilities are clean... as they should be. Really, the only leg up they have on the competition is this on is open 24 hours. The fitness community loves to rag on PF, but the truth is it's a starter gym. When you have decided to get in shape and start your fitness journey, go to PF. Peak hours are packed but not too packed. When you have outgrown this gym, go to another with heavier weights.

the staff at this location appear to be great never had an issue there but here lately the gym itself has gone down hill. Its always dirty this includes the gym itself the mens locker room and the tanning rooms not to mention the tanning beds have lights out and are missing several screws the standing one in room 1 has 8 lights out and the plastic guard is coming off because the screws are gone and the staff is well aware and nothing is being done.

First and only time working out at this location. ZERO warm water in the showers, I tried them ALL! That water was ice cold, I don't mind cooler showers but not ice cold! The shower area smelled like a sewer! Some of the machines were sketchy, a bit too wobbly. I will say the workers were very friendly which is why I gave a 3 star instead of 1. For some people this location may do the job, however there are way better locations for sure!

This review is long overdue. They do not support our military sons and daughters. My daughter is in the Nancy and being deployed. They refused to cancel her . We had her papers and her recruiter come up there. Ridiculous .

Jesus is the best i come to the fort worth location over night and he's always sanitizing. But hes got a great attitude and vibe. Def glad i got this membership. This location is a strong 10/10

Planet Fitness as a whole isn't very transparent upfront in terms of membership fees, commitment periods and billings. A bit of a red flag when a gym wants your Account & Routing numbers for "billing" purposes. I'm surprised they're not asking for a social security number as well. As a concerned individual, I'd give it some serious thought if you want to trust a gym with that kind of information.

This gym is great! The staff is very respectful and helpful. This gym is extremely clean (including the bathrooms ladies) and staff can be seen often cleaning and sanitizing as well. The gym is not huge, which I'm happy about but they do have quite a bit of equipment to use. You should definitely try the hydro massage beds! Get the Black Card so you can bring a friend or family member along with you to work out.

Allowing high schoolers in for free every day is annoying. Maybe try weekends only? They come in groups, take up a lot of space, and spend a lot of time on the equipment as they workout while on their phones and take long breaks in between to snap selfies and show each other their screens. I left the city gym to avoid that very scenario. I know PF wants future members, but what about us current, paying members? I'm out.

The people are friendly and helpful, the equipment is clean if a bit outdated. Two of the TVs don't operate. I like the massage chairs and hydro massage and the program of classes and videos available are very helpful. I have been there almost every day since I joined 10 days ago.

Awesome work out tonight with New trainer really helped me to understand a lot about my body and the correct exercise to built the strength I am trying to get to help me physical prepare for surgery. Then a walk on the tread mill for a little cardio and finally a nice warm shower to finish up the night.

I have never been to a Planet Fitness and had a bad experience. This isn't my normal location to go to but decided to stop in at this location. Although I wasn't greeted when I walked in, other than that, great gym. Clean, newer machines, very clean restrooms and locker room. Plenty of machines and equipment available. Really enjoyed this gym and will def be back.

I have always liked planet fitness. It is cheap and they have everything that I need without numerous unnecessary fees like most gyms. As well as, they have always had sanitizing stations well before COVID. Always clean and a great environment to work out in.

Very clean, very friendly atmosphere, a little crowded at times, but that’s ok. Been active member for nearly 6 years, without pausing membership, looking into starting cross fit training soon, but will still keep planet fitness as well. This place is my home away from home

Excellent facilities with good ventilation and well-kept and cleaned exercise equipment. Just wish there was a swimming pool to do lapses.

The google reviewers got it right. This planet fitness has a great staff, the ease of bringing a partner to work out with is great!!! The number of machines and ability to space out is awesome. The gym was great and the bathrooms are always cleaner than Buckeys.

Just moved from Phoenix to Fort Worth. Was familiar with la fitness but the one here had old equipment and short hours. Tried out planet fitness and you can’t beat the price for the black card. Stays open 24/7, restrooms are clean and smell good, the staff is always dusting, cleaning, refilling cleaning bottles etc.

Who hired Derek??? I was honestly just blown away about how clean this gym is; how the clients clean up after themselves.how great the staff has been cultivating an inclusive environment. I've seen customers replacing the whole stack of dumbells so they are in order on many occasions. Jesus who works the early morning hours is always cleaning and working hard. The young blonde lady (I don't know her name) cleaning cleaning cleaning. Quickly becoming a must go gym. Until I met Derek. No customer service skills and I'm being polite. I'm sorry my request took him away from his phone.

It's a very easy process - just walk in, check in and do your own work out at your own pace. There are people there who are extremely fit and keeping in shape and there are people there who are just starting out. No one seems to care where you are in your progress. I feel comfortable there whenever I go.

Overall the weights and equipment are good. I just hate the cold showers. I wait 15 min for hot water and nothing

There is no constant hot water in the shower. It's take long time for me to wait for any warm water to come and then in a couple minutes when I was all soaped up the ice cold water start running again. It was very unpleasant to remove all soap with the cold water. I don't know if this is made on purpose to save some money on water and heating but it's unacceptable !!! Very disappointed!!!

Definitely the cleanest Gym I’ve been to, price is right , open 24 hours no matter what time I’m able to get in a pump ! Great staff, I was iffy to join because of no free weight bench press and squat, but I have to say I adjusted well I honestly don’t miss it

So I needed to put some water in my radiator. I tried all the hose bibs on the exterior of the property with no luck. So I popped in thinking surely someone would help me. Nope. The man wrinkled up his nose as if I asked for his toenail clippings. I was told that there are no water fountains in planet fitness for people like me. members only. I explained that I was actually a Tennant and still the little man looked down his nose at me. .trash just plain pretentious stuck up trash.

The gym has great people and a welcoming atmosphere. The mechanic is an amazing trainer who constantly keeps me motivated and always has new ideas to work different body parts!

Lucero at the front desk was awesome! Only reason for 5 stars. The rest of the gym was very underwhelming. Most machines max out way too low. No disinfectant wipes to wipe down equipment. Have to use paper towels and spray? No sweat or bath towels available either.

Great experience with the gentleman who checked me in - a brief and not overly verbose chat, reminder of a perk I'd forgotten about, and overall positive professionalism. Site is clean with plenty of equipment to choose from, and everything feels easy. Fantastic!

I went in to see about a membership & was greeted by one of the worst sales team I have ever encountered. The gym appeared clean from what very little I was shown. The equipment was less than I expected but enough for most. I was surprised to see a fitness competitor working there since planet fitness is anti-meat head & intimidation. I left without buying a black card membership.

I'm still in the middle of my fitness journey, but after spending enough time here, I can safely recommend this gym to just about anybody. The gym has plenty of equipment to match 99% of people's needs.

Friendly staff and always clean. At times, it is pretty challenging to be able to use a station here due to how busy they are, but it's still a nice gym. Ps. The crowd meter does not work. Just fyi.

It is very clean, affordable, and being open 24 hours makes it very convenient. All of the equipment works & there are a lot of machines & free weights, treadmills/stationary bikes available.

This was my first time going with a friend and it was cool. I like the equipment and how clean it was. Not busy or noisy when we went on a Saturday morning. I'll definitely be returning.

super clean great place to work out

This is a very bad Planet Fitness. Bad facilities and very bad over night staff. The gym is very cold. I had to wear several layers of clothes. The shower water was freezing! Poorly run facility. The drinking fountain was often broken in the past.

Employees are kind and work hard and the gym is always clean. The water fountain is a miss tho seems to work half the time.

Super clean, nice staff. Always see staff cleaning equipment and gym, super clean all times of the day. Staff is super nice anf helpful.

2 minutes of hot water in the shower. That is pain and discomfort. Also cleaning lady comes in to men's locker room while trying to get ready for work just before 7am. I have told the front desk before about the hot water. Don't effing care.

Terrible location. Overcrowded. Nowhere near enough weight. 4 benches! The leg area is a joke. I've unfortunately been coming here for 4 years but the options are limited. It's soooooooo overcrowded. Only giving 2 because it's $20 a month.

Staff is always friendly, machines are clean, and the locker room area is always neat and clean as well. Full variety of machines and free weights, and a 30 minute full body workout area.

So easy to come in. The front desk is always staffed. I love that so many lockers are available without the need for a lock. The machines are always looking good.

Empty cardio, full weights. Their drop your teens off to spread Covid program is a massive success. Don’t waste your time or money coming here. Management replied, advising me to use their “crowd meter”. I go when there is no more than 3 bars out of 20 and every weight station is full. Their “crowd meter” doesn’t take into account that no one wants to use any of their cardio machines which cover 75% of their gym. At least they recently replaced all of the unused cardio machines with newer still unused cardio machines. The weight equipment looks like it is about to fall apart.

Trainer was great. Helped me at my level and corrected my posture. Very clean, great atmosphere and very friendly staff. I look forward to coming back.

Love the low key, just the right amount of early morning iron lovers. I also enjoy the spa amenities, I would pay extra membership fees to get a pool, sauna, and cryotherapy. Take that into consideration Wedgewood Ft. Worth Location, also consider some extra room for free weights, you could make that circuit room that barely gets used for free weights, or a sauna.

Is a greatest pleasure for me being in this gym. Is a nice one and very clean. The personal is a good team and always with a smile on their faces.
